Guidance 54a509fd67 fix(hosts): say how a host remark reaches the config name (#7044) ...

The host Remark hint said the label is shown as the config name when the inbound has no remark, but a host remark only ever fills the {{HOST}} token of the remark template; it never substitutes the inbound's remark. The hint in all 14 locales now tells operators to put {{HOST}} in the Remark Template. Fixes #7027.
