Improve type safety by replacing broad any usage in MCP tool registration with inferred types and documenting dynamic handler type limitations. chore: remove Petals executor and tighten route typing

Remove the Petals executor from registration and exports.

Improve type safety by replacing broad any usage in MCP tool registration
