Dizzle	49a47cbe6f	feat(api): answer GET /api/health without a key (#10771) ... Merged via merge-train (release/v3.8.50, batch1 2026-08-20) — static gates (typecheck/file-size/complexity/cognitive/changelog) green on the combined tree; test:unit reds observed in the boarded run were verified pre-existing on the pure release tip (unrelated flake), not caused by this PR. Hernan Javier Ardila Sanchez	fd26e601a2	fix(dashboard): use lightweight ping endpoint for MaintenanceBanner (fixes #3040) (#3043) ... Integrated into release/v3.8.8. Applied review fixes: moved the SELECT 1 into a pingDb() db helper (no raw SQL in route, Hard Rule #5) + the 503 catch no longer leaks err.message (Hard Rule #12).
