1c37fff056 fix(memory): honor category filter in GET /api/memory (#11699)
Boarded with #11756 (a duplicate fix for the same underlying issue #11650). Compared both implementations directly: this one is technically superior — guards the json_extract() call with json_valid(metadata) so malformed/legacy metadata returns no match instead of throwing a 500, and covers genericBackend.ts/obsidianBackend.ts in addition to sqliteBackend.ts. #11756 only touched SQLite and had no malformed-JSON guard. Closing #11756 with credit. Resynced onto the updated release tip: the test file's `await import("../../src/lib/localDb.ts")` broke after #12055 deleted the barrel earlier this session (your branch forked before that migration) — fixed to import updateSettings directly from @/lib/db/settings, matching the pattern already used by other integration tests. typecheck:core, check:dashboard-typecheck, check:file-size, check:changelog-integrity, check:complexity, check:cognitive-complexity, check:cycles, check-deps all green; 4/4 integration + 35/35 vitest pass after resync. Thanks for the thorough, well-tested fix.

50bc8ab8aa fix(barrel): delete the @/lib/localDb barrel — every consumer migrated (#11795 Phase 5) (#12055)
Resynced onto the release tip after #12051/#12052/#12053 landed. Same LKGP-clear conflict as #12053 (kept the current clearStaleLKGP() helper at both call sites). One additional issue this final phase's combined-worktree validation surfaced: clearStaleLKGP() itself (added by #12013, which none of the 4 phase PRs could have seen since it landed after they were authored) still had a dynamic `await import("@/lib/localDb")` — a real break once this PR deletes the barrel. Fixed to `await import("@/lib/db/settings")`, matching the direct-import pattern used at every other call site. typecheck:core, check-db-rules, check:cycles, and the eslint-import-boundaries regression test (3/3, including "G14 rejects localDb barrel imports") all green after resync — zero barrel-importing production files remain. Nice clean 5-phase migration, and thanks for taking on the full #11795 cleanup.

c9b1c12cfd fix(db): include local no-API-key providers in Qdrant embedding-model list (#11949) (#11995)
Local no-API-key providers (ollama-local, lm-studio, vllm, etc.) were invisible in the Qdrant embedding-model dropdown because configuredProviders required a real apiKey or OAuth. Extended the filter to also include providerAllowsOptionalApiKey(connection.provider) — the same canonical helper already used for the identical check elsewhere. TDD: 21/21 integration tests pass (was 20/21 before the fix).

3d4f3e4960 test(infra): retry recursive temp-dir removal instead of failing a shard on ENOTEMPTY (#11966) (#11968)
* test(infra): retry recursive temp-dir removal instead of failing a shard on ENOTEMPTY (#11966)

Two shards on release/v3.8.51 went red in one day with the same signature —
"ENOTEMPTY, Directory not empty: /tmp/omniroute-<test>-XXXXXX" — from
combo-same-provider-cascade (Unit Tests fast-path 4/4, on a PR that touches only
.github/) and auth-policy-embeddings-webfetch-7785 (the 20k-test TIA step). Both pass
alone and on re-run: the cleanup races something still writing into the directory
(SQLite WAL/-shm checkpoint, a worker, the backup) and under a loaded hosted runner
the window opens. 1154 test files do their own cleanup with
fs.rmSync(dir, { recursive: true, force: true }); 57 already asked for retries.

One-shot codemod (scripts/ad-hoc/codemod-rm-maxretries.mjs, kept for the record):
every rm / rmSync / rmdirSync option object with `recursive: true` and no
`maxRetries` gains `maxRetries: 5, retryDelay: 100` — Node itself then retries
ENOTEMPTY/EBUSY/EPERM for up to ~0.5 s before giving up. 2243 call sites in 1292
files under tests/, the shared tests/_setup/isolateDataDir.ts exit hook included.
Only the option object changes: no call site, assertion or import is touched.

Validation: prettier and ESLint (with the frozen suppressions) clean on all 1292
files; a random 20-file sample runs green (quota-redis-store hangs identically on
the untouched tree — it needs a Redis on localhost, an environment matter). The
four unit shards on this PR are the full run.

* fix(quality): let check-forgotten-sibling-tests read a 1,000-file diff

The gate shells out to `git diff` through execFileSync with Node's default 1 MB
maxBuffer; the 1,292-file codemod in this PR is the first diff large enough to
overflow it, and the gate died with `spawnSync git ENOBUFS` before comparing
anything. 64 MB is far above any real PR and costs nothing when unused.

a32ba0e362 test(security): drop the guard-target set left unused by the sync
The sync-back kept release/v3.8.50's per-handler positive-anchor version of
this suite, which no longer needs the guardDelegatingTargets set the cycle
branch had added — the only ESLint error the merge introduced (281 vs 280 on a
pristine release/v3.8.51).

b68af3f090 chore(release): merge release/v3.8.50 tip into release/v3.8.51 — sync-back step 1/2
The v3.8.50 close left 134 post-freeze commits on release/v3.8.50 that never
reached the cycle branch (the freeze cut release/v3.8.51 at 3192eb88d5). A
plain merge of main reproduces all of them through the `Release v3.8.50`
squash against a July merge-base and conflicted on 551 files; merging the
release tip first, against the recent common ancestor, narrows the real
conflicts to 102 (51 generated, 51 judged file by file with a proof each —
see _tasks/postmortems/2026-08-25-release-v3.8.50-pipeline-eficiencia.md,
Parte IV). Step 2 brings main's own post-tag fixes and the finalized
CHANGELOG through scripts/release/sync-next-cycle.mjs.

Resolution rules applied, in order of evidence:
- generated files regenerated with the repo's own generators
  (sync-llm-mirrors, gen-budget-card-svg, gen-provider-reference);
- where release/v3.8.51 already carried the same fix in a newer shape
(#11524 search sweep, #11551 catalog scheduler, Google BYOP retry, KIE
  Market id map, Docker worker budget measured in #7518) its version stays;
- where release/v3.8.50 carried the newer shape (Volcengine cookie-domain
CodeQL fix + shared Zod schemas, #11355/#10534 cooldown release helper,
  positive-anchor tests for security-hardening and cli-oneproxy) it wins;
- GPL-retired Raycast/Hailuo (#11691) stay retired: nothing of theirs comes
  back and the public-route test keeps the retired route out;
- the ten changelog.d fragments of v3.8.50 are dropped — they are already
aggregated in main's CHANGELOG and would double-aggregate at v3.8.51.

Three things git's auto-merge silently produced were caught by a per-line
detector and fixed: providerLimits.ts lost T's imports and the
windowStillExhaustedAfterRealReset helper; catalogCache.ts and
providerLimits.ts kept both sides' identical copies of three declarations;
contextHandoff.ts's new provider-allowlist skip returned undefined against
the #11552 outcome type. Every decision was re-run through the tests both
sides own for it.

84504e3f1f chore(providers): retire Felo Web on provenance hold (#11698)
Merged via /merge-batch (v3.8.51 provenance sweep). Boarded and validated together with the batch's other retirement PRs in a combined worktree — full gate suite green. This PR's conflicts (against #11720's Designer retirement, both introducing a retirement-guard mechanism across executors/index.ts, executorProxy.ts, providers.ts, reservedProviderPrefixes.ts, auth.ts, chat.ts, chatHelpers.ts, model.ts) were reconciled by combining both guards at every chokepoint, with the shared reserved-prefix count recomputed (not guessed) at 400. Re-validated with this PR's own 72 node:test + 20 vitest focused tests, all passing, and pushed before merge. Thank you.

99044ed044 feat(search): add fallback-only AnySearch provider (webSearch + webFetch) (#11690)
Merged via /merge-batch (2026-08-26, v3.8.51). Validado: 113/113 testes relacionados passando, typecheck limpo. Obrigado pela contribuição — provider bem completo.

42a13fedef fix(search): properly resolve configured search connection in /v1/responses pipeline (#11524) (#11642)
Merged via /merge-batch (2026-08-26, v3.8.51).

b84ae072ea fix(cli): write jcode settings as [providers.omniroute] in config.toml (#11484)
Validated in a combined sub-batch worktree off release/v3.8.51 tip. Its second commit reimplemented wsPath.ts's sanitizeLiveWsPort/resolveLiveWsUrl to fix a build break it hit — that exact break is already fixed on the current tip via #11502 (the original #11388 implementation restored verbatim). Conflicted against that; resolved by keeping the tip's established implementation and dropping the redundant reimplementation (both are functionally equivalent; the tip's carries the original #11331 doc comments and precedence contract). Pushed the same resolution to this branch.
- typecheck:core, file-size, changelog-integrity, complexity, cognitive-complexity — all OK
- Full-repo lint: 228 pre-existing dashboard react-hooks/* findings, unrelated to this diff
- Focused test: cli-settings-jcode.test.ts (integration) — part of sub-batch's 165/165 run

Thanks for the real end-to-end verification (production server, real ~/.jcode/config.toml, jcode --provider-profile omniroute serving a completion, jcode provider-doctor passing) — the managed-block approach (marker-delimited, preserves user-authored config, 409s instead of corrupting on a hand-written conflicting table) is exactly the right shape for this integration.

0023a9ec04 fix: make release/v3.8.50 CI gates green (run 32786966560 root causes) (#11450)
Validated in a combined 3-PR batch worktree off release/v3.8.51 tip. This PR conflicted against today's accumulated merges (mostly pure provider-count drift: 353 vs its 352 snapshot across 51 docs/i18n/SVG files — resolved to the release's current 353, confirmed byte-identical besides the count on diff). Two real code conflicts:
- src/lib/usage/providerLimits.ts: this PR's `syntheticCooldownOutlivedByRealWindows()` is genuinely new (didn't exist on the tip; a caller already referencing it elsewhere in the file confirmed it was required) — kept in full.
- tests/unit/providers-constants-split.test.ts: both sides' running-count comments land at the same 233 via different additions (this PR's volcengine-agent/coding-plan vs the v3.8.50 back-merge's Synthetic + Kilo Gateway, both already present in providers.ts) — combined as sequential history, no functional change.

Resolution pushed to the PR branch and re-validated:
- Focused tests: 8134-github-t5-fallback-filter, cc-compatible-provider, cli-oneproxy-commands, hard-session-lease-bypass-inventory, llm-selector-custom-vision-models, model-capabilities-registry, openapi-coverage, provider-limits-recovery, providers-constants-split, repro-glm-iso-reset-24h-cap, startup-stale-cooldown-recovery, memory-pipeline, security-hardening, skills-pipeline — part of batch's 165/165 node:test run; glmCodingProviderConfig.test.ts (vitest) 10/10
- typecheck:core, file-size, changelog-integrity, complexity, cognitive-complexity, check:docs-counts-sync — all OK
- Full-repo lint: 228 pre-existing dashboard react-hooks/* findings, unrelated to this diff

Thanks for this — root-causing all 18 failed jobs from a single CI run with gate-by-gate evidence (including the harder-to-spot ones like the antigravity BYOP legacy-ack misread and the reserved-alias `cc` guard) is exactly the kind of base-red drain this release needs.

c51d74213e fix(ci): drain the electron packaging regression, the models-catalog e2e assertion and 10 integration reds
Electron Package Smoke — a packaging defect that had been hidden behind another
packaging defect for nine days. Once the loginHeaderCapture fix let the main process
start, the server underneath died on 'Cannot find module next': resources/app/server.js
shipped without resources/app/node_modules.

electron-builder discards the ROOT node_modules in code, not by configuration —
app-builder-lib/out/util/filter.js:42 has a hard-coded `if (relative === "node_modules")
return false` that runs before any filter pattern. The second extraResources entry
pointing INTO ../.build/electron-standalone/node_modules is what sidesteps it, because
those relative paths are never equal to "node_modules". #10325 removed that entry as an
apparent duplicate and flipped the test to assert "exactly once", freezing the
regression as if it were the contract. Restored, and the unit guard now pins both
entries — proven by mutation: reverting package.json to the post-#10325 shape fails the
guard 3/4, restoring it passes 4/4.

group-b-quota-plans-config — the assertion was impossible to satisfy on ANY route, and
the page was never broken. layout.tsx hands the whole message catalogue to
NextIntlClientProvider, React serialises that prop into the RSC payload, and en.json
carries "Internal Server Error" twice, so page.content() always contains it: probing
/dashboard, /dashboard/costs, /dashboard/settings and /login showed the string present
with every page rendering fine, and a pageerror probe on the failing run captured zero
client exceptions. This is the same trap that killed the sibling not.toContain("500")
in fc77100c3f ("raw HTML is unreliable") — that one was removed, this one was kept.
Now asserts on rendered text, which still catches a real error boundary. The pageerror
capture stays: the CI failure carried no stack trace, which is why it was misread twice.

Integration — 10 of the 14 shard-2 reds, all sibling-test gaps behind security fixes:
monitoring health now takes a Request and requires management auth (GHSA-mvf8-qc78-5mxm);
the OAuth import routes moved to requireManagementAuth (GHSA-mg76) — the test accepts
both guard shapes and gained a stronger anchor that every exported handler awaits a
guard on its own request, mutation-verified; skill tool names are derived from
encodeSkillToolName() and the fake upstream now returns the encoded name so
decodeSkillToolName() is exercised too; previous_response_id now fails closed (#10262);
proxy_logs persist as an async batch (#11182) so the test flushes first;
providerQuotaOverrides joined GET /api/resilience (#9871); the reasoning fixture used a
model that stopped being thinking-incompatible, replaced and pinned with a premise
assert so it cannot rot silently again.

A vacuous assert.ok(true, "all 10 streams completed without hanging") was replaced with
real anchors — content must arrive on every stream and the active Timeout count must not
grow.

Four are deliberately left red rather than aligned, each now tracked: #11551 (the
/v1/models after() wiring is dead — the route passes a third argument to a two-parameter
function and catalogCache never imports after, so the #8728 contract is unimplemented),
#11552 (~27% of requests emit an extra discarded upstream call; the delivered
distribution is exactly 0.70, so weighted routing is correct and the waste is the real
finding), the fixed-account combo pin (aligning it would destroy the per-step attribution
the test exists for), and the web_search fallback already tracked as #11524.

Package Artifact — the provenance stamp I added last round used git rev-parse HEAD, which
under pull_request is the ephemeral merge commit and therefore never an ancestor of the
release branch. Now takes the PR head sha.

a63b3e21b9 fix(docs): Auto-Combo factor count is read from DEFAULT_WEIGHTS (#11545)
Validated in a combined 3-PR batch worktree off release/v3.8.51 tip. The prerequisite sibling (159→160 migrations) was already covered by #11502 — closed the redundant #11543 separately.
- New check:docs-counts gate: proven fail-before/pass-after per the PR's own methodology, re-verified here (PASS, 2 unrelated soft-drift notices on cloud-agent/A2A doc counts, non-blocking)
- Focused tests: check-docs-counts-sync.test.ts, combo-matrix/auto.test.ts, lkgp-enabled-context-11181.test.ts — pass
- typecheck:core, file-size, changelog-integrity, complexity, cognitive-complexity — all OK

Thanks for replacing seventeen hand-maintained factor-count claims with one source-derived gate.

7790b0d168 test(integration): realign three suites to security and version contracts that moved
All three are the sibling-test gap again: a PR moved a contract, updated its own
tests, and left these behind. None is a production defect — in two of the three the
production side is a deliberate security fix.

v1-contracts-behavior (4 failures, one cause): the job env sets INITIAL_PASSWORD,
which makes isAuthRequired() true, and #9320 (b07182c72a) made the /v1 catalogue
gate on-by-default instead of opt-in via settings.requireAuthForModels. The four
contract reads were calling the catalogue routes with no credential and correctly
getting 401. Bisected the job's four env vars to confirm INITIAL_PASSWORD alone
reproduces it (5 pass / 4 fail with it, 9 / 0 without). The tests now send a Bearer
token; the shape assertions are untouched, and the auth contract itself stays owned
by tests/unit/v1-models-auth-leak-9320.test.ts rather than being duplicated here.

opencode-config-startup: two independent drifts. OPENCODE_VERSION was pinned to
1.18.8 while the installed opencode-ai is 1.18.18 (Dependabot 7f6958960c, #10626) —
now read from require("opencode-ai/package.json").version, which is exactly as
strict but cannot drift on the next bump. And the no-limit-metadata case asserted
limit === undefined, but #11054 made the generator always emit a limit; it now pins
the actual fallback {context: 128_000, output: 8_192} instead of an absence.

memory-pipeline: #11040 (GHSA-cpv3-xr7r-xf8q) made the resolved caller principal
always win over a caller-supplied apiKeyId, so a spoofed id can no longer write into
another principal's store. That PR updated the unit sibling but not this one. The
test now asserts the stronger property — and deliberately not just the absence: the
spoofed principal's store is empty AND the caller can still read the entry, which
proves the write was redirected rather than dropped and keeps the emptiness check
from passing vacuously with a disabled store. (The old assertion was count === 0,
which a switched-off memory store would satisfy.)

Assertion counts: 43 -> 43, 13 -> 14, 76 -> 81. Nothing weakened or removed.
Verified: 24/24 pass, with and without the CI env vars.

5eccbfac19 fix(ci): drain four inherited base-reds in packaging, electron and integration tests
All four predate this session — each reproduces identically on f95b03d70 (2026-08-24),
so none is a cycle regression. Draining them here because the release pre-flight is
where inherited reds get resolved.

1. Package Artifact: the job runs `build:cli`, which assembles dist/ but never writes
   dist/BUILD_SHA — only `build:release` does, via write-build-sha.mjs. The #10427
provenance guard inside check:pack-artifact then rejects the artifact as
untraceable, and rejects it even under OMNIROUTE_ALLOW_CANARY_BUILD. The job's
build+validate pair was structurally incompatible and failed 100% of the time.
Stamps the SHA between the two steps.

2. Electron Package Smoke: electron/package.json's build.files allowlist enumerates
each lib/*.js by hand and never got lib/loginHeaderCapture.js, added alongside its
require() in #9984. The file therefore stayed out of app.asar and the packaged app
died at startup on 'Cannot find module ./lib/loginHeaderCapture'.

3. proxy-pipeline: the breaker assertion grepped chat.ts for executeChatWithBreaker(,
but that call moved behind the chatDispatch.ts seam. Rather than drop the check,
it now pins both hops — chat.ts dispatches through the seam and the seam calls the
breaker — so the extraction cannot silently take the breaker off the path.

4. skills-pipeline: #9058 began encoding skill tool names as omr_skill_<base64url>
because providers require ^[a-zA-Z0-9_-]+$, and these assertions still expected the
raw name@version. They now derive the expected name from encodeSkillToolName(), the
same helper production uses, so the test tracks the contract instead of duplicating
it. Only the assertions about names on the wire were converted; the identifiers
passed straight to skillExecutor.execute() stay raw, because those are not encoded.

Integration suite for these two files: 54/55. The one still red —
'web_search fallback preserves Responses API output' — is a separate pre-existing
defect, deliberately left failing rather than papered over: on the /v1/responses path
resolveSearchCredentials() returns null for the seeded serper-search connection, so
executeWebSearch.ts:185-200 falls through to the cheapest fallbackOnly provider
(duckduckgo-free) and the results come back empty. The sibling chat-path test seeds
identically and does resolve serper-search. Needs its own investigation.

04d2a60331 fix(video): make one-frame scene sampling deterministic (#11344)
Merged via consolidated batch validation. Makes scene_aware Video Bridge sampling deterministic for a one-frame budget: falls back to the midpoint of the active full-video/focus window and reports policyEffective: uniform (a single scene candidate can't preserve both temporal ends). 67fba53190 fix(tests): drain base-red cluster from 2026-08-23 merges (#9985) (#11280)

Every red discriminated per-item as stale-test (contract intentionally moved, citing the origin PR) or real bug (fixed, never masked) across 3 base-advance waves (#9985): stryker registration, i18n gaps (health.* namespace mismatch + pt-BR parity), combo-token-window pins (872K), CLI catalog counts (prime-agent), the isComboStep single-target reasoning-transport-fallback regression, container-guard hermeticity, and 26 unsuppressed ESLint errors from the wave (typed qdrant adapter, import trim, justified disable with precedent). Drains the accumulated base-red cluster.

I retargeted the PR from main to release/v3.8.50 and rebased your single commit onto the release tip (authorship untouched) — no content changes. Embedding models now list from configured/credentialed providers via the embedding registry, with vector dimensions in labels and the unconfigured OpenAI fallback removed. Thank you @rafacpti23!

8f390efffd feat(codex): self-contained codex app-server transport (executor + provider + sign-in) (#11205)
Merged after conflict resolution: the 5 conflicting test files were the base-red drains that #11201 already landed on the tip — kept the tip versions; the feature content is untouched. Validated on the combined batch board + this branch: codex-app-server + codex-gpt56-catalog 25/25, typecheck:core clean, docs-counts green (351 providers), provider-consistency 268/351/0. The opt-in codex-app-server transport (JSON-RPC-over-WS, turn/completed-awaited close, Responses SSE bridge) leaves the default codex path untouched. Thank you @arminanton — a 3.4k-line transport with the docs wave and tests to match!

968fa96105 feat: guide Qdrant memory configuration (#11213)
Merged after conflict resolution (validated on the combined batch board + this branch): component integrated with #10489's health-race semantics (stale-check invalidation, 3-state badge, correct useCallback deps — your validation gate and tutorial are preserved on top); the two pre-gate tests updated to validate-search-before-enable (contract propagation, commented); the docs/superpowers planning files were dropped — project rule keeps planning artifacts out of docs/ (they live in the private _tasks/ repo). Base was mistakenly main; retargeted. qdrant-config-card 7/7 + qdrant-routes integration 18/18. Thank you @rafacpti23 — the pre-enable real-search gate closes a real misconfiguration footgun!

137e49e393 feat(search): first-class X Search via SuperGrok x_search (#10988)

6fd4040148 feat(cli): support Grok Build custom host configuration (#10830)
Adds a Grok Build card to the CLI Code dashboard: configures the main model and per-subagent model overrides, surgically upserts only the [model.omniroute] section of config.toml (preserving unrelated user sections), resolves config.toml via GROK_HOME or the CLI config home, and omits API keys from settings responses. Closes #10829.

Validated in an isolated worktree boarded onto origin/release/v3.8.50 (0 conflicts, 14 files):
- 6/48 focused node:test cases in tests/integration/cli-settings-grok-build.test.ts initially failed with 422 instead of 200/409 — traced to this route being the first CLI-tool settings route to actually pass a targetPath into the shared guardCliConfigWrite/ensureCliConfigWriteAllowed container-ephemeral-write guard (every other cli-tools/*-settings route calls it with no path, which always no-ops). This devbox genuinely runs inside Docker with no bind mount for the test's tmpdir fixtures, so the guard correctly refused — a real environment-dependent gap in the PR's own test setup (missing OMNIROUTE_ALLOW_CONTAINER_CONFIG_WRITE=1, the pattern already used by tests/unit/cli-tools-apply-container-422.test.ts for this exact guard). Fixed by setting that flag in the test file's setup, pushed fix-in-place.
- 61/61 tests pass after the fix (grok-build-config, check-tool-config-status, all-statuses-route, cli-settings-grok-build, plus 13/13 UI tests via vitest for GrokBuildToolCard/ToolDetailClient).
- Verified the "omit API keys from settings responses" claim: GET applies omitApiKeys() to both config/settings before responding.
- check-file-size, check-changelog-integrity: OK.
- typecheck:core: clean.
- check-complexity / check-cognitive-complexity: OK, both under baseline.

d9cb4f5f5d fix(files): validate the list limit query parameter (#10673)
Obrigado — bug real: GET /v1/files aceitava limit negativo sem validação (`-5 || 20` avalia truthy em -5, então Math.min(-5, 10000) = -5 passava direto). Agora valida integer/positivo/tamanho e retorna 400 estruturado para valores inválidos, preservando o default 20 e o máximo 10.000.

Validação (worktree combinado a partir de origin/release/v3.8.50, 0 conflitos):
- typecheck:core limpo, complexity/cognitive-complexity dentro do baseline
- tests/integration/files-api-limit-validation.test.ts — 5/5 passando
- tests/integration/files-api.test.ts — 12/12 passando (sem regressão)
- tests/unit/batch_api.test.ts teve 1 falha, confirmada DRIFT pré-existente idêntica no tip puro do release (não relacionada, timing de cancelamento de batch)

72d761fb50 docs(cli): document run/configure surface, Gemini launcher and smoke harness across README and guides

- CLI-INTEGRATIONS: gemini in the master table + run examples + base-URL row
  (GOOGLE_GEMINI_BASE_URL → /v1beta), opt-in smoke sweep section
- REMOTE-MODE: 'launching a CLI against the remote' section (run + contexts)
- CLI-TOOLS: gemini install step in Quick Start
- ENVIRONMENT/.env.example: CLI_AIDER_BIN, CLI_GOOSE_BIN, CLI_GEMINI_BIN
- API_REFERENCE: apply endpoint row documents dryRun/422/migration contract
- smoke harness fixes proven against a live local OmniRoute: node:test treats
timeout:0 as 'time out immediately' (sized budget from the per-target cap),
and resolve on child 'exit' instead of 'close' so grandchildren holding the
stdio pipes cannot hang a target (qwen was blocked 431s past its 120s cap).
Live evidence: gemini exit=0 pass via /v1beta against localhost; all four

3d0ffb49a4 feat(providers): complete Jina + Gemini Embedding 2 multimodal via OmniRoute (#10581)
* feat(providers): complete Jina AI via OmniRoute including Omni multimodal

Dashboard and env keys share one Jina credential pool, native v5 Omni
{text}/{image}/{content} docs pass through /v1/embeddings intact, and
classify/segment/search are proxied without a third unused Jina card.

* chore(changelog): name Jina complete-provider fragment for #10581

* feat(providers): make Gemini Embedding 2 multimodal work via OmniRoute

Route gemini-embedding-2 through embedContent/batchEmbedContents so N
OpenAI input items become N vectors, pass through native multimodal
parts, and use dashboard Gemini keys (GEMINI_API_KEY only as fallback).

* fix(providers): resolve rebase fallout for Jina/Gemini embeddings

- narrow the two new no-explicit-any violations introduced by this PR
  (validateJinaFoundationProvider's params + catch, search.ts's
  normalizeJinaSearchResponse data param)
- cast credentials to Record<string, unknown> at the two quota-preflight
call sites in src/sse/services/auth.ts so the new JinaEnvCredentials /
GeminiEnvCredentials union members type-check without loosening the
allRateLimited narrowing used elsewhere in the same function

a55daacc49 fix(dashboard): send periodic WS heartbeat pings to stop live-dashboard reconnect churn (#10452)
* fix(dashboard): send periodic WS heartbeat pings to stop live-dashboard reconnect churn

The live-dashboard WS client (src/hooks/useLiveDashboard.ts) only sent a
subscribe frame on open and never emitted the protocol's { type: "ping" }
heartbeat. The server (src/server/ws/liveServer.ts) refreshes client
liveness only from inbound messages and terminates any client idle past
HEARTBEAT_TIMEOUT_MS (35s), so a healthy, connected-but-idle dashboard
client was force-terminated roughly every 35-45s, causing constant
reconnect churn (#10319).

Fix (both directions, per the analyzed plan):
- Client: start a 15s ping interval on open, cleared on close/unmount/
reconnect, so the connection stays inside the server's liveness window.
- Server (defense in depth): the outbound heartbeat pong now also bumps
client.lastActivity, so even a third-party client that never pings is
  not dropped for being idle.

Regression coverage:
- tests/unit/useLiveDashboard-heartbeat.test.tsx: fast fake-timer check
that the hook emits periodic ping frames and cleans up the interval on
  close/unmount (no leaked timers).
- tests/integration/live-ws-heartbeat-keepalive.test.ts: real WS-server
integration test asserting a silent-but-subscribed client stays
connected past the 35s heartbeat timeout (~50s window), converted from
the plan file's TDD RED repro.

Closes #10319

* fix(dashboard): stop renewing stale LiveWS sockets

Keep application-level heartbeat responses from refreshing server liveness, and add a regression covering silent stale sockets alongside clients that answer protocol heartbeats.

1089c24bc8 Remove/mimocode sunset provider (#10186)
* remove: drop sunset MiMoCode provider from model catalog

* remove: drop sunset MiMoCode provider from model catalog (shared.ts)

Remove unused imports, types, and comments from shared.ts.

* remove: MiMoCode provider (Xiaomi sunset) — executor, registry, no-auth config, icon, tests

* refactor(providers): finish MiMoCode removal — sweep remaining no-auth references

Drop the leftover mimocode entries from the no-auth provider controls, the
translate-path snapshot, the eslint suppressions, and the #3061 auth-loop
test. Re-point the fingerprint-pin (#6696) and proxy-noauth (#6272) tests at
opencode, which exercises the same fingerprint path, so the removal does not
break runtime behavior.

Co-authored-by: diegosouzapw <8016841+diegosouzapw@users.noreply.github.com>

* docs(providers): reconcile provider/executor counts after MiMoCode sunset

The base's parallel doc-count sync (#10433) pinned 340 providers / 101
executors. With mimocode removed, live code has 339 providers and 100
executors; refresh the user-facing counts (package.json description,
llm.txt, README/AGENTS, i18n llm.txt, provider reference, diagrams) so the
check-docs-counts STRICT gate stays green.

Co-authored-by: diegosouzapw <diegosouza.pw@gmail.com>

* test(providers): fix orphaned mimocode references after MiMoCode sunset

The sunset removed mimocode/mcode from the free-onboarding candidates and
from FINGERPRINT_PROVIDERS, but two tests still referenced them:

- free-provider-onboarding-setup: the mimocode->theoldllm substitution
introduced duplicate 'opencode' rows (impossible given the request-set
dedupe) and the wrong display name; align expectations with the actual
{opencode, theoldllm} dedupe behavior and 'The Old LLM (Free)' name.
- combo-system-prompt-templates-5501: resolveTargetFingerprint tested with
provider 'mcode', which is no longer a fingerprint provider; point it at
  the remaining fingerprint provider 'opencode'.

- omniroute run gemini: launcher over OmniRoute's /v1beta surface via
  GOOGLE_GEMINI_BASE_URL + isolated GEMINI_CLI_HOME forcing gemini-api-key auth
(contract proven against @google/gemini-cli 0.50.0); ACP registration kept distinct
- opt-in real smoke harness for upstream CLIs (RUN_CLI_SMOKE=1, credential by env

- typecheck: omniglyphAdapter union narrowing, usageTracking typed signatures
(UsageLike, no any), models.ts isValidModel params — typecheck:core and
  typecheck:noimplicit:core now clean
- relay core (prior session of this effort): omniroute run for 6 CLIs, configure

8417ace4b3 feat(codex): add OAuth fingerprint convergence modes (#10243)
* fix(deps): bump nanoid, dompurify for 2 new Dependabot alerts (#189, #190)

Bumps: nanoid ^3.3.17 (was transitive, now overridden), dompurify ^3.4.13
(with monaco-editor scoped override). Closes Dependabot #189, #190.

Remaining #182-#188 (js-yaml + mermaid) already closed by #9651 merge —
awaiting Dependabot re-scan.

npm audit → 0 vulnerabilities.

* fix(repo): harden .gitignore to also ignore a _tasks symlink (/_tasks)

_tasks is a SEPARATE nested git repo (gitignored). The pattern _tasks/ (trailing
slash) ignores only a directory, not a SYMLINK named _tasks. A self-referential
_tasks symlink can slip in via git add -A and, once pulled, checkout materializes
it over the real _tasks repo (destroying plans/specs/hands-off). Anchored /_tasks
ignores the symlink too, preventing re-capture.

* feat(codex): converge OAuth fingerprints

* test(codex): preserve identity assertions

* fix(codex): preserve explicit off identity

* fix(codex): close fingerprint transport gaps

a448b146bf cherry-pick(pr-9744): test(integration): add general live-test tool for the real "default" combo + rootless wire capture (#9862)
* test(integration): add general live-test tool for the real "default" combo

Temporary WIP commit on this deferred branch — lands in its own separate
PR once the bug-fix extraction batch is done (never bundled into a
bug-fix PR). Unlike liveGeminiShared.ts (provisions its own narrow
2-model Gemini-only combo), this reads the REAL "default" combo
currently configured on the target instance directly from the DB and
exercises every provider/model step in it directly, bypassing combo
routing, so live-test coverage always matches whatever is actually
configured instead of a hardcoded snapshot.

Live-verified against omniroute-beta (seeded with the real 18-model,
5-provider default combo): 14/18 models pass consistently across
non-streaming + streaming Chat Completions and streaming Responses API.
The 4 consistent failures are real external state (cerebras
credits_exhausted, one deprecated openrouter free-tier model), not code
regressions.

(cherry picked from commit c40b13a48fd897259c56f5122e9e57a3dc7654ba)

* test(integration): add rootless wire-capture correlation to the live-test tool

Temporary WIP commit on this deferred branch — lands in the same final
live-test-tool PR as the general default-combo suite, never bundled into
a bug-fix PR.

liveContainerHarness.ts spins up a dedicated, throwaway podman container
(same runner-base image target as the operator's local dev/beta
containers) so wire-capture tests are fully self-contained: builds the
image if missing, starts the container with a persistent data dir, waits
for health, seeds the real "default" combo + provider connections from
the operator's local omniroute-dev instance (idempotent — only runs once
per data dir), and provisions API keys via the running instance's own
auth flow.

wireCapture.ts captures the container's actual network traffic via
`podman unshare nsenter --net=<container netns> -- tcpdump` — no root
needed, verified working live (this generalizes the root-requiring
`sudo nsenter -t $PID` command scripts/sre/tcp-close-analyzer.py already
documented for the same rootless-Podman netns problem; that script's
docstring now documents both). Capture and analysis needed two real fixes
found only by running the pipeline live: `-U` (unbuffered tcpdump writes)
plus a `pkill -f <pcap path>` fallback, since `podman unshare -> nsenter
-> tcpdump` is a 3-level subprocess chain and SIGTERM to the top-level
process doesn't reach the tcpdump grandchild, leaving an orphaned process
and a truncated/unreadable pcap; and filtering on the container's
internal listening port (20128) rather than the dynamically-assigned host
port, since capture happens inside the container's own network namespace
where only the internal port is meaningful.

live-default-combo-wire-capture.test.ts (gated on RUN_LIVE_WIRE_CAPTURE=1)
ties it together: sends a small representative sample of requests through
the real default combo, then cross-checks each one's app-level JSON
status against the actual HTTP status line observed on the wire via
scripts/sre/tcp-close-analyzer.py's stream reassembly — catching bugs
where the app layer claims success but the wire shows a
truncated/reset stream, not just what liveDefaultComboShared.ts's
existing breadth suite already covers.

Live-verified end-to-end: 4/4 sampled requests correlated correctly
across 8 captured TCP streams, container + capture process fully torn
down afterward (verified no orphaned podman container or tcpdump
process left running).

sendModelRequest/filterActiveModelTargets (liveDefaultComboShared.ts) gain
optional baseUrl/apiKey overrides, defaulting to the existing module-level
omniroute-beta target, so the wire-capture suite can point the same
request-sending logic at its own dedicated container instead.

c7e20e95de fix(memory): register the sqlite backend on the /api/memory/[id] route — every handler 500'd (#9737) (#9785)
* fix(api): validate request bodies with Zod in 4 routes — restores the t06 gate

The release-green verdict (#9737) lists check:route-validation:t06 as a HARD
failure and it is STILL red on the current tip: four routes call
request.json() and hand-roll `typeof x === "string"` checks instead of using
Zod, which Hard Rule #7 requires and the gate enforces (it scans source and
has no allowlist).

- src/app/api/plugins/marketplace/install (#9445): InstallBodySchema; the
400 'Missing or invalid name field' response is preserved verbatim.
- src/app/api/services/dario/admin/accounts (#8523): DeleteAccountBodySchema
for the optional { alias } DELETE body; query-param path untouched.
- src/app/api/services/dario/admin/login-start (#8523): LoginStartBodySchema;
trimming now happens in the schema, so the forward body is unchanged.
- src/app/api/services/dario/admin/import-from-omniroute (#8523):
ImportBodySchema for connectionId/alias; invalid shapes fall back to the
same 'connectionId is required' 400 as before.

All four keep their exact status codes and messages — this is a validation
mechanism swap, not a contract change (plugins route suite still 33/33).

Adds tests/unit/route-body-validation-t06.test.ts, which runs the gate's own
rule inside the unit suite so the next such route fails on ITS OWN PR instead
of surfacing weeks later in a base-red sweep. Guard verified by mutation:
renaming .safeParse( in one route makes it fail (1 fail), restored from a
pre-probe copy.

Gates: route-validation:t06, file-size, test-discovery, mutation-test-coverage,
dead-code exit 0; typecheck:core clean; eslint clean.

* fix(memory): register the sqlite backend on the /api/memory/[id] route — every handler 500'd

GET/PUT/DELETE /api/memory/[id] threw `Primary backend "sqlite" not
registered` and returned 500. #8752 (MemoryBackend provider pattern) wired the
route to `@/lib/memory/manager` directly, but the registry is populated by an
import-time side effect in the module INDEX (src/lib/memory/index.ts:23,
`memoryManager.register(sqliteBackend)`). Importing the bare manager gives an
empty registry.

In production the failure is order-dependent, which is why it went unnoticed:
if /api/memory (which imports the index) is hit first in the same process, the
singleton is already populated and [id] works. Reached first — the common case
for a client that edits a known memory id — every request 500s. The sibling
route is the only other consumer and already imports the index; this was the
lone direct-manager import in src/.

- Fix: import from `@/lib/memory` (index) with a comment stating WHY the
indirection matters, so the next refactor does not simplify it back.
- Guard: tests/integration/memory-route-put.test.ts already covered this and
was failing 2/5 on the base (it only surfaced now because the integration
suite runs on the release-PR CI, not per-PR). Now 5/5.

Also fixes a test-isolation defect in the same run:
tests/integration/combo-matrix/context-relay-codex.test.ts reused one combo
name across both tests, and the control failed with `UNIQUE constraint failed:
combos.name` — resetStorage() unlinks the DB file but the previous
better-sqlite3 handle keeps writing to the same inode. Gave the control its own
combo name and parameterized the request builder; the assertion is unchanged
(it never depended on the name). 2/2.

Integration suite on this tip: 936 tests, 32m19s — under the 40min ceiling the
old verdict reported as exceeded (#9737 item 6), which the migration-135
collision was causing.

e7f6b1d130 feat(radar): flag-gated signed free-model catalog overlay (#9515)
* feat(dashboard): add RADAR_ENABLED flag (default off)

* feat(db): radar feed cache + settings with encrypted supporter key

* feat(radar): signed feed sync with pinned key and version floor

- feedSchema.ts: Zod v4 schema mirroring the server feed format
(discriminated union on budget.kind, enum constraints, etc.)
- pinnedKeys.ts: Ed25519 SPKI-DER pinned key + env override for forks
- verify.ts: signature verification over exact wire bytes, never throws
- sync.ts: full download/verify/validate/cache pipeline with injectable
deps, feature-flag gate, opt-in gate, version floor (numeric compare),
and sanitized error reasons (no stack traces)
- 40 tests covering: contract hash, key handling, sig verification,
schema validation, version compare, all sync paths (disabled, opt_out,
invalid_signature, invalid_schema, stale, updated, error), auth header
injection, and cache-untouched assertions for every failure mode

* feat(radar): read-time overlay merge rules over the free catalog

Pure function applyFeed() merges the cached Radar feed over the static
baseline catalog at read time, honoring 4 rules:

1. Feed never overwrites a local override field.
2. enabled:false disables the entry with disabledBy:"radar" provenance.
3. User-added entry NOT in the feed survives untouched.
4. User deletion tombstone prevents feed resurrection.

getRadarCatalog() accessor in index.ts: flag off / no cache / corrupt
payload all fall back to baseline. Valid cache applies the overlay and
returns feed metadata (version, tier, fetchedAt).

TDD: 19 tests (4 rules + dedup + origin + accessor flag/cache/corrupt/
valid/bad-feed + baselineToMergedEntries converter).

* feat(dashboard): radar catalog and guided setup screens

- API routes: GET /api/radar/catalog, POST /api/radar/sync, POST /api/radar/settings
  - All gated on RADAR_ENABLED flag (404 when off)
  - Error responses via buildErrorBody(), never raw stack/message
  - Settings never echoes clear supporter key (masked omr_****<last4>)
  - Sync delegates to syncRadar() server-side, never proxies feed URL
- Dashboard pages:
  - /dashboard/radar: 4 states (flag off, opt-in pending, empty, populated)
  - /dashboard/radar/setup?provider=X: guided setup with steps, key URL, test connection
  - Uses existing Card component and next-intl patterns
- Sidebar: radar entry in costs group with icon
- i18n: pt-BR and en keys for radarPage and radarSetupPage namespaces
- Tests:
  - radar-api-routes.test.ts: 11 tests (flag-off 404, flag-on shape, error sanitization)
  - radar-page-state.test.ts: 5 tests (pure state logic)
  - All 90 radar tests pass (including prior 74)

* docs(radar): module doc and flag-off inertia test

Add docs/frameworks/RADAR.md covering the flag gate, the separate data-sync
opt-in and privacy promise, the Ed25519 signature/pinned-key security model,
tiers, the read-time overlay merge rules, and the self-hosting env vars —
plus index entries in CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md/docs/README.md/REPOSITORY_MAP.md.

Document RADAR_FEED_URL and RADAR_FEED_PUBKEY in .env.example and
docs/reference/ENVIRONMENT.md to satisfy check:env-doc-sync, which was
failing on this branch since the sync.ts commit added the reads.

Add tests/unit/radar-inertia.test.ts as the single canonical place asserting
the "RADAR_ENABLED off => zero behavioral delta" claim end to end: the three
/api/radar/* routes 404, the flag resolves to the definition default with no
override, getRadarCatalog() returns exactly the baseline without touching the
cache, and computeFreeModelTotals() keeps its pinned values with the Radar
module imported alongside it.

* fix(db): renumber radar migration to 135 after collision with 134

The base branch introduced 134_proxy_logs_egress_ip while this branch carried
134_radar_cache_settings; the migration runner rejects duplicate numeric prefixes.
This migration has never been applied to a real database (the PR is unmerged), so
no retroactive isSchemaAlreadyApplied guard is needed.

* i18n(radar): translate radar catalog and setup strings to all locales

The UI-coverage ratchet measures (present - placeholder) / total_en, so the
__MISSING__ sentinels that i18n:sync-ui writes do not count as covered — only
real translations restore the metric. Scoped to this PR's namespaces
(radarPage, radarSetupPage, sidebar.radar*) instead of a bulk sync, which would
have pulled ~978 unrelated pending keys into this diff.

Placeholders and code identifiers verified preserved across all 1682 strings.

* fix(radar): trust the served-tier header instead of the signed body field

The signed feed body always carries tier:"live" by design (one signed
artifact per version — rewriting the field server-side per request
would break the exact-bytes Ed25519 signature). The server now returns
the tier ACTUALLY served via the x-omniroute-feed-tier response
header, so free users on a delayed community snapshot no longer see
"Ao vivo (tempo real)" in the UI.

sync.ts now reads and validates that header (falling back to the
body's tier only when the header is absent or holds an unrecognized
value) and stores the served tier in the cache; index.ts already
surfaces cache.tier to the UI unchanged.

* test(combo): shorten an assert message that exceeded the line limit

The assertion added by #9507 was 104 chars, so prettier reformatted it into
five lines on the next commit that touched the file, pushing it past its
frozen size (3449) and failing check:file-size. The message is shortened
(the issue reference stays in the comment directly above); the assertion
itself is unchanged, and the file is back to 3448 lines and prettier-clean.

* i18n(radar): use the canonical zh-TW glossary terms

The machine translation produced retired renderings the glossary gate blocks:
供應商 for provider (canonical 提供者) and 文檔 for documentation (canonical 文件).
Fixed across the 11 affected radar strings; tests/unit/i18n-glossary-consistency-check.test.ts
is back to 17/17.

* fix(radar): point the default feed URL at the domain that exists

radar.omniroute.dev was a placeholder for a domain that was never registered,
so an out-of-the-box sync would fail DNS resolution for every user. The live
feed is served from radar.omniroute.online (the subdomain the design always
specified), now behind Cloudflare TLS. Forks still override it via
RADAR_FEED_URL.
