578db866a4 fix(cli): complete Windows cliproxy platform handling + pid probe (#11236) (#11263)
Residuals of #11236 after #10371/#10491 landed on the tip:

- Dist-fold residuals (bugs 2+3): managedBinaryName() (binaryManager),
  resolveSpawnArgs() (installers/cliproxy) and the per-OS memory probes in
  getProcessInfo() (processManager) still read the process.platform literal,
  which the Linux build of the published artifact constant-folds (precedent:
  b43a212680 / #10244). Converted to call-time os.platform() reads, matching
  the module's documented anti-fold pattern. Test-side process.platform uses
  are not bundled and stay.
- Fold guard: new tests/unit/windows-platform-fold-guard-11236.test.ts pins
  zero out-of-comment process.platform occurrences in the four artifact
  runtime files, with a comment-stripping tokenizer plus mutation self-checks.
- Bug 6 (pid null on Windows): portProbe.resolvePortPid() only probed
  lsof/ss/net-tools netstat. Added a netstat -ano probe with a dedicated
  LISTENING-row parser (parseWindowsNetstatPid) as the last fallback; Unix
  probes unchanged, and the Windows parser never matches Unix rows (LISTEN vs
  LISTENING). Also converted the darwin args branch in the same array to
  os.platform() (same fold class, same hunk).
- Bug 5 hardening: runOAuthStatus coerces an out-of-contract 200 payload to
  an empty list with a sanitized stderr warning instead of crashing on
  .filter over a non-array.

TDD: guard test, parser tests and the oauth hardening test all failed RED
before the fix and pass GREEN after; sibling suites (binaryManager,
processManager, portProbePid, cli-oauth-commands, installers,
ServiceSupervisor, version-manager) green. The 6877 spawn-args test's win32
mock moved from defineProperty(process.platform) to
mock.method(os, "platform") to match the new runtime read — assertion
unchanged.

5660bdefbd fix(windows): add windowsHide to all child process spawns (#8131) (#8167)
* fix(windows): add windowsHide to all child process spawns (#8131)

On Windows, child processes spawned without windowsHide: true cause
transient conhost.exe/cmd console windows to flash open. Audited all
spawn/exec/execFile/execSync/execFileSync call sites and added
windowsHide: true where missing.

Files patched:
- src/mitm/manager.ts (MITM server spawn)
- src/mitm/systemCommands.ts (sudo/system command spawn)
- src/mitm/inspector/systemProxyConfig.ts (execFile wrapper)
- src/shared/services/cliRuntime.ts (CLI spawn + npm execFileSync)
- src/lib/plugins/loader.ts (plugin host spawn)
- src/lib/providerModels/cursorAgent.ts (cursor binary spawn)
- src/lib/cloudflaredTunnel.ts (cloudflared spawn)

Unix-only call sites (shell: /bin/bash, which) are unaffected.
electron/main.js already had windowsHide: true.

* fix(windows): cover remaining spawn sites missed by #8131 windowsHide sweep

Extends the #8131 windowsHide audit to the three call sites the original
sweep missed: ServiceSupervisor.start() and processManager.startProcess()
(both spawn() embedded-service child processes), and
installers/utils.ts::buildNpmExecOptions() (the execFile() options runNpm()
uses to install services). All three now always set windowsHide: true so
no transient conhost.exe/cmd console window flashes open on Windows.

The two spawn() options objects are factored into small, pure, exported
builder functions (buildServiceSpawnOptions, buildCliproxyapiSpawnOptions)
so the regression test can assert on the constructed options directly,
since both call sites use a bare named `import { spawn } from
"node:child_process"` that ESM live-binding semantics make unmockable
without --experimental-test-module-mocks (not currently enabled repo-wide).

Bumps config/quality/file-size-baseline.json for cloudflaredTunnel.ts
934->935 (the PR's own +1 windowsHide line at the existing spawn options
object).

2e2afa616d feat(cliproxyapi): add version manager service, API routes, CLI Tools UI & Docker
Part 3 of CLIProxyAPI integration (#902). Depends on PR1 + PR2.

- releaseChecker.ts: GitHub releases API with 5min cache
- binaryManager.ts: download, SHA256 verify, install, symlink, rollback
- processManager.ts: spawn, graceful stop (SIGTERM→SIGKILL with interval cleanup), restart
- healthMonitor.ts: periodic /v1/models health checks
- index.ts: orchestrator (install/start/stop/restart/checkUpdates/pin/rollback)
- 6 API routes under /api/version-manager/ with Zod validation
- CliproxyapiToolCard: CLI Tools page card
- Docker: cliproxyapi profile with sidecar service + healthcheck
- 78 unit tests across 5 test files
