Adds a Grok Build card to the CLI Code dashboard: configures the main model and per-subagent model overrides, surgically upserts only the [model.omniroute] section of config.toml (preserving unrelated user sections), resolves config.toml via GROK_HOME or the CLI config home, and omits API keys from settings responses. Closes#10829.
Validated in an isolated worktree boarded onto origin/release/v3.8.50 (0 conflicts, 14 files):
- 6/48 focused node:test cases in tests/integration/cli-settings-grok-build.test.ts initially failed with 422 instead of 200/409 — traced to this route being the first CLI-tool settings route to actually pass a targetPath into the shared guardCliConfigWrite/ensureCliConfigWriteAllowed container-ephemeral-write guard (every other cli-tools/*-settings route calls it with no path, which always no-ops). This devbox genuinely runs inside Docker with no bind mount for the test's tmpdir fixtures, so the guard correctly refused — a real environment-dependent gap in the PR's own test setup (missing OMNIROUTE_ALLOW_CONTAINER_CONFIG_WRITE=1, the pattern already used by tests/unit/cli-tools-apply-container-422.test.ts for this exact guard). Fixed by setting that flag in the test file's setup, pushed fix-in-place.
- 61/61 tests pass after the fix (grok-build-config, check-tool-config-status, all-statuses-route, cli-settings-grok-build, plus 13/13 UI tests via vitest for GrokBuildToolCard/ToolDetailClient).
- Verified the "omit API keys from settings responses" claim: GET applies omitApiKeys() to both config/settings before responding.

* feat(compression): adota omniglyph 1.4.0 e tira o gate de modelo da env do host
O 1.4.0 introduziu escopos de segurança e passou a resolvê-los dentro de
isOmniGlyphSupportedModel() lendo process.env.OMNIGLYPH_PROFILE. Somado ao
OMNIGLYPH_MODELS que já existia, duas variáveis do ambiente do host decidiam em
silêncio o gate de TODO request do OmniRoute: passthrough desligaria a engine
inteira e OMNIGLYPH_MODELS admitiria modelos sem recibo medido, enquanto a UI
segue prometendo "Claude Fable 5 na rota direta medida".
O adapter passa a usar isOmniGlyphSupportedModelForScope() com escopo explícito
e fixa o escopo mais restrito como teto: a env só pode ESTREITAR a allowlist,
nunca alargar. Os dois wires compartilham a mesma lista no pacote desde o
1.4.0, então uma checagem cobre Anthropic e GPT.
- omniglyph ^1.3.1 -> ^1.4.0 (lock em 1.4.0);
- testes de regressão para os dois caminhos de sequestro por env;

O 1.4.0 trouxe perfis nomeados (coding-safe, balanced, aggressive,
passthrough), mas só transformAnthropicMessages() os resolve sozinho: os
transformadores OpenAI recebem TransformOptions cru e ignorariam o campo. Um
perfil escolhido pelo operador valeria no wire Claude e sumiria no OpenAI. O
adapter passa a mesclar o perfil com mergeCompressionProfileOptions() antes de
chamar Chat Completions e Responses.
O default segue aggressive — a política que os recibos publicados mediram.
Medido nesta base: com coding-safe/balanced, uma sessão sem histórico acumulado
para em below_min_chars e a engine não faz nada, porque os dois fixam
minCompressChars no máximo e desligam system/tools/tool-results. Como a engine é
opt-in, um default assim entregaria "ligado, 0% de ganho".
O perfil é TETO, não piso: mergeCompressionProfileOptions não deixa um override
do chamador reabrir uma lane lossy que o perfil fechou. Coberto por teste, por
ser contra-intuitivo.
Também fecha um caminho em que o OmniRoute violaria a própria política: o wire
OpenAI do pacote não tem compressSystem — honra apenas compressTools,
gptHistory, minCompressChars e reflow, e sempre troca a instrução por um
ponteiro para a imagem. Com preserveSystemPrompt ligado, imagear assim queimaria
o prefixo quente que a decisão cache-aware está protegendo, sem nada no corpo
devolvido denunciando. A engine agora pula com
skip:system_preservation_unsupported_on_wire.
* feat(compression): contabilidade física do omniglyph com grau de evidência
O adapter descartava o TransformInfo inteiro, então a UI mostrava um número de
economia sem dizer de onde ele vinha — contagem do provider, estimativa ou só
diferença de bytes. O 1.4.0 expõe normalizeAccounting(), que classifica essa
evidência e resolve a semântica de cache por família: Anthropic reporta input,
cache-create e cache-read em buckets DISJUNTOS, enquanto OpenAI e xAI reportam
cached como SUBCONJUNTO do input. Somar à mão dá double-count silencioso.
O novo omniglyphTelemetry.ts não filtra por denylist — MONTA um objeto novo,
campo a campo, só com número e enum. TransformInfo mistura contadores
inofensivos com material que não pode ser persistido: bytes PNG,
imageSourceText(s), recoverable[].text, os sha8 de system/CLAUDE.md/primeira
mensagem, nomes de tags observadas e o bloco env (cwd, branch, versões). Copiar
o objeto inteiro transformaria telemetria de compressão em vazamento de prompt.
O teste de negação prova que segredo, caminho do operador, texto do system e
base64 não aparecem, e varre a allowlist exigindo que toda string seja de um
enum conhecido.
- provider threaded do chatCore e do bridge Codex WS até a engine; ausente vira
`unknown`, que faz o upstream recusar adivinhar buckets de cache;
- contabilidade propagada para o engineBreakdown do passo (o agregado do
pipeline soma todas as engines e não serviria);
- skip não emite contabilidade: zeros ali seriam indistinguíveis de "a engine
nem rodou".
* feat(compression): perfil do omniglyph configurável, persistido e documentado
Fecha o caminho do operador: o perfil já existia no adapter, mas só como
default de código. Agora atravessa schema Zod, normalizador do banco, API de
settings e a página dedicada do engine.
- OmniglyphConfig tipado + omniglyphConfigSchema (z.enum dos quatro perfis);
- normalizeOmniglyphConfig: nome desconhecido vindo do storage cai para o
default em vez de virar "roda com a política padrão";
- seletor na página do engine, com PATCH próprio — o perfil vive fora do mapa
`engines`, e mandá-lo junto reescreveria o mapa inteiro (o store persiste o
mapa como uma linha JSON só);
- i18n en/pt-BR descrevendo o custo medido de cada perfil, não só o nome;
- README e COMPRESSION_ENGINES.md com a regra do teto e o motivo de o default
não ser o perfil mais seguro.
Corrige de passagem um teste-irmão que ninguém via: o gate de transporte na UI
deixou de dizer "direct Anthropic" quando os wires OpenAI nativos entraram, mas
tests/unit/ui/omniglyphContextPage.test.tsx continuou afirmando a cópia antiga.
O arquivo inteiro estava excluído do vitest.config.ts como "#8618 pre-existing
failure", então a quebra passou silenciosa. Com a asserção alinhada o arquivo
fecha 3/3, e a exclusão sai — o próprio comentário mandava removê-la quando
corrigida.
A doc não nomeia OMNIGLYPH_MODELS: o gate de docs fabricadas está certo em
apontar que o OmniRoute nunca lê essa env — quem lê é o pacote.
* fix(i18n): paridade do locale vi com as chaves novas do perfil do omniglyph
`tests/unit/i18n-vi-completeness.test.ts` exige paridade ESTRITA de chaves entre
en e vi — diferente do ratchet `i18n:check-ui-coverage`, que passa com 80%. As 11
chaves do seletor de perfil entraram só em en e pt-BR, e o gate de cobertura
seguiu verde, então a quebra só apareceu na matriz completa do CI.

The process-local memo at modelsDevSync.ts:204 caches getModelsDevPricing()
results until saveModelsDevPricing()/clearModelsDevPricing() to avoid
re-scanning all pricing rows on every /v1/models request. Without this hook,
backup restore and test DB resets would serve stale cached data from the
previous connection.

Zed's native-app sign-in always redirects the browser to the loopback port
sent as native_app_port (hardcoded default 58443), where nothing listens:
the browser shows "site can't be reached" and the login looks broken even
though the token is in the URL. The manual paste fallback was broken too -
handleManualSubmit requires a ?code= param that Zed's callback
(user_id + access_token) never carries, so the flow could never complete.
- zed-hosted: derive native_app_port from the dashboard's own loopback
port so the redirect lands back on OmniRoute; remote/LAN origins keep
the old default port and the paste flow
- app root: forward ?user_id=...&access_token=... to the /callback relay
instead of dropping the query string on the /dashboard redirect
- /callback relay: recognize the Zed payload (no code param) and relay the
full URL as the exchange payload; allow postMessage to both loopback
spellings (localhost/127.0.0.1) of the same port
- OAuthModal: zed-hosted popup auto-completes on true localhost; the
manual paste path passes the full URL through to the exchange instead
of erroring with "No authorization code found"
- manual input panel: zed-hosted-specific placeholder and hint
- tests: extend the postMessage scope guard with the loopback same-port
trusted origins

* fix(oauth): derive Zed native_app_port from server config, not browser scheme/port
resolveDashboardLoopbackPort() previously re-derived the dashboard's loopback
port from the browser-supplied redirectUri (window.location.port ||
protocol === "https:" ? "443" : "80"), which produced http://127.0.0.1:443/
native-app redirects when the dashboard was reached over HTTPS on its
implicit default port (e.g. behind a local TLS-terminating reverse proxy) -
a scheme/port mismatch, since Zed's own redirect is always plain http and
nothing serves plain HTTP on 443 in that scenario.
This code runs server-side (in the OAuth authorize API route), so once the
redirect URI's hostname is confirmed loopback it now uses the OmniRoute
process's own authoritative listening port via getRuntimePorts()
(OMNIROUTE_PORT/PORT/DASHBOARD_PORT) instead of re-deriving it from the
browser-observed scheme/port. Non-loopback (remote/LAN) redirect URIs still
return null and fall back to the manual paste flow.
Adds tests/unit/zed-hosted-loopback-port-derivation.test.ts (8 cases)
covering the port-derivation logic directly, including the HTTPS-default-port
mismatch scenario that motivated this fix, env-var precedence, IPv6 loopback,
non-loopback/remote fallback, and buildAuthUrl's native_app_port wiring.
Also rebaselines config/quality/file-size-baseline.json for OAuthModal.tsx's
own growth from this PR's earlier commit (1134->1149 gate units) - legitimate
zed-hosted callback wiring at the existing provider-switch chokepoint, not
extractable without a broader modal decomposition (tracked in #3501).
The live Zed OAuth handshake itself (root -> /callback -> OAuthModal exchange
against the real zed.dev endpoint) still needs a documented VPS smoke test
per Hard Rule #18; this fix covers the TDD-able port-derivation logic that
motivated the change.

the new autoFetchModels opt-in default because their connection fixtures
never set providerSpecificData.autoFetchModels: true, so they never reach
the live-fetch/validation paths they were written to exercise (fetch mocks
never called, base-URL validation never reached, live models never merged).
Adds providerSpecificData.autoFetchModels: true to each affected fixture.
No production code or test assertions changed — same TEST-fixture-only
pattern as the lan-guard and openrouter-embeddings fixes. All 59 tests in
the file now pass (was 30/59).

The Qdrant engine card on /dashboard/memory?tab=engine showed a red
"Error" badge after every page refresh even when Qdrant was healthy:
the badge derives its state from a health check, but the mount effect
only fetched settings + embedding models — health started as null and
the render treated `health?.ok` (undefined) as a failure. Clicking
"Test connection" (which runs the same server-side /readyz check)
immediately turned it green, proving the connection was fine.

- Auto-run the health check on mount once settings load and Qdrant is
enabled, so a refreshed page reflects the real state (verified live:
/api/settings/qdrant/health returns ok:true in ~2ms on a healthy

"Testing..." state instead of red — red is now reserved for an
actual failed health check.

so the directive itself was flagged as a warning and the 'No new ESLint

* feat(proxy): add non-destructive auto-disable mode for the proxy health scheduler
PROXY_AUTO_REMOVE was the only opt-in action the background proxy health
scheduler could take on a consistently failing proxy, and it deletes the row.
For a manually-maintained proxy chain (multi-proxy pool/rotation, #6365) that
is too destructive just to exclude a temporarily-dead member.
Add PROXY_AUTO_DISABLE as a sibling flag: at the same consecutive-failure
threshold it soft-disables the proxy (status "dead") instead of removing it.
"dead" is already one of the statuses the pool/rotation alive-filter excludes,
so a disabled proxy drops out of the active chain immediately with no other
code changes. The scheduler keeps probing dead proxies on its normal interval,
and the existing recovery branch (previously autoRemove-only) re-activates it
automatically once it starts answering again.
decision.ts's decideProxyHealthAction() gets an optional `autoDisable` input
(defaults to false, so existing callers are unaffected) and a "dead" status
value; scheduler.ts wires the new PROXY_AUTO_DISABLE env flag through. If both
flags are set, auto-remove wins. getProxyHealthStats() now also surfaces the
registry `status` so operators can see when a proxy was auto-disabled, and
ProxyStatusBadge now treats the full "not alive" status set (not just the
literal string "inactive") as inactive in the dashboard.
* test(proxy): assert registry status in getProxyHealthStats output
The non-destructive auto-disable change added the live registry status to the
stats object returned by getProxyHealthStats. Align the pre-existing
db-proxies-crud assertion with the intended output shape.

Moonshot cannot sell coding plan subscriptions to most new users, so the
Get Kimi Code traffic could not convert. At their request the dashboard
banner and the README promotional spots now point at
platform.kimi.ai?aff=omniroute with partner-approved copy, in all 43
locales. The dismissal key bumps to -v2 so the retargeted banner shows
once to users who dismissed the old one, and the in-app title finally
adopts the founding Open Source Friend framing agreed in July (title key
renamed to foundingFriendTitle per the value-drift gate rename rule).
Kimi Code provider pages keep kimi.com/code on purpose: they serve
existing coding plan subscribers. Also un-excludes the now-fixed
kimiSponsorBanner.test.tsx from vitest.config.ts (#8618 is closed).

Points the import at the owning module, src/lib/db/models.ts, where both functions are actually defined, and prunes the now-stale suppression entry.
* fix(sse): scopes CC-relay anthropic-beta to its own requestDefaults
Two already-merged agentrouter commits widened usesClaudeCodeProtocol()'s native-Claude system-transform block (billing header + selectBetaFlags-derived anthropic-beta) to also run for generic CC-compatible relay connections, not just real claude traffic and agentrouter's own wire-image mimicry. selectBetaFlags() has no visibility into a relay's own providerSpecificData.requestDefaults, so its header replacement silently wiped out an earlier context-1m append and force-included redact-thinking regardless of the relay's own opt-in. Restores both for plain CC-compatible relays only; real claude/agentrouter traffic is unaffected.
Also bumps four stale hardcoded Codex/Claude Code CLI version-string test assertions (0.144.1->0.146.0, 2.1.219->2.1.220) that drifted when the same two commits bumped the version constants without updating their tests, and rebaselines base.ts's frozen file-size cap for this fix's own +35 lines.
* fix(sse): preserves bare CC-relay native treatment and context-1m
The previous commit's fix was too broad in one direction: excluding ALL CC-compatible relays from the native-Claude header block broke two pre-existing tests (cc-compatible-provider.test.ts, v3.6.6) that rely on that treatment for a 'vanilla' relay with no providerSpecificData.requestDefaults configured.
Refines the gate to this whole native-Claude header-replacement block: replace headers for real claude traffic, agentrouter's wire-image mimicry, OR a CC-relay with no requestDefaults at all — only a relay with EXPLICIT requestDefaults (context1m/redactThinking/summarizeThinking) gets to keep buildHeaders()'s own correctly-computed header set. A redact-thinking-beta strip (unconditional, a no-op when native treatment didn't apply) covers the one remaining gap: selectBetaFlags() force-includes it for a bare relay's opaque client, which a bare relay never explicitly opted into.
Verified against all three previously-conflicting pre-existing tests simultaneously: executor-default-base.test.ts's '1M beta' test, both cc-compatible-provider.test.ts SSE-forcing tests, and provider-request-failure-pipeline.test.ts's 'keeps request beta headers' test (the last of which was already broken by the raw agentrouter merge, confirmed via direct comparison against that exact commit).
* fix(sse): fills in remaining stale CLI version literals
The same two agentrouter commits bumped Codex/Claude Code CLI version constants (0.144.1->0.146.0, 2.1.219->2.1.220) without updating every hardcoded test assertion. This round covers the ones the previous version-string commit missed: the anthropic-cache-fingerprint billing-version constant, a cc-bridge-transforms body assertion, the UI-mirror parity test's own snapshot plus its RoutingTab.tsx source of truth, an integration test's User-Agent assertion (inconsistent with its own dynamic Version assertion two lines up), and the translate-path golden snapshot. Also updates a stale doc comment referencing the old literal by value instead of by constant name.

Both files violated Hard Rule #2 (never barrel-import from localDb.ts) — a genuine lint error that had gone uncaught locally. refresh-cursor/route.ts imported getCachedProviderConnectionById from @/lib/localDb instead of its owning module, @/lib/db/readCache. tokenHealthCheckCursor.ts copied the same pattern from its sibling tokenHealthCheckCopilot.ts (an existing, already-suppressed violation) for updateProviderConnection; imports it from @/lib/db/providers instead, with no circular-import fallout (verified via the existing token-health-check-cursor and refresh-cursor-route test suites).

The cursor auto-import route no longer contains raw SQL — that query
now lives in src/lib/cursor/tokenExtractor.ts, outside the

requestDefaults) expected redact-thinking-beta absent; flipped to
present. calls[1] (context1m+redactThinking requestDefaults) expected
the context-1m beta preserved; flipped to absent.
- provider-request-failure-pipeline.test.ts: expected Accept:
text/event-stream and the context-1m beta present for a relay with
explicit requestDefaults; flipped to application/json and absent.
35405be60 did not touch open-sse/executors/base.ts at all, so these
were test-only edits made without visibility into the still-unmerged
CC-relay header-preservation fix on this branch — they quietly matched
the assertions back to the pre-fix (buggy) behavior instead. Restores
the original, validated expectations; all three interdependent test
files (executor-default-base, cc-compatible-provider,
provider-request-failure-pipeline) verified passing together again.

* feat(api): add GET /api/resilience/connections for per-account state
The three temporary-failure mechanisms each have their own scope -- the
provider circuit breaker covers a whole provider, connection cooldown covers
one account, model lockout covers a provider/connection/model triple -- and
until now nothing showed them side by side. Diagnosing "why is this key being
skipped" meant reading three separate surfaces and correlating by hand, which
is exactly what the docs' own debugging guidance asks an operator to do.
The route returns all three keyed by connection, plus the breaker's transition
history so a flapping provider is visible as a sequence rather than a single
current state. getStatus() already assembled everything except that history;
it now returns a copy of it and carries an explicit CircuitBreakerStatus type
instead of an inferred one.
Reading raw connection rows for this meant widening getRawProviderConnections'
column projection, so the existing allowlist is exported and the route selects
through it. A test asserts every column the route names is in that allowlist,
which turns a future typo into a failure here rather than a silent empty field.
Each of the three data sources is wrapped independently: one of them throwing
degrades that section and sets meta.degraded rather than failing the whole
response, since a partial view still answers most of the questions the page
exists for.
Loopback-gated. It spawns nothing, unlike every other entry on that list, but
it exposes per-account operational state and the comment says so to keep it
from being read as precedent for gating read-only routes generally.
Tests are real isolated-DB integration tests rather than mocks -- ESM mocking
is unavailable here (no mock.module, non-configurable exports) and the
codebase already has the isolated-DB pattern, which exercises more than a mock
would anyway.

* feat(dashboard): add the per-account resilience connections page
Renders what the API added: every connection with its cooldown, its provider
breaker, and its model lockouts in one table, with a detail view per connection
and the breaker's transitions drawn as a timeline. The timeline is the part that
is hard to get from the existing surfaces -- a breaker sitting at CLOSED right
now looks healthy, and only the sequence shows it has opened four times in the
last hour.
Polls rather than streams. The state it displays changes on the order of
seconds to minutes and the page is loopback-gated, so an SSE channel would buy
nothing over an interval.
ModelCooldownsCard had its own formatRemaining. The new table needs the same
countdown format and two copies would drift, so it moves to
shared/utils/formatRemaining.ts and both import it -- behaviour unchanged, the
extracted version differs from the deleted one only in local variable names.
DataTable's column and row interfaces are exported for the same reason: the new
table types against them rather than restating their shape.

The GET /api/settings/free-proxies route returns { success, data: { proxies, total, ... } }
since #6909, but FreePoolTab.loadData() was reading data.items and data.total from the
top-level JSON — both undefined, causing the proxy table to always show as empty
despite synced stats rendering correctly from the separate /stats endpoint.
Fix: normalize the payload with body?.data ?? body fallback so both the current

- sync.ts: full download/verify/validate/cache pipeline with injectable

schema validation, version compare, all sync paths (disabled, opt_out,
invalid_signature, invalid_schema, stale, updated, error), auth header
injection, and cache-untouched assertions for every failure mode
* feat(radar): read-time overlay merge rules over the free catalog
Pure function applyFeed() merges the cached Radar feed over the static
baseline catalog at read time, honoring 4 rules:
1. Feed never overwrites a local override field.
2. enabled:false disables the entry with disabledBy:"radar" provenance.
3. User-added entry NOT in the feed survives untouched.
4. User deletion tombstone prevents feed resurrection.
getRadarCatalog() accessor in index.ts: flag off / no cache / corrupt
payload all fall back to baseline. Valid cache applies the overlay and
returns feed metadata (version, tier, fetchedAt).
TDD: 19 tests (4 rules + dedup + origin + accessor flag/cache/corrupt/
valid/bad-feed + baselineToMergedEntries converter).
* feat(dashboard): radar catalog and guided setup screens
- API routes: GET /api/radar/catalog, POST /api/radar/sync, POST /api/radar/settings
- All gated on RADAR_ENABLED flag (404 when off)

Add docs/frameworks/RADAR.md covering the flag gate, the separate data-sync
opt-in and privacy promise, the Ed25519 signature/pinned-key security model,
tiers, the read-time overlay merge rules, and the self-hosting env vars —
plus index entries in CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md/docs/README.md/REPOSITORY_MAP.md.
Document RADAR_FEED_URL and RADAR_FEED_PUBKEY in .env.example and
docs/reference/ENVIRONMENT.md to satisfy check:env-doc-sync, which was
failing on this branch since the sync.ts commit added the reads.
Add tests/unit/radar-inertia.test.ts as the single canonical place asserting
the "RADAR_ENABLED off => zero behavioral delta" claim end to end: the three
/api/radar/* routes 404, the flag resolves to the definition default with no
override, getRadarCatalog() returns exactly the baseline without touching the
cache, and computeFreeModelTotals() keeps its pinned values with the Radar
module imported alongside it.
* fix(db): renumber radar migration to 135 after collision with 134
The base branch introduced 134_proxy_logs_egress_ip while this branch carried
134_radar_cache_settings; the migration runner rejects duplicate numeric prefixes.
This migration has never been applied to a real database (the PR is unmerged), so
no retroactive isSchemaAlreadyApplied guard is needed.
* i18n(radar): translate radar catalog and setup strings to all locales
The UI-coverage ratchet measures (present - placeholder) / total_en, so the
__MISSING__ sentinels that i18n:sync-ui writes do not count as covered — only
real translations restore the metric. Scoped to this PR's namespaces
(radarPage, radarSetupPage, sidebar.radar*) instead of a bulk sync, which would
have pulled ~978 unrelated pending keys into this diff.
Placeholders and code identifiers verified preserved across all 1682 strings.
* fix(radar): trust the served-tier header instead of the signed body field
The signed feed body always carries tier:"live" by design (one signed
artifact per version — rewriting the field server-side per request
would break the exact-bytes Ed25519 signature). The server now returns
the tier ACTUALLY served via the x-omniroute-feed-tier response
header, so free users on a delayed community snapshot no longer see
"Ao vivo (tempo real)" in the UI.
sync.ts now reads and validates that header (falling back to the
body's tier only when the header is absent or holds an unrecognized
value) and stores the served tier in the cache; index.ts already
surfaces cache.tier to the UI unchanged.
* test(combo): shorten an assert message that exceeded the line limit
The assertion added by #9507 was 104 chars, so prettier reformatted it into
five lines on the next commit that touched the file, pushing it past its
frozen size (3449) and failing check:file-size. The message is shortened
(the issue reference stays in the comment directly above); the assertion
itself is unchanged, and the file is back to 3448 lines and prettier-clean.
* i18n(radar): use the canonical zh-TW glossary terms
The machine translation produced retired renderings the glossary gate blocks:
供應商 for provider (canonical 提供者) and 文檔 for documentation (canonical 文件).
Fixed across the 11 affected radar strings; tests/unit/i18n-glossary-consistency-check.test.ts
is back to 17/17.
* fix(radar): point the default feed URL at the domain that exists
radar.omniroute.dev was a placeholder for a domain that was never registered,
so an out-of-the-box sync would fail DNS resolution for every user. The live
feed is served from radar.omniroute.online (the subdomain the design always
specified), now behind Cloudflare TLS. Forks still override it via
RADAR_FEED_URL.
