Ravi Tharuma	1110f9ca5f	fix(combo): advance on model-scoped 400s wrapped as invalid/Bad Request (#8252) ... #2101 still hard-stopped model-not-supported failures when upstream wrapped them as invalid_request_error / Bad Request.
