6d6b6027c5 fix(pwa): do not intercept navigations so Chrome can retry HTTP/2 (#12767)

b345c7f6cd feat(opencode): opencode v2 plugin publishing the OmniRoute catalog (#12870)
opencode v2 loads plugins through a contract the existing
@omniroute/opencode-plugin cannot satisfy: v1 exports plugin factories with an
auth/provider/config/tool hook object, v2 expects a default define({id, setup})
carrying catalog and integration domains. One package would have to satisfy
both loaders from a single entrypoint. An opencode v2 install therefore has no
route to an OmniRoute gateway at all: no model discovery, no combos, no
enrichment.

This adds @omniroute/opencode-plugin-v2, a self-contained package. The v1
plugin is untouched, so v1 users see no move, no migration and no breaking
version. The two packages deliberately share no code and no release: the
mapping logic here began as a port of v1's and now lives in this package, which
keeps either one free to change without a coordinated publish.

The plugin publishes models, combos and auto-combos into the host catalog,
refreshes them lazily behind a 300s TTL, and keeps serving the last known
catalog from an on-disk snapshot when the gateway is unreachable. Publishing is
staged: models and combos are what a catalog is, so they go out as soon as they
are known, while auto-combos, the provider list and the enrichment overlay fold
into the snapshot when they land. Gating the publish on all of them made the
catalog hostage to the slowest source — a gateway that accepts the connection
and never answers /api/combos/auto left everything unpublished until that fetch
timed out, which is longer than a short-lived host stays alive.

Display names carry what the gateway knows about a model: the upstream provider
it routes to, whether it is free, and the budget that comes with it. Those parts
were already fetched and then dropped, so two connections selling the same model
looked identical in the picker. The provider prefix can be turned off with
`providerTag: false`.

The on-disk snapshot carries that overlay too, under a size cap, so a cold start
opens on named models rather than raw ids. The host is asked to reload only when
the catalog or the overlay actually moved, never once per refresh window.

The gateway key comes from the host credential store when one is connected, so
connecting the integration from opencode is enough and no secret needs to sit
in opencode.json; a plugin option and an environment variable remain as
fallbacks, and a host too old to expose a credential store still loads. Nothing
is silent when a key is missing or refused: an absent key is named once at
startup with the three ways to supply one, and an enrichment source the gateway
rejects is reported per endpoint with what the catalog loses. Those three
failures used to be empty catch blocks, which turned a management token the
gateway refuses into a catalog of raw model ids with no explanation.

Tool calling to Gemini keeps working. Gemini answers 400 INVALID_ARGUMENT for
an entire request whose tool declarations carry $schema, $ref or
additionalProperties. The v1 plugin handled it by wrapping fetch and rewriting
the JSON body; v2 does it on the language model, where the tools are still
structured data, and only for Gemini models of this provider. It can be turned
off with geminiSanitization: false, and a host exposing no aisdk domain loads
without it.

The catalog contract itself is a moving target, so the plugin adapts to the
host instead of assuming one shape. The released CLI keeps the aisdk package,
the endpoint (as settings.baseURL), the request headers and the variant options
directly on the model and provider; the current SDK types keep the same
information inside an api block. Writing only the api block yields a catalog
the released CLI lists but cannot route. Rather than key off a version list
that goes stale on the next release, the plugin reads the shape the host seeds
into the catalog draft and publishes accordingly: a seed with a top-level
package and no api block gets both field sets, a seed with an api block gets
that block alone, and an undisclosed seed gets both. None of the legacy keys
collide with a key of the current types, so the two shapes coexist on one
object, variants included.

Four v1 behaviours are deliberately not carried over, because v2 either owns
them or no longer needs them: the plugin-side debug log (the host has its own
logging), the compression-metadata suffix on combo names, the MCP auto-emit
(the v2 host owns MCP), and the omni-sync command plus its background timer
(the TTL and a content fingerprint drive catalog.reload instead).

A refresh never downgrades what is already published: the previous overlay is
carried forward until the new one lands, so names, pricing and the usable
filter no longer drop out for the length of every TTL window. The disk snapshot
is read after the credential is resolved, because it is keyed by that
credential — reading it earlier looked up the identity the options carry rather
than the one in use, and rejected a perfectly good catalog exactly when the
gateway was down.

The tool-schema cleaner now knows where a schema ends and a property name
begins. Stripping keywords by name anywhere in the tree deleted a tool
parameter called `ref` while leaving it in `required`, handing the model a
schema it could not satisfy; a `$ref` it cannot resolve now forwards the tool
untouched instead of widening it to accept anything. Gemini detection is
anchored on the model family, so `gemini-compatible-proxy` is no longer treated
as a Gemini model.

A source the gateway refuses is reported on the library entry point as well,
not only through the plugin, so the usable-provider filter can no longer disable
itself in silence. `providerId` is bounded to a safe character set because it
reaches a filesystem path, `hiddenModels` covers combos as it already covered
models, the Anthropic block gets the gateway root rather than a doubled `/v1`, an unparseable tool schema forwards the tool instead
of failing the request, and the package typechecks under the same settings as
the v1 plugin.

CI mirrors the existing plugin workflow: install, build and test on Node 22 and
24, for both packages. The plugin SDK stays pinned, and the host-shape assertions carry the risk of
a contract move rather than a check against a rolling upstream tag.

f40c77e837 fix(docker): document and harden cli profile trust boundary (#12570) (#12706)
Merged, with the threat model kept and two unverifiable claims dropped.

The core warning is correct and worth having in both files: `/var/run/docker.sock` is a host-root trust boundary, the `cli` profile must not be published beyond `127.0.0.1`, and no extra host mounts belong in it. That is now in `docker-compose.yml` next to the mount and in the DOCKER_GUIDE.

Two things I changed before merging, both `AGENTS.md` documentation-accuracy calls:

1. **The stated purpose.** The socket is not mounted so OmniRoute can "launch short-lived codex/claude-code/droid/openclaw containers" — I could not find any container-spawn path. It is there for the in-container auto-updater: `src/lib/system/autoUpdate.ts:236` probes for `/var/run/docker.sock` and skips the Docker path when it is absent, and the mount sits right beside `AUTO_UPDATE_HOST_REPO_DIR`. Rewrote the sentence around that and cited the file.
2. **Item 3, the audit log.** "recorded in the server log with the called tool, the prompt digest (not content), and the spawned image SHA" — no such logging exists (`grep -rn "prompt digest\|promptDigest\|imageSha" src/ open-sse/` is empty). A security doc promising forensics that are not implemented is worse than one that stays quiet, so I removed the item rather than soften it.

The `MITM-TPROXY-DECRYPT.md` and `SUPPLY_CHAIN.md` cross-references both resolve and stayed.

Thanks — the docker.sock boundary genuinely was undocumented.

ac94dd9bcf docs(arch): one-process recipe for tens of long /v1/responses (#12493)

Obrigado, @RaviTharuma.

7ae8bf4e05 fix(db): harden migration recovery snapshots (#12435)

c2d2b0ac14 feat(providers): surface CSV import row errors and ship a template (#12504)

143c087d47 feat(i18n): locale-expansion tooling — add-locale orchestrator, aliases, translation-ratio gate; retire duplicate 'in' locale (#12496)
Locale aliases (uk, fil/tl, zh-hant, legacy in→id) with fixed browser/CLI/cookie detection; config/i18n.json shipped in the npm package; duplicate 'in' locale retired (42 honest locales); real-translation ratio gate with ratchet baseline (advisory); add-locale orchestrator + shared libs (batched translation backend, config-generated language bars, run-translation --adopt/--targets-only, scaffold helpers); tests derive the locale count from config with surface parity guards; docs and every public locale-count claim aligned.

500568a1cd fix(providers): migrate web cookie TLS transport to wreq-js (#12429)
Migrates the Claude, Grok, LMArena, Notion and Perplexity web-cookie transports from the tls-client-node/Koffi sidecar to the exactly pinned wreq-js 3.2.0 runtime, keeping the per-provider browser/OS profiles, making request cookies ephemeral, bounding and generation-protecting the shared native transport pool, removing the legacy downloader and repair path, and carrying the native binding and license evidence through the npm, standalone, Electron, Docker and Bun packaging surfaces.

This is the consolidation of the two competing migrations, and the consolidation was decided by evidence rather than by preference. #11753's six suites were installed over this implementation and run as an independent specification: 31 of 36 passed. All five failures are artefacts of #11753 being the older design, not coverage gaps —

- two hardcode the 3.0.0 pin in their assertions (this branch pins 3.2.0, which is what the release tip already resolves; #11753's 3.0.0 would have conflicted);
- one reads open-sse/services/chatgptTlsClient.ts, deleted when #11754 retired ChatGPT Web, so the test is stale against the current tip;
- two import WREQ_JS_NATIVE_BINARY_NAMES / resolveWreqJsNativeBinaryName, which this branch redesigned into WREQ_JS_NATIVE_BINDINGS / resolveWreqJsNativeBinding plus WREQ_JS_VERSION — a rename from modelling natives as file names to modelling them as package bindings, verified as an API difference rather than a lost capability (the linux-x64-gnu .node is present and serviceable).

This branch is also the strict superset by scope: 7 files exclusive to it, including the wreq-js Rust license inventory and notices, .trivyignore, open-sse/utils/tlsClient.ts and assembleStandalone.mjs. #11753 had one exclusive file, its changelog fragment. Nothing needed porting, so #11753 is superseded rather than merged, and the changelog entry credits both.

Reconciled on merge: clean against the tip. The new migration suite (tests/unit/tls-client-wreq-migration.test.ts, 1374 lines, 31 cases) is frozen at its exact LOC with the rationale — it shares one native-transport harness, so splitting it mid-merge would duplicate that harness for no coverage gain. Verified that no existing cap moves.

Verified: 182/182 across the eight TLS, native-manifest, postinstall, standalone-bundle, pack-artifact and provider-validation suites, typecheck:core clean, check:cycles OK, check-changelog-integrity OK, check-file-size OK, and every changed TypeScript file parses.

990aeca1db fix(api): list self-aliased providers in canonical models catalog mode (#12381)
GET /v1/models with MODELS_CATALOG_PREFIX_MODE=canonical dropped every chat row of a provider whose registry alias is undefined (antigravity) or equal to its own id (agy, most built-ins). Each emission loop pushes alias/model only when includeAlias, and canonicalProviderId/model only when the ids differ — for a self-aliased provider both are the same string, so neither fired. #11918 fixed the class for custom nodes but not built-ins, and not the static loop. The alias row is now treated as the canonical row whenever the ids coincide, across the static, synced, custom and alias-backed loops; the canonical branch's !== alias guard is untouched, so dual and alias output cannot double up. Docs that described the omission as intended are corrected.

Validated in a combined worktree with all 25 PRs of this batch boarded together: typecheck:core clean, 443/443 node-runner tests plus 14/14 vitest across every test file the batch touches, and check-changelog-integrity, check:cycles (418 files), check:provider-consistency (272 REGISTRY entries, 355 canonical providers), check:docs-counts, check:docs-sync (42 locales) and check-file-size all green.

62e2481eef fix(resilience): derive the chat_admission_busy Retry-After from observed lease occupancy (#12395)
The retryable chat_admission_busy 503 advertised a fixed Retry-After of 1s or 2s while the heavyweight lease it waits on is held for the entire SSE lifetime. Clients that honour the header — Codex CLI, agent fan-out — re-sent the same ~1 MiB /v1/responses body every second into a gate that could not have cleared, producing the queue_timeout retry storm that persisted even after OMNIROUTE_CHAT_MAX_HEAVY_IN_FLIGHT was raised.

ChatAdmissionController now tracks each live heavy lease's acquisition time and derives the hint from observed occupancy: the larger of the queue window the waiter already exhausted and the age of the youngest live lease, rounded up and capped at 60s. Both builders floor it at the historical 1s / 2s, so an idle gate answers exactly as before. Using the youngest rather than the oldest lease avoids a pessimistic hint when several slots are in flight.

Validated in a combined worktree with all 25 PRs of this batch boarded together: typecheck:core clean, 443/443 node-runner tests plus 14/14 vitest across every test file the batch touches, and check-changelog-integrity, check:cycles (418 files), check:provider-consistency (272 REGISTRY entries, 355 canonical providers), check:docs-counts, check:docs-sync (42 locales) and check-file-size all green.

eb09e894cb docs: align env and troubleshooting docs with the code (#12404)
Four documentation claims contradicted the code: .env.example called OMNIROUTE_USE_TURBOPACK dev-only and said the production build still uses webpack (it reads the same flag and defaults to Turbopack); the README's Bun section said `bun run build` auto-detects Bun and switches to Webpack (only `bun run dev` does — the production bundler is decided by the flag alone); TROUBLESHOOTING.md gave OMNIROUTE_CHAT_MAX_HEAVY_IN_FLIGHT a default of 1 when unset means no request-count cap; and it quoted the pre-#12223 wording of the structural 503 chat_admission_busy message. The Retry-After bullet in the same section is deliberately untouched because #12395 rewrites it.

Validated in a combined worktree with all 25 PRs of this batch boarded together: typecheck:core clean, 443/443 node-runner tests plus 14/14 vitest across every test file the batch touches, and check-changelog-integrity, check:cycles (418 files), check:provider-consistency (272 REGISTRY entries, 355 canonical providers), check:docs-counts, check:docs-sync (42 locales) and check-file-size all green.

a86b9019a8 feat(auto-combo): declare observed reliability as a scoring factor (#12317)
The weight table said stability accounts for "low latency stdDev / error rate". Grep errorRate in scoring.ts and you find it declared on ProviderCandidate and read nowhere — while combo.ts pulls 24 hours of usage history behind a ten-sample floor, falls back to real-time metrics, and hands every candidate an errorRate the scorer ignores. Two candidates, one failing 1% of calls and one failing 99%, scored identically at 0.459486.

This declares reliability as a sixteenth factor: 1 - failureRate, using the same formula, field precedence and rate-bounding speedRanking.ts already applies, so a corrupt reading means "nothing observed" rather than "fails every call". It ships at weight 0, leaving the ranking unchanged to the digit — the honest default, since which weight this deserves is a product call backed by traffic the author does not have. Two declared-but-silent factors already ship (cacheAffinity, resetWindowAffinity), so the pattern is not new. The stability row now describes what that factor actually computes: latency variance.

The rest is the mechanical 15 → 16 across nineteen documents and the forty-two llm.txt mirrors — sourced from check:docs-counts rather than a grep, the first real use of the gate #12316 extended.

Protected-surface note: this PR touches AGENTS.md, llm.txt and its 42 mirrors, and skills/omni-combos-routing/SKILL.md. Every changed line in those 45 files is a digit substitution and nothing else — masking all digits makes the removed and added lines identical, with no sentence added, removed or reworded. Reviewed and approved on that basis before merging.

Verified on the author's rebased head: check:docs-counts green (the gate that now enforces the count this PR moves), typecheck:core clean, and 71/71 focused tests across scoring-reliability-factor, combo-scoring-weights-schema-coverage, check-docs-counts-sync, lkgp-enabled-context, intelligent-routing-options and the combo-matrix auto integration suite.

Thanks @maxmad64bis — shipping the factor at weight 0 and saying plainly that the weight is someone else's call is the right way to land this.

3b82d85081 docs(auto-combo): complete the mode pack table and gate what it claims (#12316)
docs/routing/AUTO-COMBO.md documented four mode packs; six ship. It printed 0.14 where modePacks.ts says 0.1333. And nothing was watching: four documents stated a scoring-factor count and check:docs-counts covered none of them. Wiring them up turned the gate red on seven real drifts — ARCHITECTURE.md and REPOSITORY_MAP.md at "9-factor" (code: 15) and "4 mode packs" (code: 6), RESILIENCE_GUIDE.md and SKILL.md at 13, AUTO-COMBO-GUIDE.md at both 5 and 13. ARCHITECTURE.md did not merely have the wrong number: it named nine factors that are not the engine's, and its four "mode packs" were the auto/* request prefixes.

A product fact fell out of writing the table: no pack sets quality, and applying a pack replaces the weight map wholesale (weights = pack in engine.ts, not a merge), so quality carries 0.03 by default and normalizes to 0 under any pack — pick a mode pack and the observed-quality signal stops voting. Documented, not changed.

The gate reads pack names from the module through the tsx subprocess that already reads every other code-derived count, matching the three spellings the docs actually use; on the reference document a missing claim now fails rather than passing. The dashboard was behind too (four of six packs offered); the count is dropped from the strategy label rather than corrected, since nothing reads selector labels and a right-today number goes stale unnoticed.

Verified in a combined batch worktree: 174/174 focused tests across all 11 PRs of this batch, typecheck:core clean, and check:docs-counts green with the four newly-wired documents.

Thanks @maxmad64bis — finding the quality-under-a-pack behaviour while writing a docs table is the kind of thing a table is for.

aa2aec5e59 docs: Chaos Mode setup guide + weighted strategy semantics (#12250)
Gap surfaced by OmniCopilot#16: the Chaos Mode dashboard page, its per-key
chaosModeEnabled permission and both dispatch endpoints had no setup doc at
all (only the auto/chaos table line existed), and AUTO-COMBO.md never stated
that weighted is a proportional draw where zero-weight steps are never drawn.
New docs/guides/CHAOS-MODE.md (registered in meta.json + docs/README.md) and
a 'weighted semantics' subsection under the strategy table, both written from
the code (chaosConfig.ts, chaosExecutor.ts, both routes, targetSorters.ts,
targetResolution.ts). check:docs-all exits 0.

0b19c5a09b feat(nodejs): add 5dive as a configure target (#11852)
Validado no worktree combinado (typecheck limpo, 26 testes focados).

f48e25194f fix(providers): retire Qwen Web pending provenance review (#11713)
Rebased onto the current release/v3.8.51 tip as part of a combined provider-retirement/provenance merge batch (Designer Web, Felo Web, Runtime, GPL-derived removal all landed together already). Conflicts resolved:

- `src/shared/constants/providerRetirement.ts`: add/add conflict — combined `felo-web`/`felo` (already-merged) with `qwen-web`/`qw` into one `RUNTIME_RETIRED_PROVIDER_IDS` set, kept both `assertRuntimeProviderAvailable`/`assertRuntimeModelProviderAvailable` helpers.
- `open-sse/config/providers/registry/minimax/web/index.ts`: modify/delete — kept deleted (file is hailuo-web's registry entry, already retired by #11691; this PR's own change to it was just a comment reword on a since-removed target).
- `open-sse/executors/index.ts`, `executorProxy.ts`, `virtualFactory.ts`, `autoStrategy.ts`, `model.ts`, `chat.ts`, `chatHelpers.ts`, `auth.ts`, `src/lib/db/providers.ts`, `reservedProviderPrefixes.ts`: combined the Designer + Runtime (Felo + Qwen) retirement guard calls at each shared chokepoint — compute-once-then-OR pattern, consistent with the prior Designer+Felo combination.
- `src/shared/constants/providers/web-cookie.ts`, `tests/snapshots/provider/translate-path.json`, `tests/snapshots/executors/executor-map.json`: both sides had inserted a different retired provider (qwen-web vs. already-retired raycast/hailuo-web) at the same dict position — resolved by dropping both. `executor-map.json`'s `keyCount` recomputed to 135 (matches actual merged `entries`).
- `tests/unit/chatcore-executor-proxy.test.ts`, `tests/unit/provider-node-reserved-prefix.test.ts`: split into independent Felo/Qwen test blocks (established pattern for coexisting retirement-mechanism tests); recomputed `RESERVED_PREFIX_COUNT` to 398 (Designer+Felo+Qwen tombstones on top of the post-#11691 REGISTRY, verified via direct module evaluation, not hand-derived).
- `config/quality/test-masking-allowlist.json`: additive merge of Qwen's `_deletedWithReplacement` entries alongside Designer's.
- `README.md` + all `docs/i18n/*/README.md` mirrors, `docs/getting-started/FREE-TIERS-GUIDE.md`, `docs/reference/FREE_TIERS.md`, `docs/diagrams/free-tier-budget.svg`, `docs/screenshots/free-tier-budget-card.svg`: recomputed the free-tier catalog counts (447 entries / 440 active / 7 discontinued) from the actual merged `freeModelCatalog.data.ts`, regenerated the budget-card SVG via its real generator (`scripts/research/gen-budget-card-svg.mjs`), and dropped the retired Qwen quick-start row / QWEN MODELS section from every i18n README (identical unlocalized block across all 34 locales).
- Also fixed a duplicate-import merge artifact in `src/lib/db/providers.ts` (`isRuntimeRetiredProviderId` imported twice) caught by `typecheck:core`, and rebaselined `file-size-baseline.json` for the combined retirement-guard growth (`virtualFactory.ts` +3, with justification).

Focused suite green (345/345 across executor-proxy, reserved-prefix, migration-167, qwen-web-retirement, virtual-auto-combo, web-cookie/session, executor-map-golden and siblings), plus `typecheck:core` and `check-file-size`/`check-changelog-integrity` clean. Thanks for the provenance-hold retirement work — appreciated.

84504e3f1f chore(providers): retire Felo Web on provenance hold (#11698)
Merged via /merge-batch (v3.8.51 provenance sweep). Boarded and validated together with the batch's other retirement PRs in a combined worktree — full gate suite green. This PR's conflicts (against #11720's Designer retirement, both introducing a retirement-guard mechanism across executors/index.ts, executorProxy.ts, providers.ts, reservedProviderPrefixes.ts, auth.ts, chat.ts, chatHelpers.ts, model.ts) were reconciled by combining both guards at every chokepoint, with the shared reserved-prefix count recomputed (not guessed) at 400. Re-validated with this PR's own 72 node:test + 20 vitest focused tests, all passing, and pushed before merge. Thank you.

ffd8984a59 docs(routing): LKGP sticks at provider level — align copy with routerStrategy contract (#11555)
Validated in a combined 4-PR batch worktree off release/v3.8.51 tip. Also removed a leftover changelog placeholder duplicate (0000-lkgp-doc-provider-stickiness.md, byte-identical content to the correctly-numbered 11555- fragment minus the PR link) — pushed to this branch.
- Focused test: router-strategies.test.ts — part of batch's 60/60 node:test run
- typecheck:core, file-size, changelog-integrity, complexity, cognitive-complexity, check:docs-counts-sync — all OK
- Full-repo lint: 228 pre-existing dashboard react-hooks/* findings, unrelated to this diff

Thanks for the docs-accuracy follow-through — aligning the LKGP copy with what routerStrategy.ts actually does (provider-level, not target/model) closes a real gap between prose and behavior.

a63b3e21b9 fix(docs): Auto-Combo factor count is read from DEFAULT_WEIGHTS (#11545)
Validated in a combined 3-PR batch worktree off release/v3.8.51 tip. The prerequisite sibling (159→160 migrations) was already covered by #11502 — closed the redundant #11543 separately.
- New check:docs-counts gate: proven fail-before/pass-after per the PR's own methodology, re-verified here (PASS, 2 unrelated soft-drift notices on cloud-agent/A2A doc counts, non-blocking)
- Focused tests: check-docs-counts-sync.test.ts, combo-matrix/auto.test.ts, lkgp-enabled-context-11181.test.ts — pass
- typecheck:core, file-size, changelog-integrity, complexity, cognitive-complexity — all OK

5 — Cursor PKCE login com Bearer quota, auto router e empty-turn errors.

- `npm run typecheck:core`: limpo.
- `check-changelog-integrity`, `check-file-size`, `check-complexity` (2615/2774), `check-cognitive-complexity` (1175/1223), `check-dead-code` (410/416): todos OK.
- `check-public-creds`: 1 entrada obsoleta pré-existente na allowlist (`copilot-m365-web.ts:330`), já presente no tip da release — não é desta PR.
- `npm run lint`: 0 errors (5 warnings pré-existentes).
- Testes focados (`cursor-agent-cli-version`, `cursor-available-models`, `cursor-catalog-combo-compat`, `cursor-errors-classify`, `cursor-login-pkce`, `cursor-model-effort-suffix-7289`, `cursor-streaming`, `cursor-token-extractor`, `cursor-token-refresh-wiring`, `cursor-usage-fetcher`, `empty-stream-no-content-8649`): 133/133 verdes.
- Corrigido durante a validação: 1 teste novo da própria PR (`cursor-model-effort-suffix-7289.test.ts`, "splits effort off legacy grok- ids") colidia com `CURSOR_MODEL_ALIASES` já mesclado na release (mapeia `grok-4.5-high` → `cursor-grok-4.5-high` antes do fallback legado rodar); ajustado para usar um id não-aliasado (`grok-3-high`) que de fato exercita o fallback — commit `68b58ed`.

dd70abe1ca feat(docker): expose DASHBOARD_ALLOW_EMBED as a build argument (#10701)
* feat(docker): expose DASHBOARD_ALLOW_EMBED as a build argument

The dashboard's frame-ancestors policy is compiled into the route manifest at
build time, so the only way to get an embed-enabled image was to edit the
Dockerfile: Docker silently drops a --build-arg with no matching ARG, so
`docker build --build-arg DASHBOARD_ALLOW_EMBED=vscode` produced the default
image and no error.

Declared as ARG+ENV in the builder stage, mirroring OMNIROUTE_BASE_PATH, and
empty by default — the unframable default posture is unchanged. The runtime
stages deliberately do not carry it: the headers are already baked, so a
runtime value would advertise an effect it cannot have.

Guarded by tests/unit/dockerfile-dashboard-embed-arg-10273.test.ts, verified by
mutation (a bare ENV in place of the ARG fails 2 of the 3 assertions). Docs
updated across the guide, ENVIRONMENT.md and .env.example.

The guide also carries prettier normalization (emphasis markers, table
padding) applied by lint-staged on commit.

d7368e243d docs(guides): DASHBOARD_ALLOW_EMBED is a build-time flag, not a runtime one (#10697)
* docs(guides): DASHBOARD_ALLOW_EMBED is build-time, not a runtime flag

The VS Code guide told operators to "start OmniRoute with
DASHBOARD_ALLOW_EMBED=vscode". Next.js compiles headers() into the route
manifest, so next.config.mjs reads the variable while the bundle is built —
exporting it in front of an already-built server does nothing, which is the
exact trap anyone on `npm install -g omniroute` or the Docker image falls into.

Documents the build-time nature, the working from-source recipe, and which
install paths can enable it at all. ENVIRONMENT.md and .env.example already
said build-time; this aligns the how-to with them and with the extension's own
fallback message.

* docs(changelog): announce the VS Code Copilot Chat integration

The release notes only mentioned OmniCopilot in passing, inside the DASHBOARD_ALLOW_EMBED bullet — a reader would never learn the extension exists. Adds the fragment that says it plainly, with both store links.

c02d7988a6 docs: close the accepted doc-drift backlog — counts, undocumented CLI bins, stale front-matter
Counts (check:docs-counts STRICT, 8 drifts → 0):
- 153 → 154 migrations in README.md, AGENTS.md and llm.txt (+ its 42 i18n mirrors,
which must stay byte-identical to the root file)
- 340 → 341 providers in README.md, AGENTS.md, llm.txt, the package.json description
and the 4 SVG diagrams; PROVIDER_REFERENCE.md regenerated via gen:provider-reference
(the new entry is the cloudflare-playground no-auth provider)

Undocumented environment variables:
- 13 CLI_*_BIN vars that exist in cliRuntime but were in neither ENVIRONMENT.md nor
.env.example (kilo, opencode, hermes, forge, jcode, deepseek-tui, codewhale, smelt,
pi, crush, omp, letta, windsurf — windsurf ships no default command)
- OMNIROUTE_DEBUG and OMNIROUTE_HEALTHCHECK_PATH, read in code but absent from
  .env.example
- CLI_CURSOR_BIN documents both fallbacks (agent, then cursor)

Front-matter: bump the seven CLI/reference docs this effort touched from the stale
3.8.40/2026-06-28 stamp to the current release.

Out of scope but blocking check:docs-all, fixed with evidence: ENVIRONMENT.md and
.env.example still documented the Adobe Firefly CDP Chrome runtime removed in #9255.
Seven of its variables are read nowhere in the codebase and its source file no longer
exists; surviving vars are repointed at adobeFireflyBrowserLogin.ts and CHROME_PATH at
its real readers. The two Gemini CLI auth vars the run launcher scrubs from the child
env are added to the fabricated-docs external-tool allowlist, next to the existing
CODEX_HOME/COPILOT_PROVIDER_BASE_URL entries.

npm run check:docs-all now exits 0 for the first time on this base.

- CLI-TOOLS: gemini install step in Quick Start
- ENVIRONMENT/.env.example: CLI_AIDER_BIN, CLI_GOOSE_BIN, CLI_GEMINI_BIN
- API_REFERENCE: apply endpoint row documents dryRun/422/migration contract
- smoke harness fixes proven against a live local OmniRoute: node:test treats

6003612000 fix(audio): fall back nested STT models when the prefix provider has no credentials (#10584)
* fix(audio): fall back nested STT models when the prefix provider has no credentials

Bare ids such as deepgram/nova-3 prefix-match the native provider and 400
when that key is missing, even if OpenRouter lists the same model. Retry
the gateway and mention qualified catalog ids in the error.

Closes #10583

* test(audio): scope whisper-1 fallback test to a 2-provider registry

nanogpt was added to AUDIO_TRANSCRIPTION_PROVIDERS (already merged,
unrelated to this fix) with a bare "whisper-1" model id, which now
intercepts findAlternateAudioProvider's first candidate before the
qualified-alias branch this test exists to cover. Scope the test to a
local {openai, openrouter} registry subset so it deterministically
exercises the qualified `${provider}/${model}` fallback regardless of
future providers that also list a bare "whisper-1" id.

8ba25e9318 docs: add the VS Code Copilot Chat guide and document the /v1/models prefix modes (#10648)
Adds docs/guides/VSCODE-COPILOT.md covering the OmniCopilot extension: install
from either store, connection setup, what the picker actually shows and why,
the dashboard-in-a-tab mode, and a troubleshooting table.

Documents two contracts that existed in code but nowhere in the docs:

- The ?prefix= query parameter on GET /v1/models, with the warning that
"canonical" omits providers whose alias already is the canonical id — so
