3d0ffb49a4 feat(providers): complete Jina + Gemini Embedding 2 multimodal via OmniRoute (#10581)
* feat(providers): complete Jina AI via OmniRoute including Omni multimodal

Dashboard and env keys share one Jina credential pool, native v5 Omni
{text}/{image}/{content} docs pass through /v1/embeddings intact, and
classify/segment/search are proxied without a third unused Jina card.

* chore(changelog): name Jina complete-provider fragment for #10581

* feat(providers): make Gemini Embedding 2 multimodal work via OmniRoute

Route gemini-embedding-2 through embedContent/batchEmbedContents so N
OpenAI input items become N vectors, pass through native multimodal
parts, and use dashboard Gemini keys (GEMINI_API_KEY only as fallback).

* fix(providers): resolve rebase fallout for Jina/Gemini embeddings

- narrow the two new no-explicit-any violations introduced by this PR
  (validateJinaFoundationProvider's params + catch, search.ts's
  normalizeJinaSearchResponse data param)
- cast credentials to Record<string, unknown> at the two quota-preflight
call sites in src/sse/services/auth.ts so the new JinaEnvCredentials /
GeminiEnvCredentials union members type-check without loosening the
allRateLimited narrowing used elsewhere in the same function

b7b9fe0baa fix(ci): clear base-red typecheck + migration collisions (release/v3.8.50, #9985) (#10152)
* fix(ci): clear base-red typecheck + migration collisions on release/v3.8.50

Resolve 13 typecheck:core errors (deepai executor/import, responseSanitizer
cached_tokens typing, search.ts token headers, usageTracking duplicate props,
modelCapabilityOverrideKey max_token, executeWebSearch null) and remove the
stale duplicate 143_job_registry.sql (canonical is 146_job_registry per
RENAMED_MIGRATION_COMPATIBILITY), freeing the 147 KNOWN_GAPS entry.

Base-reds tracked by #9985.

* fix(changelog): reformat 9239/9490 feature fragments to bullet convention (base-red #9985)

df64220087 fix(web-search): bind each search provider attempt to its connection proxy (#9201)
* fix(web-search): bind each search provider attempt to its connection proxy (#9201)

The search path resolved credentials but never resolved the connection
proxy, so the upstream fetch always egressed directly. The connection-test
path already used the proxy correctly, proving the gap was in the
data-plane transport binding.

- Resolve the connection proxy before each upstream attempt using the
  existing resolveProxyForConnection(connectionId, apiKeyId, providerId)
precedence chain, then wrap the fetch in runWithProxyContext so the
patched globalThis.fetch routes through the configured proxy.
- Resolve and bind the alternate connection proxy independently during
failover, so the primary account's context never leaks into the fallback.
- Carry connectionId and apiKeyId through SearchHandlerOptions into the
  route and executeWebSearch callers.
- Add connectionId to all saveCallLog entries in tryProvider, so the
regular call log identifies the account.
- Emit a sanitized logProxyEvent per real upstream search attempt with
provider, connection ID, proxy level, status, duration, and target
origin/path (no query, API key, or proxy credentials).
- Cover both POST /v1/search and executeWebSearch() consumers (MCP,
internal, skills) since both bypassed the same proxy binding.

* fix(sse): extract search proxy binding into leaf module to fit file-size cap

Move the per-attempt proxy resolution, proxied fetch, sanitized proxy-event
emission, and response handling for web search providers out of
open-sse/handlers/search.ts into a new open-sse/handlers/search/searchProxy.ts,
so the provider-dispatch chokepoint (tryProvider) stays a thin wiring call and
search.ts fits back under the frozen file-size cap (1536 lines).

4ae488b25b feat(runtime): add hot-reloadable guardrails and model diagnostics
Introduce a runtime settings layer that hydrates persisted config at startup
and reapplies aliases, payload rules, cache behavior, CLI compatibility,
usage tuning, and related switches when settings change or SQLite updates.

Replace the legacy prompt injection middleware path with a guardrail
registry that supports prompt injection detection, PII masking, disabled
guardrail overrides, and post-call response handling across the chat
pipeline.

Add a metadata registry for model catalog and alias resolution so catalog
endpoints return enriched capabilities plus diagnostic headers and typed
alias errors instead of ad hoc responses.

Convert unsupported built-in web_search tools into an OmniRoute fallback
tool, execute them through builtin skills, and preserve Responses API
function call output with sanitized usage fields.

Centralize provider header fingerprints for GitHub, Cursor, Qwen, Qoder,
Kiro, and Antigravity, and migrate management passwords from env or
plaintext storage into persisted bcrypt hashes during startup and login.
