* fix(mtproto): synchronize child-process state

Use lifecycle snapshots around the mtg command, completion signal, and exit error so Wait cannot race status and shutdown reads.

* test(mtproto): cover concurrent process exit

* test(mtproto): cover lifecycle field synchronization
