* refactor(ui): move shared flow colors to the orchestration status tokens
FLOW_EDGE_COLORS and TokenHealthBadge were pinned to the fixed dark-mode
hexes in STATUS_HEX, so both rendered dark-theme green/amber/red on a light
background. They now read the theme-aware --orch-status-{success,warning,
error,muted} custom properties introduced in Fase 2. The dark values of
those tokens are exactly the old hexes, so dark mode is unchanged and only
light mode gains contrast. `idle` was already a CSS var, which is the
precedent proving a var() resolves in a ReactFlow edge stroke.
Five call-sites built translucent variants by concatenating an 8-bit alpha
suffix onto the palette hex (`${FLOW_EDGE_COLORS.error}40`), which cannot
work with a var(). They move to a new documented helper, flowColorAlpha(),
that wraps color-mix() — the same approach orchStateBadgeBg() already uses
in the orchestration model. Percentages mirror the old suffixes
(20 -> 13%, 30 -> 19%, 40 -> 25%).
STATUS_HEX stays exported as the dark-mode mirror; it now has no production
consumer. globals.css needed no change — all five tokens already existed in
both themes.
The colour assertions in the topology, combo-live and design-grid suites
were aligned to the tokens, never weakened: every hex equality became an
equality against the corresponding var(). design-grid additionally now
asserts each token is defined in BOTH themes.

* refactor(ui): finish the status-token migration across flow surfaces
Sweeps the five state hexes across the remaining flow surfaces, following D1:
- ComboLiveStudio: active/error provider pills and the run-outcome tri-state.
- CompressionCockpit / WaterfallInspector / IoNode: the savings readouts and the
savings quality ramp (>=30 success, >=15 warning, else muted).
- EngineNode: the same ramp, plus the running state, whose glow moved to
flowColorAlpha — the literal #f59e0b40 suffix is invalid once the value is a var().
- WaterfallInspector: a skipped step now reads as muted rather than a bare grey hex.
Deliberately NOT migrated, because they are categorical or brand palettes rather
than state: STRATEGY_COLORS (routing-strategy hues), LAYER_COLORS (compression
layer pills), the provider brand color in ProviderTopology, and IoNode's
indigo/green input-output identity pair. The new test asserts both halves — what
became a token AND what stays hex — so a later sweep cannot silently swallow a
categorical palette.

* feat(api): hydrate memoryHits from the persisted history event
`GET /api/a2a/tasks/[id]` falls back to the persisted history row once a task
leaves the in-memory TTL window, and `reconstituteHistoricalTask` hard-coded
`metadata: {}` — so the drawer's "Memory used" section vanished for any
historical task, even though `executeA2ATaskWithState` had already written a
`memory_hits` event with the hits.
The fallback now reads that event: `data_json` is parsed and, when it yields at
least one well-formed hit, exposed as `metadata.memoryHits`. The event itself is
filtered out of `events` — it is observability, not a state transition, and
without the filter it leaked into the timeline as a duplicate of the row's
current state.
Reading is defensive throughout, mirroring `DrawerMemory`'s own validation: the
payload is caller-influenced and unvalidated end to end, so `JSON.parse` runs
inside `safeJsonParse`, non-arrays are rejected, and each entry must carry `id`,
`key`, `type` and `snippet` as strings (a non-string field would be rendered as
a React child and take the drawer down). Malformed input degrades to
`metadata: {}` and a 200 — never a 500.

* fix(a2a): bound the memory recall with its own deadline
collectMemoryHits() runs BEFORE the skill handler and had no deadline at all,
so a slow memory backend delayed the start of every A2A task — the HTTP
genericBackend alone defaults to a 30s timeout.
The search now races a MEMORY_RECALL_TIMEOUT_MS (1500ms) deadline. Overshooting
degrades exactly like any other recall failure: empty hits, a warn log, and the
task proceeds normally (best-effort contract unchanged, nothing propagates).
The deadline timer is cleared in a finally on BOTH paths so no handle is left
holding the event loop open, and MemoryHitsDeps.timeoutMs makes it injectable
so the tests cost milliseconds instead of 1.5s of wall clock.

* fix(dashboard): carry conductor requirements and focus the repeated task
The drawer's "Repeat" for a Conductor task dropped the runner/model pinning and
left the operator staring at the finished run:
- `hubTaskSchema` now parses the hub's `requirements` (`.catch(null)` so an odd
shape never fails the whole task parse), and `ConductorTaskDetail` exposes
`cli`/`model` (`null` when the hub sends none).
- `repeatReqForConductor` carries `cli`/`model` when present and OMITS them
otherwise — the route's Zod takes both as optional strings, so a `null` would
400. The two fields are independent.
- `performAction` reads the response body once and returns it, so the repeat can
report the CANVAS id of the created task (`task_id` / `data.id` /
`result.task.id`, each with its node prefix). `OrchestrationPageClient` then
refetches and focuses it via `?node=`; History keeps its current behavior.
- `conductor-routes-auth.test.ts` covers the creation route through its `ROUTES`
array; the duplicated source assertion left `conductor-create-route.test.ts`.

The sixth item on the issue — an authenticated panel path for A2A task
creation — stays deliberately out of scope and is recorded as such in a

accepts API keys only, and widening that endpoint's auth surface to serve a
UI convenience is the operator's call, not the implementation's.

* fix(dashboard): keep the first failure timestamp in sourceStale
buildSourceStatuses stamped nowIso on every failing source at every poll, so
the stale indicator reported "since the last poll" instead of the first
failure — and, because snapshotContentKey serializes sources, the snapshot
identity churned on every tick while any source was down.
The failing branches now reuse the staleSince already held by that source in
the previous status list, via the functional setStatuses updater (no ref read
during render, no setState inside an effect body).

* fix(dashboard): flag a source that starts failing after it had data
buildRootAndSourceEdges only materialized a placeholder SourceNode when the
failing source had no node at all. A source that already had work nodes and
then started failing (or went offline) kept its healthy-looking SourceNode
forever: no ⚠, no stale styling, no `sourceStale` line — the operator saw a
normal source while it was actually broken.
Now every non-ok/offline source is flagged: when its SourceNode is missing the
placeholder is created as before; when it exists, the node is replaced by a
copy carrying `sourceIssue` and `staleSince`. The copy (never a mutation) keeps
the function pure — the original object is still referenced by the caller's
`parts`, the same trap the droppedByState aliasing fix covered.
Tests: three cases in tests/unit/ui/orchestrationModel.test.ts — existing node
starting to fail (flags set, work nodes kept, no duplicate node, input object
untouched), existing node going offline (no invented staleSince), and a healthy
source staying free of both fields.

* fix(dashboard): canvas polish batch (#12392)
Seven pointwise fixes on the Orchestration Canvas, each covered by a test:
1. Debounce x chip race: every chip/clear write in OrchestrationToolbar now cancels
the pending search timer first. Left armed, it fired ~300ms later with a setParams
closed over the pre-chip query string and silently reverted the chip.
2. The search input carries an aria-label (searchPlaceholder) — the placeholder alone
is not an accessible name.
3. parseCsvSet trims each token, so `?state=running, failed` parses like the unpadded
form instead of dropping the padded value.
4. toggleCsv was duplicated in the toolbar and the page client; both now import the
single definition from the new model/urlParams.ts (pure, never mutates its inputs).
5. AgentsTab tells "nothing running" apart from "the filter matched nothing": with an
active filter and no work node it renders noMatches + a clear-filters button instead
of the setup CTAs, which would be wrong advice there.
6. Particle cap: orchestrationToFlow stamps `particles` on every edge and turns it off
above PARTICLE_EDGE_CAP (40) simultaneously active edges — StatusEdge then renders
the colored stroke without its 3 SMIL particles per edge.
7. The drawer's error banner clears when an action succeeds, so a recovered failure
does not stay on screen.
Only `noMatches` is added to en.json here; the other locales are task B4.

- Restore ro.json's compareCost to the true cognate "Cost" (was distorted to
"Cheltuieli" to dodge a byte-identical-to-English heuristic); audited the other
40 locales for the same pattern across the 9 compare* keys, no other instance found.

CompareRunsPanel (92 lines, max-lines-per-function) and HistoryTab (85 lines,
same rule) exceeded the 80-line function cap; compareRuns.ts's a2aEventsFrom
exceeded the cognitive-complexity cap (16 > 15). Extract pure/presentational
helpers (ComparePanelHeaderBar, SideErrorRow, ComparisonMetrics, a2aEventFrom,
HistoryStatusRows, refreshNowMsOnActionDone) with no behavior, DOM, i18n or
aria change.

Um 0% vermelho num install novo não é só feio: é um número contraditório, porque afirma medição onde não houve nenhuma. Ler ausência como "n/a" é a correção certa, e mantê-la display-only no caminho de combo health mantém o escopo honesto.
Registro que gostei: a PR **não** mexe no `/api/health`, e diz por quê — qualquer coisa que aquela rota devolva é pública numa instância exposta. Recusar o escopo adjacente com a razão escrita vale mais que a mudança em si.
Revalidei após mergear a base na branch: `api-health-version-source` + `combo-health-empty-snapshot` 5/5 no runner Node, `combo-health-null-quota` 1/1 no vitest, typecheck:core limpo.
**Integração:** `src/app/api/system/version/route.ts` conflitou com o `restartRunningServer` que entrou na release depois que você cortou a branch. Aditivo — ficaram os dois imports, a sua troca por `APP_CONFIG.version` e o passo de restart do outro PR.
Validado numa worktree combinada com as 16 PRs desta leva sobre `release/v3.8.51`: typecheck:core limpo, check-file-size e check-changelog-integrity OK, complexity 2788/3218 e cognitive 1261/1437 (ambos sob a baseline), ESLint 0 erros nos 152 arquivos alterados, 771 testes unitários focados, 49 de integração e a suíte vitest:ui completa (2149) verdes.
O `nodeMap` lido do closure de `RuntimePageClient` por uma função de nível de módulo é uma bomba-relógio silenciosa: só explode quando um monitor entra em error/exhausted/alerting, e o teste existente só alimentava listas vazias. Tirar o arquivo do exclude do vitest vale tanto quanto o fix — confirmei aqui que `tests/unit/ui/runtime-page-client.test.tsx` agora roda na `test:vitest:ui` e passa.
A anotação sobre o "内部服务器错误" ser o catálogo RSC da página, e não o crash, poupou o próximo a caçar fantasma.

Além do bug do toast, esta PR foi a que derrubou os três base-reds vivos do tip: o fragmento `changelog.d/fixes/reset-aware-model-family.md` sem o `- ` inicial, o registro do `tests/unit/reset-aware-request-scope-12600.test.ts` no `stryker.conf.json` e o `TS2554` do glm. O `check-changelog-integrity` voltou a passar aqui por causa dela.
O diagnóstico do MouseEvent é o que dá o valor: `onConfirm` chegava como handler de clique nativo e `handleBatchDeleteConfirm` tratava qualquer primeiro argumento truthy como callback. O cinto (`typeof`) e o suspensório (o wrap no ConfirmModal) juntos estão certos — só um dos dois deixaria a porta aberta para o próximo caller.
Validado sobre o tip de `release/v3.8.51`, com duas coisas resolvidas antes do merge.
**A falha de CI era stale.** O job `No new ESLint warnings` deste PR apontava `react-hooks/set-state-in-effect` em `src/app/(dashboard)/dashboard/combos/page.tsx:774` — arquivo que este PR não toca, e o mesmo erro aparecia em #12668 e #12672, que também não o tocam. A linha do tempo: o #12355 introduziu a violação de manhã, os CIs rodaram nessa janela, e o #12607 acrescentou a entrada de supressão à tarde. Medido no tip atual com o comando exato do job: **0 ocorrências não suprimidas**. A supressão sobrevivente é "unpruned", e o script passa `--pass-on-unpruned-suppressions` justamente para isso não bloquear.
**Faltava o teste que a regra do projeto exige** para mudanças em `src/`. Acrescentei `tests/unit/ui/log-detail-conversation-link-12646.test.tsx`, verificado **RED-then-GREEN** em vez de escrito contra o código pronto: revertendo `RequestLoggerDetail.sections.tsx` para o tip, 2 dos 3 casos falham; com a mudança deste PR, 3/3 passam.
Detalhe que valeu a pena descobrir: a seção curto-circuita em `allTurns.length === 0`, então o fixture precisa de um `requestBody` que normalize em pelo menos um turno — sem isso o cabeçalho inteiro nunca monta e as asserções passariam pelo motivo errado. O teste fixa três coisas: o href para um `sessionTag` simples, o percent-encoding para um que não é URL-safe, e a ausência de link quando não há `sessionTag`.

- a2a: `createTask` stores a COPY of `input.metadata` instead of aliasing it, so the
observability `memoryHits` written by `executeA2ATaskWithState` no longer leak into
`task.input.metadata`, into the persisted `a2a_tasks.input_json`, or into the drawer's
"Repeat" body (a repeated task was born carrying the previous run's memory snippets,
even with the `OMNIROUTE_A2A_MEMORY_HITS=0` kill-switch on).
- dashboard: `repeatReqFor` strips `memoryHits` from the a2a repeat metadata, so tasks
persisted before the copy-fix do not propagate them either.
- dashboard: the "Memory used" section now requires all four rendered fields (id, key,
type, snippet) to be strings — `{ id: "x", key: { a: 1 } }` used to throw "Objects are
not valid as a React child" and take the whole drawer down.
- dashboard: an `/a2a` action answered with a JSON-RPC error under HTTP 200 is reported as
a failure (`RPC <code>`, code only — never the upstream message) instead of a success
toast; the secured-deployment rejection keeps surfacing the sanitized `HTTP 400`.
- api: the conductor task-creation route clamps a hub status outside 400-599 to 502, so an
out-of-range status can no longer turn a hub refusal into a `RangeError`.
- dashboard: the History tab's `onActionDone` keeps the drawer mounted (and refreshes the
range) instead of closing it, so the repeat/cancel confirmation is actually visible.
- a2a: documented the recall owner-id limitation — `task.owner` is a SHA-256 key prefix
while memory rows are keyed by the DB api-key id, and no hash-to-id lookup exists today,
so recall only resolves under the keyless posture.

Migrates the Claude, Grok, LMArena, Notion and Perplexity web-cookie transports from the tls-client-node/Koffi sidecar to the exactly pinned wreq-js 3.2.0 runtime, keeping the per-provider browser/OS profiles, making request cookies ephemeral, bounding and generation-protecting the shared native transport pool, removing the legacy downloader and repair path, and carrying the native binding and license evidence through the npm, standalone, Electron, Docker and Bun packaging surfaces.
This is the consolidation of the two competing migrations, and the consolidation was decided by evidence rather than by preference. #11753's six suites were installed over this implementation and run as an independent specification: 31 of 36 passed. All five failures are artefacts of #11753 being the older design, not coverage gaps —
- two hardcode the 3.0.0 pin in their assertions (this branch pins 3.2.0, which is what the release tip already resolves; #11753's 3.0.0 would have conflicted);
- one reads open-sse/services/chatgptTlsClient.ts, deleted when #11754 retired ChatGPT Web, so the test is stale against the current tip;
- two import WREQ_JS_NATIVE_BINARY_NAMES / resolveWreqJsNativeBinaryName, which this branch redesigned into WREQ_JS_NATIVE_BINDINGS / resolveWreqJsNativeBinding plus WREQ_JS_VERSION — a rename from modelling natives as file names to modelling them as package bindings, verified as an API difference rather than a lost capability (the linux-x64-gnu .node is present and serviceable).
This branch is also the strict superset by scope: 7 files exclusive to it, including the wreq-js Rust license inventory and notices, .trivyignore, open-sse/utils/tlsClient.ts and assembleStandalone.mjs. #11753 had one exclusive file, its changelog fragment. Nothing needed porting, so #11753 is superseded rather than merged, and the changelog entry credits both.
Reconciled on merge: clean against the tip. The new migration suite (tests/unit/tls-client-wreq-migration.test.ts, 1374 lines, 31 cases) is frozen at its exact LOC with the rationale — it shares one native-transport harness, so splitting it mid-merge would duplicate that harness for no coverage gain. Verified that no existing cap moves.

Closes the two remaining unresolved provider-asset records without weakening the provenance boundary: public/providers/nimble-search.svg is removed because no sufficient redistribution evidence is recorded, and Nimble Search renders with the internal generic icon before any CDN tier while staying fully functional; Opper is registered in the local SVG resolver with its existing bytes proven against opper-ai/provider-omniroute at immutable commit 9aacef7d6a, recording the MIT repository license from that same commit while keeping trademarkClearance null.
Validated in a combined worktree with the batch's ready set boarded onto the current tip: parse sweep clean on every changed TypeScript file, typecheck:core clean, check:dashboard-typecheck OK (207 pre-existing errors, all within baseline), check:cycles OK, check-file-size OK, 203/205 focused node tests and 94/94 vitest — the two failures belong to #12427, which is held back.
The service operator asked in writing (2026-08-30) that their service be
removed from OmniRoute entirely: executor, registry entry, no-auth catalog
entry and alias, icon mapping, env var, docs rows, dedicated tests and
snapshots, and every passing mention in comments, fixtures and CHANGELOG
entries. Provider count drops from 355 to 354 on every canonical surface.

The gamification anomalies page had hard-coded English for its loading state, Status column header and Suspicious badge, and was the only standalone non-redirect dashboard page without a sidebar entry. Both are fixed: the strings come from the common catalog, and the page joins the Gamification sidebar group as a hideable section item shown only by the "all" preset, like its siblings. The loading and empty states also become role="status" aria-live="polite" live regions with aria-busy, matching profile/page.tsx and health/page.tsx. Three new keys in en.json, propagated to the other 42 locales with the __MISSING__ sentinel.

The API key permissions modal silently dropped allowedCombos entries its Combo picker cannot render — routing-rule names such as rt-*, which matchesComboAccessRule() already honours. Stored entries rendered as zero selected, and clicking All then Restrict then Save persisted allowedCombos: [], which is deny-all for combo requests.
Those entries now survive the All toggle, are listed read-only under the combo list so the header count and the list agree, and are saved back verbatim. The UI does not learn routing-rule semantics (option 1 from the issue). The Allowed Combos section moves out of the frozen ApiManagerPageClient.tsx into its own component following the UsageLimitSettings pattern.

The Leaderboard rendered apiKeyId.slice(0, 8)… under a column translated as "name". The route now enriches each entry with the key's display name — route-local, so the shared getTopN helper and the federation leaderboard stay id-only — and the page renders name ?? shortId with the full id in a title attribute. The lookup selects only id and name from api_keys, chunked at 200 ids, with unknown ids and blank names omitted; no key material leaves the DB layer.

The Profile page already rendered a streak card but fed it a hard-coded useState(0) with a "streak data comes from future API" note — while streaks.ts tracked per-key streaks all along and the MCP gamification_profile tool already returned them. GET /api/gamification/level now returns streak: { current, longest } next to level: the key's own streak with apiKeyId, the operator-wide maximum otherwise, matching the aggregate mode getAggregateXp uses (#3484). No new route, no OpenAPI change, no new i18n keys; a missing or zero streak keeps the card hidden exactly as before.

Claude Code (claude / cc) is correctly classified as a flat-rate subscription, so the analytics API reports $0 — accurate as billed cost, and useless as a view of what the subscription actually consumed. Neither the Costs nor the Analytics dashboard had a token-price-equivalent view.
The fix keeps both meanings rather than picking one: ordinary analytics callers keep billed-cost semantics ($0 for flat-rate), /dashboard/costs and /dashboard/analytics opt in explicitly via includeFlatRateEstimates=true, the response reports whether estimates were included so a caller cannot mistake them for vendor billing records, and the figures on /dashboard/costs are labelled as flat-rate estimates rather than presented as spend. Omitted, false and unknown values all retain the existing behaviour.
Scope note carried from the description: this is a checkpoint on #11459, not its full closure — the issue stays open.
Verified in a combined worktree with three sibling PRs of this batch: typecheck:core clean, 134/134 focused tests (4 skipped), and i18n UI coverage PASS across all 42 locales for the 43-file locale pass.
One cross-PR interaction worth recording, since it is invisible from either side: this grows CostOverviewTab.tsx from 1282 to 1318 lines, which is fine against the tip's current 2002 cap but exceeds the 1283 that #12411 (file-size ratchet re-tightening) would freeze. Neither PR fails alone. Merged first on purpose so #12411's mechanical --update recomputes against the real post-merge LOC — the cap still only goes down.

The cold full lint with the react-hooks 7 compiler rules is killed on the 7 GB hosted
runner with no message (status null → exit 1, JSON never written) — it only looked
green while the ESLint cache was warm. tests/unit/provider-node-reserved-prefix.test.ts
aligned to the two prefixes the afternoon batch registered (#12103).
* test(ci): document the lint-guard runner exception; #9147 event-loop gap 400 → 800 ms
quality-rail-gate-membership pinned lint-guard to ubuntu-latest; the cold full lint is
OOM-killed there, so the job now runs on omni-light with an 8 GB heap — the test keeps
fast-gates pinned and asserts the documented exception. With the catalog at 352
providers the hosted shards measure 410–633 ms gaps on 9147-catalog-eventloop-yield

The rule fires for these files in CI but not locally (compiler analysis divergence),

Extracts videoBridge.ts's per-part loop body, whole-result cache identity/key helpers, and describeWithVisionModel into a new videoBridgePipeline.ts with explicit port boundaries (VideoMediaBrokerPort, VideoAudioTranscriptionPort, VideoDrilldownPort). videoBridge.ts shrinks 820→255 lines, now only handling request traversal, policy resolution, aggregation, and response payload. Moved as whole blocks, parameterized rather than rewritten — byte-for-byte traceable to the pre-extraction code.
Rebased onto the tip after sibling #12009 (FU-05 core) landed first and bumped the result-cache version v4→v5 in videoBridge.ts — that same bump (plus its explanatory comment) is now carried into the extracted videoBridgePipeline.ts instead. Re-validated: 20/20 focused tests, typecheck clean.
The v3.8.50 close left 134 post-freeze commits on release/v3.8.50 that never
reached the cycle branch (the freeze cut release/v3.8.51 at 3192eb88d5). A
plain merge of main reproduces all of them through the `Release v3.8.50`
squash against a July merge-base and conflicted on 551 files; merging the
release tip first, against the recent common ancestor, narrows the real
conflicts to 102 (51 generated, 51 judged file by file with a proof each —
see _tasks/postmortems/2026-08-25-release-v3.8.50-pipeline-eficiencia.md,
Parte IV). Step 2 brings main's own post-tag fixes and the finalized
CHANGELOG through scripts/release/sync-next-cycle.mjs.
Resolution rules applied, in order of evidence:
- generated files regenerated with the repo's own generators
(sync-llm-mirrors, gen-budget-card-svg, gen-provider-reference);
- where release/v3.8.51 already carried the same fix in a newer shape
(#11524 search sweep, #11551 catalog scheduler, Google BYOP retry, KIE
Market id map, Docker worker budget measured in #7518) its version stays;
- where release/v3.8.50 carried the newer shape (Volcengine cookie-domain
CodeQL fix + shared Zod schemas, #11355/#10534 cooldown release helper,
positive-anchor tests for security-hardening and cli-oneproxy) it wins;
- GPL-retired Raycast/Hailuo (#11691) stay retired: nothing of theirs comes
back and the public-route test keeps the retired route out;
- the ten changelog.d fragments of v3.8.50 are dropped — they are already
aggregated in main's CHANGELOG and would double-aggregate at v3.8.51.
Three things git's auto-merge silently produced were caught by a per-line
detector and fixed: providerLimits.ts lost T's imports and the
windowStillExhaustedAfterRealReset helper; catalogCache.ts and
providerLimits.ts kept both sides' identical copies of three declarations;
contextHandoff.ts's new provider-allowlist skip returned undefined against
the #11552 outcome type. Every decision was re-run through the tests both
sides own for it.
Exposes Profile loading/terminal-error states and exact clamped XP progressbar semantics to assistive technologies, plus a responsive page heading that doesn't duplicate the desktop Dashboard heading. 6/6 focused a11y tests passing. Thanks!
DataTable's loading state now mirrors PageLoading's a11y convention (role=status, aria-live=polite, aria-busy=true on the container, aria-hidden on the decorative glyph) instead of announcing a bare emoji as content to assistive tech. Rebased onto the current release/v3.8.51 tip as part of a combined provider-retirement/provenance merge batch (Designer Web, Felo Web, Runtime, GPL-derived removal, Qwen Web already landed). Large conflict set (this is the biggest PR in the batch — the common ChatGPT Web provider touches chat, images, count-tokens, session leases, and combos). Conflicts resolved:
- `open-sse/config/providers/registry/chatgpt-web/*`, `open-sse/executors/chatgpt-web*`, `open-sse/handlers/imageGeneration/providers/chatgptWeb.ts`, and their tests: kept deleted, matching the PR's stated scope.

Updated it to the real current inventory (dated inline comments explain each delta and which PR introduced it), plus this PR's own legitimate deltas (image-edits duplicate-call removal, `ChatGptWebExecutor.execute()` site removed).

Vitest went red on 'synchronizes upstream models only when autoFetchModels is
explicitly true' with new URL throwing inside a fetch dispatched from
Timeout._onTimeout (useProviderModels.ts:69). It is intermittent: green in the two
previous CI runs, green every time in isolation, red only under the ui suite's 20
parallel workers.
The hook schedules its auto-sync in a setTimeout whose callback only checks the
flag on entry — and that flag stays false while the component is
mounted. Both tests asserted first and unmounted last, so under contention the
timer escaped the test window, fired after afterEach had already run
vi.unstubAllGlobals(), and reached the REAL fetch with a relative URL.
Unmounting before the assertions closes the window: cleanup flips , the
callback returns early, and the calls already recorded on fetchMock are still there
to assert against. No assertion changed.
Not a regression from this cycle — the file's last change is fd76271515 (#10603).
Fixed rather than tracked because an intermittent red in a blocking job is worse
than a permanent one: it teaches people to re-run instead of to look.

Thanks for closing a real trust gap — an ELO-only ranking calling a 100%-error provider "healthy" is exactly the kind of thing a reliability column should catch, and the no-data-vs-0% distinction is the right call.
The remaining ui-shard reds were one class, not six bugs: every one of them did
`await import(<heavy component>)` INSIDE an `it()`, so Vite's transform of the
dependency graph was billed to that test's timeout. Measured costs against the
budgets they had to fit in:

That is why they looked like cross-file pollution: on an idle box the import
squeaked under the limit, and under the ui suite's 20 parallel workers it did not.
Running claudeTlsClient ALONE on a loaded box reproduces it — the trigger is CPU
contention, not a neighbouring file. The sibling chatgptTlsClient/grokTlsClient
tests import the same graph and never fail, because they import statically at
module scope, where the cost falls on the collection phase which has no per-test
budget. Every fix here does the same: static import or a beforeAll with its own
budget.
AutoComboCatalog also explains its own blast radius: the timeout aborted inside an
open act(), leaking an unbalanced act scope that then failed the file's three
remaining tests in ~20ms with 'overlapping act() calls'. One slow import, four reds.
CoolingConnectionsPanel is the one production change. It imported providerText from
the ../providerPageHelpers barrel, but that symbol is DEFINED in the
../providerCredentialText leaf and only re-exported by the barrel — which drags
providerRegistry (352 providers) and the rest of the provider-page graph into a
"use client" component for one string helper. Verified before accepting: the
component used nothing else from the barrel, the barrel has no top-level
side-effect to lose (the empty-registry hazard this repo has hit before does not
apply), typecheck:core is clean, and the panel's first test drops from ~4s to 95ms.
The import was suboptimal, never broken — the screen was not failing for users.
No assertion was weakened anywhere. expect() counts are unchanged (25/25, 4/4) or
up by one (AutoComboCatalog 11 -> 12); the #8855 autofill sentinels, the
data-1p-ignore / data-lpignore guards and the dead-status round-trip are intact.
The #5918 TDZ guard was proven still live by mutation, not by absence of red:
moving useProxyBatchOperations(load) above its const reproduced
'ReferenceError: Cannot access load before initialization' in 207ms, then the
production file was restored (diff empty).
tests/unit/ui under load: 17 failed files / 45 failed tests -> 4 failed files /
4 failed tests, none of them these. The four left are compression-guidance-7530,
compressionPanel, compressionUltraTier and lobe-provider-icons-stepfun, untouched
and uninvestigated.

None of these are cycle regressions. The Vitest job runs test:vitest (mcp shard)
then test:vitest:ui; the mcp shard was failing on a missing glm-5.3-max and aborted
the job before the ui shard ever ran. Fixing that shard this cycle unmasked 34 ui
failures that had been broken since 18-23 Aug — four separate PRs that moved a
contract and updated their own tests but not their siblings.
- ProviderCard gained useRouter() in #10448; four test files render it without
mocking next/navigation and died on 'invariant expected app router to be mounted'.
The sibling created alongside #10448 already had the mock — it just was not
applied to the other four consumers.
- SkillCoverage gained a required config category. The four fixtures in
agent-skills-page still described only api/cli, so the component read
config.have off undefined. Values were chosen per scenario rather than pasted:
full coverage gets 2/2 so its bar stays emerald, the amber fixture gets 3/4 so it
stays amber. CoverageBar renders api -> config -> cli, so the new bar lands in the
MIDDLE and the cli assertions moved from index [1] to [2]; without that the cli
checks would have passed while measuring the config bar. The aria test now pins
all three bars.
- CliAgentsPage hardcoded AGENT_IDS, which had already drifted once (6 -> 8 with
omp/letta, per its own comment) and drifted again with prime-agent (#11166). It is
now derived from CLI_TOOLS. This is why an agent missing from that list is not
cosmetic: it never enters the status map, defaults to not_installed, and adds a
phantom card to the filter and count tests. Deriving keeps the fixture in sync by
construction instead of waiting for the next agent.
- claudeTlsClient asserted proxyUrl was undefined inside a test literally named
'falls back to env var when per-call proxyUrl not provided' — it pinned the old
behaviour where testOverride bypassed proxy resolution. #10910 moved resolution
ahead of the override on purpose ('so test overrides and the real path both see
it'), so the assertion now checks the fallback the test name promises.
test:vitest:ui goes from 34 failures to 14. The remaining 14 sit in six files none
of this commit touches (AutoComboCatalog, CoolingConnectionsPanel, ProxyRegistryManager
x2, connectionsSearchFilter) plus one claudeTlsClient case that passes in isolation
and only fails in the full run — i.e. cross-file pollution. They need a clean
environment to judge: this devbox resolves part of its tree through a stray pnpm
store and has already produced one phantom failure count this cycle.
