db-migration-runner.test.ts grew past the frozen 1499-line cap and the new usage-analytics-route.test.ts exceeded the 800-line cap for new files. Split the newly added cases into sibling files instead of rebaselining. Co-authored-by: diegosouzapw <8016841+diegosouzapw@users.noreply.github.com>
