fix(providers): migrate web cookie TLS transport to wreq-js (#12429)
Migrates the Claude, Grok, LMArena, Notion and Perplexity web-cookie transports from the tls-client-node/Koffi sidecar to the exactly pinned wreq-js 3.2.0 runtime, keeping the per-provider browser/OS profiles, making request cookies ephemeral, bounding and generation-protecting the shared native transport pool, removing the legacy downloader and repair path, and carrying the native binding and license evidence through the npm, standalone, Electron, Docker and Bun packaging surfaces. This is the consolidation of the two competing migrations, and the consolidation was decided by evidence rather than by preference. #11753's six suites were installed over this implementation and run as an independent specification: 31 of 36 passed. All five failures are artefacts of #11753 being the older design, not coverage gaps — - two hardcode the 3.0.0 pin in their assertions (this branch pins 3.2.0, which is what the release tip already resolves; #11753's 3.0.0 would have conflicted); - one reads open-sse/services/chatgptTlsClient.ts, deleted when #11754 retired ChatGPT Web, so the test is stale against the current tip; - two import WREQ_JS_NATIVE_BINARY_NAMES / resolveWreqJsNativeBinaryName, which this branch redesigned into WREQ_JS_NATIVE_BINDINGS / resolveWreqJsNativeBinding plus WREQ_JS_VERSION — a rename from modelling natives as file names to modelling them as package bindings, verified as an API difference rather than a lost capability (the linux-x64-gnu .node is present and serviceable). This branch is also the strict superset by scope: 7 files exclusive to it, including the wreq-js Rust license inventory and notices, .trivyignore, open-sse/utils/tlsClient.ts and assembleStandalone.mjs. #11753 had one exclusive file, its changelog fragment. Nothing needed porting, so #11753 is superseded rather than merged, and the changelog entry credits both. Reconciled on merge: clean against the tip. The new migration suite (tests/unit/tls-client-wreq-migration.test.ts, 1374 lines, 31 cases) is frozen at its exact LOC with the rationale — it shares one native-transport harness, so splitting it mid-merge would duplicate that harness for no coverage gain. Verified that no existing cap moves. Verified: 182/182 across the eight TLS, native-manifest, postinstall, standalone-bundle, pack-artifact and provider-validation suites, typecheck:core clean, check:cycles OK, check-changelog-integrity OK, check-file-size OK, and every changed TypeScript file parses. |

fix(build): fail fast when an externalised optional native dep was silently dropped (#11863)
Boarded with 8 other PRs in one combined worktree: typecheck:core, check:file-size, check:changelog-integrity, check:complexity, check:cognitive-complexity, check:cycles, check-native-deps all green; 75/75 focused tests pass. Fixes a genuinely confusing failure mode — matches the documented TROUBLESHOOTING.md symptom exactly. Thanks for the preflight check and clear diagnostics. |

fix(providers): retire common ChatGPT Web provider (#11754)
Rebased onto the current release/v3.8.51 tip as part of a combined provider-retirement/provenance merge batch (Designer Web, Felo Web, Runtime, GPL-derived removal, Qwen Web already landed). Large conflict set (this is the biggest PR in the batch — the common ChatGPT Web provider touches chat, images, count-tokens, session leases, and combos). Conflicts resolved: - `open-sse/config/providers/registry/chatgpt-web/*`, `open-sse/executors/chatgpt-web*`, `open-sse/handlers/imageGeneration/providers/chatgptWeb.ts`, and their tests: kept deleted, matching the PR's stated scope. - `open-sse/config/providers/registry/minimax/web/index.ts`, `open-sse/handlers/imageGeneration/providers/geminiWeb.ts`, `open-sse/executors/gemini-web.ts`'s stale image-mode branch: base-drift collisions against already-merged sibling retirements (#11691, #11708) — kept deleted / dropped the dead code, since this PR's own branch forked before those merged. - `src/shared/constants/reservedProviderPrefixes.ts`, `open-sse/executors/index.ts`, `executorProxy.ts`, `virtualFactory.ts`, `autoStrategy.ts`, `src/lib/db/providers.ts`, `src/sse/handlers/chat.ts`: combined the Designer + Runtime (Felo/Qwen) + common-ChatGPT-Web retirement guard calls at each shared chokepoint — compute-once-then-OR pattern, consistent with prior combinations in this batch. - `src/sse/services/model.ts` / `src/sse/handlers/chatHelpers.ts`: adopted this PR's new `getModelInfoOrRetirementResponse()` central wrapper (a real improvement over ad-hoc try/catch), and extended it to also catch the Designer + Runtime retirement errors it didn't originally cover, so the consolidation doesn't regress the other two mechanisms. - `src/app/api/v1/images/edits/route.ts`: this PR moved the retirement check earlier (before `enforceApiKeyPolicy`) but left the old later call+catch block in place from base drift — removed the now-redundant duplicate `resolveImageRouteModel()` call and merged the Designer catch into the earlier one. - `open-sse/config/imageRegistry.ts`, `tests/snapshots/executors/executor-map.json` (`keyCount` recomputed to 133), `tests/snapshots/provider/translate-path.json`: same "both sides inserted a different retired provider at the same slot" pattern — resolved by dropping both. - `tests/unit/chatcore-executor-proxy.test.ts`, `provider-node-reserved-prefix.test.ts`, `combo-auto-candidate-expansion.test.ts`, `messages-count-tokens-route.test.ts`, `virtual-auto-combo.test.ts`: split into independent per-mechanism test blocks (established pattern); `virtual-auto-combo.test.ts`'s old "includes cookie web-session providers" positive-inclusion test (which used chatgpt-web as its example) was retired along with the provider and replaced by this PR's negative-exclusion test for the same slot. - `docs/architecture/ARCHITECTURE.md`, `CODEBASE_DOCUMENTATION.md` (+ 4 i18n mirrors), `README.md`, `FREE-TIERS-GUIDE.md`, `docs/diagrams/free-tier-budget.svg`, `docs/screenshots/free-tier-budget-card.svg`, `docs/reference/PROVIDER_REFERENCE.md`: recomputed every stale count from the real merged state — 104 executors (`countFiles` gate logic), 351 providers (regenerated via `gen:provider-reference`), 152/351 `hasFree` entries, 445/438/7 free-tier catalog rows, 13 ToS-avoid providers, budget-card regenerated via its real generator script. One doc conflict (`oauth/` module list) needed picking HEAD's side specifically — theirs still listed the already-removed `raycast` module instead of the real `openference`. - `config/quality/test-masking-allowlist.json`: additive merge of the PR's 17 `_deletedWithReplacement` entries alongside the batch's existing ones (one real duplicate-key mistake in my first pass, caught and fixed via a `object_pairs_hook` duplicate-key check before finalizing). Also fixed two real, unrelated-to-my-merge issues surfaced by the focused suite: - `tests/unit/resolve-web-provider-host.test.ts`: the PR's own test had a typo — it asserted `perplexity-web`'s resolved host as `"perplexity.ai"`, but the provider's registered `website` is `"https://www.perplexity.ai"` and the resolver returns the URL's `host` verbatim (no www-stripping), so the correct value is `"www.perplexity.ai"` (consistent with the same test's own `url` assertion). - `tests/unit/hard-session-lease-bypass-inventory.test.ts`: this golden call-site inventory was already stale on the pristine post-#11713 tip (confirmed via a throwaway probe worktree) — `src/lib/db/providers.ts`'s 3 connection-fallback sites and a third `src/app/api/providers/route.ts` site were never added to the golden list by the earlier-merged #11698/#11720 PRs. Updated it to the real current inventory (dated inline comments explain each delta and which PR introduced it), plus this PR's own legitimate deltas (image-edits duplicate-call removal, `ChatGptWebExecutor.execute()` site removed). Focused suite green (433/433 across executor-proxy, reserved-prefix, hard-session-lease-bypass-inventory, resolve-web-provider-host, retirement/runtime-block/source-retirement/management-retirement/image-handler-retirement, migration-168, combo-auto-candidate-expansion, virtual-auto-combo, executor-map-golden and siblings), plus `typecheck:core`, `check-file-size`, and `check-changelog-integrity` clean. Thanks for the thorough provenance-hold retirement work — appreciated. |

fix(cli): restore packaged machine-token authentication (#10468)
Obrigado por restaurar e endurecer a autenticação por machine-token no CLI empacotado. Validação (worktree combinado a partir de origin/release/v3.8.50, merge limpo, 0 conflitos — 34 arquivos, +1078/-247): - `npm run typecheck:core` — limpo - `node scripts/check/check-complexity.mjs` — OK (2558 violações vs baseline 2774) - `node scripts/check/check-cognitive-complexity.mjs` — OK (1152 violações vs baseline 1223) - `node scripts/check/check-file-size.mjs` — OK - `node scripts/check/check-changelog-integrity.mjs` — OK - Testes focados (8 arquivos: cli-doctor-command, cli-machine-token, lib/machineToken, lib/managementCliToken, agentSkills-generator, api/settings-audit, check-pack-boot, next-config) — 95/95 passando Os dois achados de segurança do maintainer-feedback original (checagem de loopback tipo SSRF, escopo de cookie/CSRF) já estavam corrigidos e cobertos por teste no commit `2b785f0068a862fbd867221294325ad921787782` desta branch. |

feat(radar): flag-gated signed free-model catalog overlay (#9515)
* feat(dashboard): add RADAR_ENABLED flag (default off) * feat(db): radar feed cache + settings with encrypted supporter key * feat(radar): signed feed sync with pinned key and version floor - feedSchema.ts: Zod v4 schema mirroring the server feed format (discriminated union on budget.kind, enum constraints, etc.) - pinnedKeys.ts: Ed25519 SPKI-DER pinned key + env override for forks - verify.ts: signature verification over exact wire bytes, never throws - sync.ts: full download/verify/validate/cache pipeline with injectable deps, feature-flag gate, opt-in gate, version floor (numeric compare), and sanitized error reasons (no stack traces) - 40 tests covering: contract hash, key handling, sig verification, schema validation, version compare, all sync paths (disabled, opt_out, invalid_signature, invalid_schema, stale, updated, error), auth header injection, and cache-untouched assertions for every failure mode * feat(radar): read-time overlay merge rules over the free catalog Pure function applyFeed() merges the cached Radar feed over the static baseline catalog at read time, honoring 4 rules: 1. Feed never overwrites a local override field. 2. enabled:false disables the entry with disabledBy:"radar" provenance. 3. User-added entry NOT in the feed survives untouched. 4. User deletion tombstone prevents feed resurrection. getRadarCatalog() accessor in index.ts: flag off / no cache / corrupt payload all fall back to baseline. Valid cache applies the overlay and returns feed metadata (version, tier, fetchedAt). TDD: 19 tests (4 rules + dedup + origin + accessor flag/cache/corrupt/ valid/bad-feed + baselineToMergedEntries converter). * feat(dashboard): radar catalog and guided setup screens - API routes: GET /api/radar/catalog, POST /api/radar/sync, POST /api/radar/settings - All gated on RADAR_ENABLED flag (404 when off) - Error responses via buildErrorBody(), never raw stack/message - Settings never echoes clear supporter key (masked omr_****<last4>) - Sync delegates to syncRadar() server-side, never proxies feed URL - Dashboard pages: - /dashboard/radar: 4 states (flag off, opt-in pending, empty, populated) - /dashboard/radar/setup?provider=X: guided setup with steps, key URL, test connection - Uses existing Card component and next-intl patterns - Sidebar: radar entry in costs group with icon - i18n: pt-BR and en keys for radarPage and radarSetupPage namespaces - Tests: - radar-api-routes.test.ts: 11 tests (flag-off 404, flag-on shape, error sanitization) - radar-page-state.test.ts: 5 tests (pure state logic) - All 90 radar tests pass (including prior 74) * docs(radar): module doc and flag-off inertia test Add docs/frameworks/RADAR.md covering the flag gate, the separate data-sync opt-in and privacy promise, the Ed25519 signature/pinned-key security model, tiers, the read-time overlay merge rules, and the self-hosting env vars — plus index entries in CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md/docs/README.md/REPOSITORY_MAP.md. Document RADAR_FEED_URL and RADAR_FEED_PUBKEY in .env.example and docs/reference/ENVIRONMENT.md to satisfy check:env-doc-sync, which was failing on this branch since the sync.ts commit added the reads. Add tests/unit/radar-inertia.test.ts as the single canonical place asserting the "RADAR_ENABLED off => zero behavioral delta" claim end to end: the three /api/radar/* routes 404, the flag resolves to the definition default with no override, getRadarCatalog() returns exactly the baseline without touching the cache, and computeFreeModelTotals() keeps its pinned values with the Radar module imported alongside it. * fix(db): renumber radar migration to 135 after collision with 134 The base branch introduced 134_proxy_logs_egress_ip while this branch carried 134_radar_cache_settings; the migration runner rejects duplicate numeric prefixes. This migration has never been applied to a real database (the PR is unmerged), so no retroactive isSchemaAlreadyApplied guard is needed. * i18n(radar): translate radar catalog and setup strings to all locales The UI-coverage ratchet measures (present - placeholder) / total_en, so the __MISSING__ sentinels that i18n:sync-ui writes do not count as covered — only real translations restore the metric. Scoped to this PR's namespaces (radarPage, radarSetupPage, sidebar.radar*) instead of a bulk sync, which would have pulled ~978 unrelated pending keys into this diff. Placeholders and code identifiers verified preserved across all 1682 strings. * fix(radar): trust the served-tier header instead of the signed body field The signed feed body always carries tier:"live" by design (one signed artifact per version — rewriting the field server-side per request would break the exact-bytes Ed25519 signature). The server now returns the tier ACTUALLY served via the x-omniroute-feed-tier response header, so free users on a delayed community snapshot no longer see "Ao vivo (tempo real)" in the UI. sync.ts now reads and validates that header (falling back to the body's tier only when the header is absent or holds an unrecognized value) and stores the served tier in the cache; index.ts already surfaces cache.tier to the UI unchanged. * test(combo): shorten an assert message that exceeded the line limit The assertion added by #9507 was 104 chars, so prettier reformatted it into five lines on the next commit that touched the file, pushing it past its frozen size (3449) and failing check:file-size. The message is shortened (the issue reference stays in the comment directly above); the assertion itself is unchanged, and the file is back to 3448 lines and prettier-clean. * i18n(radar): use the canonical zh-TW glossary terms The machine translation produced retired renderings the glossary gate blocks: 供應商 for provider (canonical 提供者) and 文檔 for documentation (canonical 文件). Fixed across the 11 affected radar strings; tests/unit/i18n-glossary-consistency-check.test.ts is back to 17/17. * fix(radar): point the default feed URL at the domain that exists radar.omniroute.dev was a placeholder for a domain that was never registered, so an out-of-the-box sync would fail DNS resolution for every user. The live feed is served from radar.omniroute.online (the subdomain the design always specified), now behind Cloudflare TLS. Forks still override it via RADAR_FEED_URL. --------- Co-authored-by: diegosouzapw <diegosouzapw@users.noreply.github.com> |

fix(docker): repair tls-client-node native binary after --ignore-scripts (#7802) (#7829)
The Dockerfile builder stage installs with --ignore-scripts, which blocks tls-client-node's own postinstall.js (the script that fetches the native .so/.dylib/.dll from bogdanfinn/tls-client GitHub Releases). Unlike better-sqlite3 (explicit node-gyp rebuild) and wreq-js (fixWreqJsBinary()), tls-client-node had zero compensating step, so node_modules/tls-client-node/bin/ was always empty in the official Docker image and every chatgpt-web/claude-web/ grok-web/lmarena/perplexity-web request threw TlsClientUnavailableError. - Dockerfile: explicitly invoke tls-client-node's postinstall.js after npm ci --ignore-scripts (same spot as the better-sqlite3 rebuild), and fail the build loudly if bin/ ends up empty instead of shipping a silently-broken image. - scripts/build/fixTlsClientNodeBinary.mjs (new): mirrors fixWreqJsBinary() to copy the root bin/ into the standalone dist/node_modules bundle, and retries the download with backoff when bin/ is empty (degrades gracefully against a transient GitHub API rate-limit instead of failing on the first attempt), warning with a clear manual-fix pointer if every retry still comes up empty. - Registered the new script in package.json files + pack-artifact-policy.ts allowlists so it ships in the npm tarball. Regression test: tests/unit/tls-client-node-docker-binary-7802.test.ts (RED against current release/v3.8.49 tip, GREEN after the fix). New unit coverage for the retry/copy/warn behavior in tests/unit/fix-tls-client-node-binary-7802.test.ts. Closes #7802 |

Release/v3.8.0 — full changelog with 660+ commits (#2419)
* fix(cli-tools): guard modelId type before calling indexOf E2E shakedown v3.8.0: cli-tools quebrava com TypeError quando dynamicModels continha entradas sem .id (objeto retornado diretamente em vez de string). * fix(offline): avoid SSR/CSR hydration mismatch on navigator.onLine Replace useState+lazy-initializer with useSyncExternalStore so the server snapshot (() => false) and client snapshot (() => navigator.onLine) are declared separately. React hydrates with the server value and switches to the real online status client-side without a mismatch. * chore(i18n): add missing en.json keys for translator, cli-tools, memory, onboarding Adds 58 missing keys identified by the new dashboard audit script: - cliTools: 18 custom CLI builder keys (CustomCliCard) - translator: 24 keys covering stream transformer, live monitor, test bench - memory: 12 health/pagination/dialog keys - onboarding.tier: 8 keys for the tier tour walkthrough Also adds scripts/i18n/audit-dashboard-pages.mjs which scans all dashboard pages, reports t() calls referencing missing en.json keys, and flags candidate hardcoded JSX/attribute strings. * chore(i18n): replace hardcoded UI text with t() calls across dashboard (round 1) Subagents refactored 8 high-impact dashboard pages, replacing 81 of the 407 hardcoded English/PT strings flagged by the audit with proper useTranslations() lookups. Added 73 corresponding keys to en.json across the home, apiManager, providers, settings, and usage namespaces. Pages affected: - BudgetTab (27 → 0) - HomePageClient (2 → 0) - RoutingTab (25 → 7) - ResilienceTab (38 → 18) - SystemStorageTab (42 → 21) - providers/[id] (17 → 15) - ApiManagerPageClient (14 → 13) - OneproxyTab (13 → 10) Also adds two helper scripts: - scripts/i18n/extract-keys-from-diff.mjs — extracts new keys from git diff - scripts/i18n/merge-keys.mjs — merges a pending-keys JSON into en.json Remaining hardcoded strings will be addressed in follow-up rounds. * chore(i18n): replace hardcoded UI text with t() calls across dashboard (round 2) Continues round 1 (commit |

feat(runtime): dynamic SQLite runtime installer with 5-step fallback chain
Adds bin/cli/runtime/sqliteRuntime.mjs that resolves better-sqlite3 from: (1) bundled optionalDependency, (2) ~/.omniroute/runtime/ install, (3) lazy npm install into runtime dir, (4) node:sqlite stdlib (Node >=22.5), (5) bundled sql.js WASM. Each native binary is validated against expected platform magic bytes (ELF/Mach-O/PE) before load. Adds bin/cli/runtime/magicBytes.mjs with validateBinaryMagic() helper (9 tests). Adds bin/cli/runtime/index.mjs as warmUpRuntimes() orchestrator. Adds scripts/postinstall.mjs warm-up hook (non-fatal, skipped in CI). Integrates it as the last step of scripts/build/postinstall.mjs. Extends src/lib/db/core.ts with ensureDbInitialized() (async, idempotent) and getDriverInfo() so the startup orchestrator can await the resolver before any DB access, enabling graceful degradation without crashing the process on missing better-sqlite3. Solves Windows EBUSY error on 'npm install -g omniroute@latest' while the previous version is still running, and works in environments without C++ build tools or with unreachable npm registry. Documents OMNIROUTE_SKIP_POSTINSTALL in .env.example and ENVIRONMENT.md. Ref: 9router/cli/hooks/sqliteRuntime.js (pattern origin). |
