ca312d57aa feat(proxies): show how many egress IPs actually served a proxy pool (#13581)
Behind the new `PROXY_POOL_EGRESS_OBSERVATION` flag (default off): a line under each proxy pool showing how many distinct egress IPs actually served it over 24h, backed by `GET /api/settings/proxies/pool/egress-observation`.

Maintainer rework before merge (kept the idea, no default behavior change):
- The route validates its query with Zod (unknown `scope` → 400 instead of silently `global`), error bodies go through `errorResponse()`, the OpenAPI entry documents security, parameters and responses, and the three UI strings exist in every locale.

Validated first on the combined board of all 38 PRs of this batch (10 merged as-is, 28 after the maintainer rework) on top of release/v3.8.51 c0f92ec: typecheck:core, check:open-sse-typecheck and check:dashboard-typecheck clean; ESLint clean on every changed file; file-size (rebaselined for the combined growth), complexity, cognitive-complexity, changelog-integrity, docs-counts, docs-sync, migration-numbering and i18n new-key gates green; 735 focused node:test cases with the only batch-caused failure (a flag-count assertion) fixed. Then re-validated alone on the fresh release tip right before this merge: ESLint on the changed files, typecheck:core, check:open-sse-typecheck, the file-size/complexity/changelog gates and this PR's own tests.

29d66cbf8c feat(proxies): stop re-serving a proxy that just failed (#13578)
Behind the new `PROXY_SKIP_RECENTLY_FAILED` flag (default off), pool rotation and the opencode account rotation remember a proxy that just failed (refused probe or 429) and skip it for a doubling cooldown instead of re-serving it immediately.

Maintainer rework before merge (kept the idea, no default behavior change):
- The original was on by default and re-queried the DB on every request while a member was set aside; selection now caches a refusal sequence number and re-runs the cascade once per set-aside event.
- `src/lib/db` no longer imports the heavy dispatcher for key normalization (a parity test guarantees the same key as `proxyConfigToUrl()`); `.env.example` and `ENVIRONMENT.md` document the default as false.

87d9d82b37 fix(sse): fail over to sibling connection on stream early EOF (#13153)
Behind `STREAM_EARLY_EOF_SIBLING_FAILOVER_ENABLED` (default off): after the bounded same-connection retry is spent, a stream that closed early fails over exactly once to a sibling connection.

Maintainer rework before merge (kept the idea, no default behavior change):
- The PR's own failover test was red on its head: the `/v1/chat/completions` route's early-stream keepalive dropped the `X-OmniRoute-Selected-Connection-Id` header on the first cold request. Tests now drive `handleChat()` directly; the assertion was kept.
- "One hop" was one hop per connection (a 3-connection pool made 4 dispatches); it is now a single sibling hop per request, and when the pool runs out the original `STREAM_EARLY_EOF` 502 is returned instead of a generic `bad_gateway`, so combo-level detection keeps working. The source-regex timeout test became a behavioral one; flag description in all 59 locales.

53ed8c4745 fix(stream-recovery): order-aware in-flight tool-call detection behind off-by-default flag (#13633)
Behind `STREAM_RECOVERY_TOOLCALL_ORDER_FIX` (default off), mid-stream continuation becomes tool-call safe: any tool call seen in the stream — in flight or finished — blocks a continuation, and an empty continuation stops after one attempt.

Maintainer rework before merge (kept the idea, no default behavior change):
- The empty-continuation short-circuit also ran with the flag off; it is now gated, so the flag-off path uses the whole budget exactly as before (regression test added).
- The latch re-arm that let a continuation fire after a completed `finish_reason: tool_calls` is gone; index-less tool calls on multi-choice payloads are now blocked too; ~150 lines of dead trace plumbing removed.

611342609f fix(combo): return 502 for non-quota protected-priority stops (#13439)
Behind the new `PROTECTED_PRIORITY_INFRA_502_ENABLED` flag (default off), protected-priority combo stops caused by provably non-quota infrastructure (provider circuit open, predictive-TTFT latency) surface as 502 instead of a quota-looking 503.

Maintainer rework before merge (kept the idea, no default behavior change):
- The original branch made 502 the default for every stop, including model lockouts and cooldowns, and removed the #8133/#1731 provider-wide skip for 401/5xx without a connection id; both are restored with their regression tests untouched.
- Nineteen cases cover eight gate causes plus predictive latency, flag off and on.

ac52d4d9ea fix(sse): omit synthetic Retry-After and mark retry provenance on drain path (#13672)
Behind the new `RETRY_AFTER_PROVENANCE_ENABLED` flag (default off): `unavailableResponse` omits the synthetic `Retry-After: 1` when there is no real retry signal, marks `retry_after_provenance` on its bodies, and both combo drain readers parse prose retry hints from plain-text bodies too. With the flag off, headers and bodies are exactly as before.

Maintainer rework before merge (kept the idea, no default behavior change):
- A past `Retry-After` date is no longer labelled as an upstream signal with `Retry-After: 1`; non-JSON bodies (HTML 502 pages) log at debug instead of warning on every request.
- The provenance claim is narrowed to responses built by `unavailableResponse`, documented in the flag row.

45c54ca8aa fix(dashboard): require provider free-tier for the Free badge (#13645)
The provider-page Free badge can require a free tier the provider actually honors: behind the new `FREE_BADGE_REQUIRES_PROVIDER_FREE_TIER` flag (default off) the display-name "free" heuristic, non-boolean `free` fields and `:free` suffixes on registered providers without a documented free tier no longer light the badge. With the flag off the historical rule is unchanged.

Maintainer rework before merge (kept the idea, no default behavior change):
- `:free` models on free-tier providers and on compatible nodes (OpenRouter-style endpoints) keep the badge in both modes — the original change dropped them.
- Test D derives its provider set from `FREE_MODEL_BUDGETS` instead of a hard-coded allowlist; a vitest render covers both sections with the flag endpoint on, off and erroring.

Validated first on the combined board of all 38 PRs of this batch (10 merged as-is, 28 after the maintainer rework) on top of release/v3.8.51 c0f92ec: typecheck:core, check:open-sse-typecheck and check:dashboard-typecheck clean; ESLint clean on every changed file; file-size (rebaselined for the combined growth), complexity, cognitive-complexity, changelog-integrity, docs-counts, docs-sync, migration-numbering and i18n new-key gates green; 735 focused node:test cases with the only batch-caused failure (a flag-count assertion) fixed. e7f9fec251 fix(api): enforce API-key ownership on files and batches — null-owner records and anonymous listing (#13749)
GHSA-2jm2-mpx8-6523 and GHSA-m3hp-hq9g-fpmv, one root cause.

`getApiKeyRequestScope()` never rejects: with the default REQUIRE_API_KEY=false
the client-api policy admits both a missing and an invalid bearer as anonymous,
and the scope comes back `{ apiKeyId: null, isSessionAuth: false }`. The
`/v1/files` and `/v1/batches` routes then treated "null" as permissive in two
different ways:

- GHSA-m3hp — the list routes coerced `apiKeyId || undefined`, and the DB layer
reads `undefined` as "no owner filter", so an anonymous or invalid-bearer
caller got every tenant's file and batch metadata, the same unfiltered view as
  the operator's dashboard.
- GHSA-2jm2 — the single-record checks were `record.apiKeyId !== null && …`, so
a record with no owner short-circuited to "allowed" for any caller: read,
download raw content, delete, cancel, or use as a batch input. Null-owner
records are common — every dashboard-session upload, and every batch output
file inheriting a session batch's owner, which carries model responses.

`api_key_id` has existed since the table was created (migration 028), so a null
owner is not a legacy row; it is an unattributable write. No doc described it
as shared — API_REFERENCE says files are scoped per key — and batch_api.test.ts
pinned the by-id exposure as expected behaviour.

One rule now, in `_helpers/apiKeyScope.ts`:

- `canAccessOwnedRecord(scope, owner)`: a dashboard session is the instance
  operator and may act on any record; an API key acts on its own records only;
a null owner is denied to every non-session caller. Applied to files
GET / DELETE / content, batches GET / DELETE / cancel, and the batch-create
  input-file check.
- `resolveListScope(scope)`: an explicit union for list/count reads — scoped to
the presented key (a key wins even alongside a session cookie), instance-wide
only for a session without a key, and 401 otherwise, including for a bearer
that does not resolve to a key. There is no default that widens a read.

This follows the GHSA-wvxc shape already used by the delete-completed sweep.

Behaviour change: the anonymous upload → batch → download flow no longer works
without an API key, because a null owner cannot be attributed.

Subsumes #13683: it moved `scopeCheck` into the shared helper so a session can
cancel any batch — kept, and its test ported — but it also kept null-owner
records open on the premise they predate ownership tracking, which migration
028 contradicts.

Tests are red-first. batch_api's by-id case is flipped to 404 with a negative
assertion; batch-deletion-route-logic now imports the real helper instead of a
local copy that had silently diverged from production; the two integration
tests present a real key, since their subject is limits and rate logging, not
auth.

cb420db64b fix(call-logs): hide search rows without a live provider (#13641)
Search stats and recent searches stop surfacing ghost rows: NULL and `-` providers are always hidden, and, behind the new `SEARCH_STATS_HIDE_DELETED_CONNECTIONS` flag (default off), traffic of a keyed provider whose connection was deleted is hidden too. Totals use the same guard as the per-provider rows, so they always agree.

Maintainer rework before merge (kept the idea, no default behavior change):
- Keyless providers from the search registry (`duckduckgo-free`, `searxng-search`, anonymous `context7`) and providers served through a credential fallback (`perplexity-search` on a `perplexity` key) stay visible in both modes — the original filter dropped them because they have no `provider_connections` row.
- Tests use real registry ids and cover flag off (historical stats) and flag on, including the analytics route; #13281's changelog fragment restored.

58f88a83e4 feat(i18n): 7 new locales — Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Amharic, Uzbek, Georgian, Armenian (66 locales) (#13727)
Batch 3 (last) of the locale-expansion plan: ha, yo, ig, am, uz, ka, hy on every surface — dashboard catalog, docs mirror (22-file core + llm.txt + CHANGELOG), CLI catalog, README flag block, locale tables and 🌐 language bars. Also closes the key gap the batch-1 (43 keys) and batch-2 (10 keys) catalogs carried since their base merges, fixes the Igbo "Model" copy and allowlists the Uzbek cognate. Translation-ratio baseline covers 65 locales.

d36251cf1c fix(ci): clear five uncovered base-reds on release/v3.8.51 — auto-combo catalog event-loop pin, unweighted quota-share, resilience key set, pack-gate stamp, synced-catalog env doc (#13678)
* fix(combo): rotate unweighted quota-share targets instead of pinning the first

The combo resolver turns an unset step weight into 0 (comboStructure.ts), and
#10881 made normalizeWeight treat 0 as disabled plus return definition order when
the total weight is 0. A quota-share combo without explicit weights therefore had
no DRR quanta and dispatched every request to its first target — the
combo-matrix/quota-share integration suite saw openai six times out of six.

An all-zero set is now an unweighted combo and shares evenly; an explicit 0 still
disables a target when its siblings are weighted.

Refs #12732

* fix(models): resolve auto-combo target metadata once per catalog build

#12046 derives vision/modalities for the built-in auto/* combos by resolving
catalog metadata for every target of every combo. The ~40 auto combos share one
candidate pool and the loop neither memoized nor yielded, so the #9147 fixture
(60 connections, 720 synced models) went from a ~4s build with a 167ms longest
event-loop gap to ~11s and a 860-1070ms gap on an idle box — past the 800ms
contract and past #12628's 8s cold-build bound, which is why the test came back
500 catalog_build_timeout on every release-green run.

Metadata depends only on the target's provider/model/connection scope within a
build, so memoize it per build and yield between misses. Same fixture: 2.3-3.1s
build, 56-72ms longest gap. The 9147 test is unchanged.

Refs #12732

* test(resilience): list credentialHealthCheck in the configuration-only key set

#12043 added credentialHealthCheck.intervalMinutes to DEFAULT_RESILIENCE_SETTINGS
and to the /api/resilience GET projection. It is operator configuration (the
background sweep cadence), not runtime breaker state, but the exact key-set
assertion was never updated, so resilience-http-e2e failed on the release tip.
The providerBreakers/runtime absence checks stay as they were.

Refs #12732

* fix(ci): stamp BUILD_SHA before the release-green pack gate validates

check:pack-artifact assembles dist/ through build:cli, which never writes
dist/BUILD_SHA (only build:release does). #12959 pointed the provenance ref at
HEAD, but the #10427 guard still stops at 'dist/BUILD_SHA is missing' before it
ever reaches the ancestry check — reproduced on tip + #13635 + #13436, the first
tree whose Turbopack build compiles.

ci.yml sequences build -> stamp -> validate; the validator now does the same in
both entry points, keeping PACK_GATE_ENV for the validate step. The guard is
unchanged: an unstamped dist/ or one built from another commit still fails.
On that tree the stamped gate passes: 'BUILD_SHA 5cb3ae5d9 is on the release line'.

Refs #12732

* docs(env): document OMNIROUTE_SYNCED_CATALOG_STALE_AFTER_MS

#13248 (#12849) added the override for when a connection's synced model list
stops being authoritative, but neither .env.example nor ENVIRONMENT.md lists it,
so the env/docs contract gate reports it as code-only. The other five vars that
gate reports are already added by #13635 and #13361; this touches a different
region of .env.example so it does not collide with either.

d6e62ae394 fix(free-tiers): remove obsolete Together $25 signup credit (#12526) (#13407)
Removes the obsolete Together $25 signup credit (`together-signup-credit`, 25M one-time tokens) from `FREE_MODEL_BUDGETS` and updates the Together notes in `FREE_TIERS.md` (#12526). Approved by the maintainer. Chosen over #12766, which targeted `main` and only touched the doc.

Maintainer additions: propagated the catalog change to every derived number instead of hand-estimating it. The regenerated budget card (`gen-budget-card-svg.mjs`) computes first month ~2.07B (the doc said ~2.08B), 443 catalog entries (436 active + 7 discontinued) and one-time credits ~601M. README, `FREE_TIERS.md`, `FREE-TIERS-GUIDE.md` (Together row removed) and `docs/diagrams/free-tier-budget.svg` were aligned to those values, and Prettier-formatted. `check:docs-counts` and the budget-card, docs-counts and free-catalog tests pass (99 cases).

Validated in one consolidated batch of this series (37 PRs boarded together on `release/v3.8.51`): `typecheck:core`, `check:open-sse-typecheck` and `check:dashboard-typecheck` clean; ESLint clean on every changed file; file-size, complexity, cognitive-complexity, changelog-integrity, docs-counts, docs-sync and migration-numbering gates green (only the pre-existing `open-sse/utils/stream.ts` file-size red remains, inherited from the base); 3,743 focused `node:test` cases plus 34 vitest cases green.

918546acf2 fix(resilience): increase requestQueue.maxWaitMs default from 15s to 30s (#13553)
Raises the default request-queue wait (`RATE_LIMIT_MAX_WAIT_MS`) from 15s to 30s, so bursts behind a rate-limited provider queue a bit longer before being rejected (#13504). 963d3c46ef fix(ci): clear three base-reds on release/v3.8.51 — open-sse typecheck, docs provider count, agent-skills sync (#13216)
Merged after reconciling against the tip. The one conflict was `docs/reference/PROVIDER_REFERENCE.md`, a generated file — regenerated with `npm run gen:provider-reference` (358 unique IDs) rather than hand-merged.

The three base-reds this PR targets, re-checked on the reconciled tree:

- `check:docs-counts`: **exit 0** — provider count 356 → 358 in AGENTS.md, llm.txt, the i18n mirrors and the SVG diagrams was its last red
- `check:open-sse-typecheck`: OK, 0 errors
- `check:agent-skills-sync`: exit 0 (`skills/cli-tunnel/SKILL.md` → `tunnel create [type]`)
- `autoCombo.test.ts` under the mcp vitest config: 63/63
- ESLint over the changed files: exit 0

AGENTS.md, llm.txt and SKILL.md are agent-instruction surfaces; the operator approved them for this PR explicitly.

- complexity 2821 / baseline 3218 and cognitive-complexity 1272 / baseline 1437
- 203 of 208 assertions green. The 5 remaining (`guide-settings-route` ×4, `hard-session-lease-bypass-inventory` ×1) reproduce on the pure tip with nothing from this batch applied.
- `imageGeneration.ts` rebaselined 3259 → 3293 for #12945's image-only-model guard, landed separately in #13392 so nothing was pushed onto a live branch.

⚠️ base-red inherited: #12732 — provider count 356 vs 358 and `open-sse/utils/stream.ts` 3115 > frozen 3098, both reproducing on the pure tip.

1361a9dd88 fix(sse): add first-byte watchdog to the TLS-fingerprint transport (#12656) (#13272)
Merged as part of the 39-PR owner batch of 2026-09-11, validated as a unit.

Boarded into one consolidated worktree cut from `release/v3.8.51` with the other 38 — zero conflicts between them.

- ESLint over every changed file: no errors (the only finding was one suppression entry the batch emptied, pruned on #13243)
- `typecheck:core` clean; `check:dashboard-typecheck` OK (206 pre-existing, within baseline); `check:changelog-integrity` OK
- complexity 2821 / baseline 3218 and cognitive-complexity 1272 / baseline 1437 — both under baseline
- 256 assertions green: 246 under node:test and 10 under vitest, which is where `tests/unit/**/*.test.tsx` actually runs
- `check-file-size`: `chatCore.ts` rebaselined 6144 → 6146 for #13278 and #13276, annotated and landed on #13243

⚠️ base-red inherited: #12732 — the provider count (356 in the docs vs the 358 the modules define) and `open-sse/utils/stream.ts` at 3115 > frozen 3098 both reproduce on the pure tip with zero contribution from this batch.

359b9b520b fix(db): self-heal under sustained memory pressure, VACUUM gate, WAL housekeeping (#13011)
A 36-minute outage with a full host-level write-up is the best kind of bug report. The WAL at 2.98 GB being the high-water mark a VACUUM leaves behind — rewriting a 3 GB database after deleting ~125 rows, with auto-checkpoint never shrinking the file and TRUNCATE only every 6 hours — is exactly the kind of thing that is invisible from inside the process, where the V8 heap read 300 MB while RSS was dominated by 1.9 GB of glibc main-heap.

Reconciled against the tip after the batch landed: the `ENVIRONMENT.md` table conflicted with #13035's `OMNIROUTE_SQLJS_WASM_PATH` row and both sides were kept.

---

Validated in one consolidated worktree cut from `release/v3.8.51`, boarded with the other 19 PRs of this batch. Two in-batch conflicts, both additive and resolved by keeping each side: the `ENVIRONMENT.md` table (#13035 + #13011) and the `chatHelpers.ts` import block (#12975 on the tip + #13017).

- `typecheck:core` clean; `check:dashboard-typecheck` OK (206 pre-existing, within baseline); `check:changelog-integrity` OK; `check:docs-counts` migrations ✓
- complexity 2816 / baseline 3218 and cognitive-complexity 1271 / baseline 1437 — both under baseline

- `check-file-size` rebaselined for the batch's real growth (annotation `_rebaseline_2026_09_11_mergebatch_v3851_houminxi`, landed on #13038), attributed per PR

The single red is **not this batch**: `tests/unit/combo/quota-weighted-strategy.test.ts` → "A/B isolation: 7 hard-empty + 2 at 0.5% + 1 at 40%, floor=1" asserts an order between two connections of identical weight and flakes on the pure tip too — 2 failures in 4 runs at `origin/release/v3.8.51` with nothing from this batch applied.

⚠️ base-red inherited: #12732 — `Docs Gates`, `Merge integrity`, `No new ESLint warnings`, `Unit Tests fast-path` and `Fast Quality Gates` reproduce on the pure tip (provider count 356 vs the 358 the modules define, SKILL.md drift, and `open-sse/utils/stream.ts` at 3115 > frozen 3098, untouched here).

Thanks @HouMinXi — the live evidence on these (X500 logs, `storage.sqlite` state, real `/v1/models` probes, the 36-minute outage write-up) is what let a 20-PR batch be reviewed as a unit.

fc3ce839fe fix(db): resolve sql-wasm.wasm across global and hoisted layouts (#12960) (#13035)
Correct root cause chain, and it explains why this only bites global installs: npm 11 skips `optionalDependencies` install scripts, the server child runs with `cwd: <packageRoot>/dist`, and `sql.js` sits at `<packageRoot>/node_modules`. Probing the parent directory is the missing rung.

00421fde0c fix(devin): accept Windows sandbox paths in the agentic home check (#12545)
`DEVIN_AGENTIC_HOME` was unusable on every Windows host whatever its value, because a forward-slash `.sandbox` check can never match a backslash path. Normalizing separators before comparing, the same way `normalizeCommandToken` does, is the consistent fix; keeping `path.isAbsolute()` untouched keeps the guard intact.

0ddb47228b fix(monitoring): expose failed connection ids on credentialHealth (#12876)

9debec71ec feat(i18n): 9 new locales — all 24 official EU languages (51 locales) (#13044)
Batch 1 of the locale expansion: Greek, Croatian, Serbian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Latvian, Slovenian, Maltese and Irish across the dashboard catalog, docs mirrors, CLI catalog, README, locale index and the site. 42 → 51 locales.

Also fixes the ICU literal escape the translation backend dropped around angle placeholders, four translations that invented or renamed a placeholder, the language bars that linked to mirrors that do not exist, and the migration count drift (171 → 172).

8ecdd88c15 fix(pool): diagnose empty pools, align catalog filter, and surface drop reasons (#12795)

29593377cc fix(db): extract WAL maintenance, surface TRUNCATE no-op (#12853)

488f57e9d3 feat(catalog): eligibility-gated free-tier bucket (#12669)
* test(catalog): pin the 2026-09-02 free-tier re-audit facts for gemini, ollama-cloud, groq, nara and mistral

* fix(catalog): re-audit gemini, ollama-cloud, groq, nara and mistral against official pages

* fix(catalog): restore the console-verified Mistral 1B pool and harden its regression test

* docs(free-tiers): move headline to the re-audited ~1.50B and refresh pool counts

* chore(free-tiers): retire stale Groq free-tier text and preset model; fix catalog header

* feat(catalog): eligibilityGate field and gatedRecurringTokens total

* docs(free-tiers): state the evidence-comment rule honestly and retire the last "14.4K RPD" Groq texts

* feat(check): docs-counts gate validates the eligibility-gated free-tier figure

* fix(docs): budget card reads computeFreeModelTotals() instead of regex-parsing the catalog

* docs(free-tiers): retire the stale Gemini onboarding quota text

* feat(radar): carry eligibilityGate through the feed schema, the merge and the summary API

* feat(dashboard): show the eligibility-gated free-tier figure apart from the headline

* docs(free-tier): refresh catalog-entry counts to 442 after base sync

* feat(catalog): ModelScope as the first eligibility-gated pool; document the gated bucket and how we count

* docs(free-tiers): restore README spacing lost in the merge and re-sync the guide counts

* docs(free-tiers): correct the unsummed-catalog comparison figure to the current catalog

* docs(free-tiers): re-sync numbers after merging release/v3.8.51 (Cerebras reclassified upstream)

* docs(free-tiers): re-sync numbers after merging PR1 (Cerebras reclassified upstream)

* fix(docs): keep the NaraRouter plans endpoint out of the API-path checker; rebaseline gateways.ts (+3)

* fix(catalog): keep eligibility-gated rows out of every headline-adjacent figure

The eligibility gate was honored by the steady headline and the pool count, but
three adjacent figures still counted gated rows: the credit reductions feeding
steadyWithRecurringCreditsTokens/firstMonthRealisticTokens, the uncappedProviders
list ("permanently free, no cap"), and the docs gate's free-forever provider set,
which was built from freeType alone.

- computeFreeModelTotals: filter !isGated in the recurring-credit, one-time-credit
and uncapped predicates; gatedProviders semantics unchanged (steady rows only).
- check-docs-counts-sync: exclude eligibility-gated rows from the FOREVER set,
which moves the live free-forever count 53 -> 52 (the base's value). README,
  promise-pillars.svg and FREE-TIERS-GUIDE re-synced.
- gen-budget-card-svg: skip gated one-time credits like the totals do, and fail
loudly on `--out` without a path.
- Tests: gated one-time credit does not move firstMonthRealisticTokens; a gated
uncapped row is not in uncappedProviders; shipped gated rows carry no credit
tokens; the committed budget card is byte-identical to a fresh generation.

* test(catalog): allow eligibilityGate in the no-per-row-rating key allowlist

The allowlist landed on the base with #12318, after this branch's field was designed;
eligibilityGate says who may claim a quota, not how much a row can be trusted.

36be267a17 fix(providers): add CLAUDE_CODE_CLIENT_VERSION and GITHUB_COPILOT_CLI_VERSION env overrides (#12632)

**4/4** no teste-guarda e **25/25** somando free-tier-catalog e free-models; typecheck:core limpo. Obrigado, @HouMinXi.

7ae8bf4e05 fix(db): harden migration recovery snapshots (#12435)

f51cd295c8 chore(providers): bump Claude Code wire identity + Devin bridge pin to 2.1.258 (#12604)

a47d2e521e feat(providers): add SeekAi OpenAI-compatible New-API gateway (#12557)

9ddb8e0a93 fix(docs): restore the Next build — REMOVED_PROVIDERS.md had no frontmatter (base-red #12581) (#12610)
`source.config.ts` feeds `docs/reference/**/*.md` to fumadocs-mdx, whose default
schema requires a `title`. #12478 added `docs/reference/REMOVED_PROVIDERS.md`
with no frontmatter block at all, so every production build died with:

    [MDX] invalid frontmatter in docs/reference/REMOVED_PROVIDERS.md:
    - title: Invalid input: expected string, received undefined

That single missing block is what turns three release-green gates red at once —
`Package artifact (npm pack policy)` fails on the build, and both
`Tarball boot-smoke` and the packaged CLI checks are skipped for lack of a
valid `dist/`.

Fixes:
- add the frontmatter block, matching the convention of its sibling reference
  docs (`title` / `version` / `lastUpdated`).
- add `check:docs-frontmatter`, wired into `check:docs-all`, so the next doc
added without a title fails in milliseconds instead of costing a full Next
build and a red release branch. The gate reads its globs from
`source.config.ts` rather than duplicating them, so a new docs directory
  cannot silently escape the check.

Verified: the gate reports OK across all 122 compiled docs, fails (exit 1) when
the frontmatter is removed, and `npm run check:docs-all` passes.

8df944cd46 feat(browser): adopt Obscura as primary headless browser engine with Chromium fallback (#12286)

`state.engine` alimenta `isStealth` e `getBrowserPoolStatus()`, e o shutdown zera o engine sem matar o servidor Obscura compartilhado (dono: `./obscura.ts`).

typecheck:core limpo e 3/3 em tests/unit/obscura-integration.test.ts. Obrigado, @opensource-elearning.

a628d28898 feat(dashboard): orchestration canvas fase 2 — repeat action + A2A memory hits (2.6/2.7) (#12508)
* feat(api): conductor task creation route (repeat support)

* feat(a2a): record memoryHits consulted per task (observability, 2.7)

* feat(dashboard): repeat action in orchestration drawer (2.6 — repeat only)

* fix(dashboard): require every field each repeat contract needs before enabling the action

* feat(dashboard): memory-used drawer section + fase2 i18n/changelog (2.7)

* fix(dashboard): validate memoryHits shape before rendering + locale wording fixes

* fix(dashboard,a2a): stop memoryHits leaking into repeats, harden drawer guard + status clamp

Final whole-branch review fix wave for the Orchestration Canvas Fase 2 PR-C.

- a2a: `createTask` stores a COPY of `input.metadata` instead of aliasing it, so the
observability `memoryHits` written by `executeA2ATaskWithState` no longer leak into
`task.input.metadata`, into the persisted `a2a_tasks.input_json`, or into the drawer's
"Repeat" body (a repeated task was born carrying the previous run's memory snippets,
even with the `OMNIROUTE_A2A_MEMORY_HITS=0` kill-switch on).
- dashboard: `repeatReqFor` strips `memoryHits` from the a2a repeat metadata, so tasks
persisted before the copy-fix do not propagate them either.
- dashboard: the "Memory used" section now requires all four rendered fields (id, key,
type, snippet) to be strings — `{ id: "x", key: { a: 1 } }` used to throw "Objects are
not valid as a React child" and take the whole drawer down.
- dashboard: an `/a2a` action answered with a JSON-RPC error under HTTP 200 is reported as
a failure (`RPC <code>`, code only — never the upstream message) instead of a success
toast; the secured-deployment rejection keeps surfacing the sanitized `HTTP 400`.
- api: the conductor task-creation route clamps a hub status outside 400-599 to 502, so an
out-of-range status can no longer turn a hub refusal into a `RangeError`.
- dashboard: the History tab's `onActionDone` keeps the drawer mounted (and refreshes the
range) instead of closing it, so the repeat/cancel confirmation is actually visible.
- a2a: documented the recall owner-id limitation — `task.owner` is a SHA-256 key prefix
while memory rows are keyed by the DB api-key id, and no hash-to-id lookup exists today,
so recall only resolves under the keyless posture.

* refactor(dashboard): split drawer repeat helpers and test file under the size/complexity gates

500568a1cd fix(providers): migrate web cookie TLS transport to wreq-js (#12429)
Migrates the Claude, Grok, LMArena, Notion and Perplexity web-cookie transports from the tls-client-node/Koffi sidecar to the exactly pinned wreq-js 3.2.0 runtime, keeping the per-provider browser/OS profiles, making request cookies ephemeral, bounding and generation-protecting the shared native transport pool, removing the legacy downloader and repair path, and carrying the native binding and license evidence through the npm, standalone, Electron, Docker and Bun packaging surfaces.

This is the consolidation of the two competing migrations, and the consolidation was decided by evidence rather than by preference. #11753's six suites were installed over this implementation and run as an independent specification: 31 of 36 passed. All five failures are artefacts of #11753 being the older design, not coverage gaps —

- two hardcode the 3.0.0 pin in their assertions (this branch pins 3.2.0, which is what the release tip already resolves; #11753's 3.0.0 would have conflicted);
- one reads open-sse/services/chatgptTlsClient.ts, deleted when #11754 retired ChatGPT Web, so the test is stale against the current tip;
- two import WREQ_JS_NATIVE_BINARY_NAMES / resolveWreqJsNativeBinaryName, which this branch redesigned into WREQ_JS_NATIVE_BINDINGS / resolveWreqJsNativeBinding plus WREQ_JS_VERSION — a rename from modelling natives as file names to modelling them as package bindings, verified as an API difference rather than a lost capability (the linux-x64-gnu .node is present and serviceable).

This branch is also the strict superset by scope: 7 files exclusive to it, including the wreq-js Rust license inventory and notices, .trivyignore, open-sse/utils/tlsClient.ts and assembleStandalone.mjs. #11753 had one exclusive file, its changelog fragment. Nothing needed porting, so #11753 is superseded rather than merged, and the changelog entry credits both.

Reconciled on merge: clean against the tip. The new migration suite (tests/unit/tls-client-wreq-migration.test.ts, 1374 lines, 31 cases) is frozen at its exact LOC with the rationale — it shares one native-transport harness, so splitting it mid-merge would duplicate that harness for no coverage gain. Verified that no existing cap moves.

Verified: 182/182 across the eight TLS, native-manifest, postinstall, standalone-bundle, pack-artifact and provider-validation suites, typecheck:core clean, check:cycles OK, check-changelog-integrity OK, check-file-size OK, and every changed TypeScript file parses.

7ed8ada432 feat(providers): restore ChatGPT Web via clean-room browser transport (#12239)
Restores ChatGPT Web on a clean-room browser transport, merged on the operator's explicit decision.

Worth stating precisely, because this touches a provenance decision: the PR does not revert #11754. It narrows RETIRED_COMMON_CHATGPT_WEB_PROVIDER_IDS to the single GPL-derived alias cgpt-web and registers chatgpt-web as a separate clean-room id. The old implementation stays retired and blocked; the retirement machinery, its error code and its 410 contract are untouched. All four retirement suites agree with that distinction and pass unchanged.

The 44 protected agent-instruction surfaces this PR touches (AGENTS.md, llm.txt and its 42 mirrors, README) were verified rather than trusted: masking digits and comparing the removed and added line sets gives 264 lines on each side, identical — every change is a provider-count substitution, with no sentence added, removed or reworded.

Reconciled on merge: clean against the tip, with the two chat chokepoints this PR grows (src/sse/handlers/chat.ts +40, open-sse/handlers/chatCore.ts +30) recorded in the file-size baseline under an annotation. Verified that exactly those two caps move and nothing else, so the #12411 ratchet holds. The rebaseline is carried on this branch rather than left in a validation worktree — the propagation mistake that put the 2026-09-02 merge waves base-red in #12434.

Verified: 504/504 across the PR's 44 test files plus all four chatgpt-web retirement suites, check:provider-consistency OK (272 REGISTRY entries, 355 canonical providers), check-file-size OK, and every changed TypeScript file parses.

Thanks @backryun — separating the clean-room id from the retired alias, instead of reopening the old one, is what made this reviewable.

990aeca1db fix(api): list self-aliased providers in canonical models catalog mode (#12381)
GET /v1/models with MODELS_CATALOG_PREFIX_MODE=canonical dropped every chat row of a provider whose registry alias is undefined (antigravity) or equal to its own id (agy, most built-ins). Each emission loop pushes alias/model only when includeAlias, and canonicalProviderId/model only when the ids differ — for a self-aliased provider both are the same string, so neither fired. #11918 fixed the class for custom nodes but not built-ins, and not the static loop. The alias row is now treated as the canonical row whenever the ids coincide, across the static, synced, custom and alias-backed loops; the canonical branch's !== alias guard is untouched, so dual and alias output cannot double up. Docs that described the omission as intended are corrected.

Validated in a combined worktree with all 25 PRs of this batch boarded together: typecheck:core clean, 443/443 node-runner tests plus 14/14 vitest across every test file the batch touches, and check-changelog-integrity, check:cycles (418 files), check:provider-consistency (272 REGISTRY entries, 355 canonical providers), check:docs-counts, check:docs-sync (42 locales) and check-file-size all green.

Thanks @pacocartones.

Armin Anton” ∴
530096a3be feat(providers): add UC (uncensored.com) — persona (un-metered) + direct (metered) (#11513)
Adds uncensored.com as two OpenAI-compatible providers mirroring UC's own surfaces: uc, the persona/subscription side over WebSocket with a durable Clerk credential minting a short-lived per-connect token (no API key, un-metered), as a full multimodal port — chat, tools, vision, doc-RAG, image, video, TTS; and uc-direct, the metered Developer API over REST with X-api-key. Same underlying models, two billing surfaces.

Reconciled on merge. 57 files conflicted; only seven carried UC content, the rest was drift from the older release line and took the tip's side.

- executors/index.ts: the tip has since refactored the executor map to lazy dynamic imports, so uc is registered in that shape. uc-direct needs no entry — it routes through the default OpenAI-compatible executor.
- imageGeneration.ts: the branch still carried the retired designerWeb import alongside ucImage; kept only the UC one.
- config/providers/index.ts, webSessionCredentials.ts and web-cookie.ts resolved additively against the MaxAI entries #11461 put on the tip an hour earlier.
- web-cookie.ts: the uc entry declared no serviceKinds, required since #11392, so provider validation would have thrown at load. Declared ["llm"]. uc-direct already declared it at the end of its own entry — an earlier pass of mine added a second one after id and TypeScript caught the duplicate (TS1117); the author's placement is what shipped.

Every count was measured against the merged tree rather than taken from the branch, and all three would have been wrong: reserved prefixes are 406, not 399; APIKEY_PROVIDERS is 237, not 234; providers are 355. PROVIDER_REFERENCE.md regenerated, the count updated across README/AGENTS.md/llm.txt and its 42 mirrors, package.json and 6 SVGs — every changed line in the protected surfaces is a digit substitution and nothing else, verified by masking digits and comparing the removed and added sets (90 lines each, identical). The executor-map golden snapshot went 134 -> 135.

The branch's file-size-baseline.json predates #12411's ratchet re-tightening and was discarded rather than merged; imageGeneration.ts (+12 for the uc-image format branch) was entered against the current baseline under a _rebaseline annotation, and no other cap moves.

Verified: typecheck:core clean, check:provider-consistency OK (271 REGISTRY entries, 355 canonical providers), check:docs-counts exit 0, check-file-size OK, check:cycles OK, 119/119 across the PR's test files, and 2/2 executor-map-golden.

Thanks @arminanton — two providers for two real billing surfaces, rather than one entry pretending to be both, is the right modelling.
