Linux: SUID sandbox error (chrome-sandbox needs root:4755)
Windows: silent exit 0 without sandbox bypass

Adds --no-sandbox, --disable-gpu, --disable-dev-shm-usage CLI args
and ELECTRON_DISABLE_SANDBOX=1 env var when CI=true is detected.
