Markus Hartung 87733f6d05 fix(config): correct Hermes-4-405B display label from 7B to 405B (#11861) ...

The Nous Research registry entry and the free-model catalog both
displayed the 405B-parameter Hermes-4-405B model as "Hermes 4 7B
(Nous Research)" — a copy-paste label bug spotted by @Karan825 on
#11861. Fixed both sites to read "Hermes 4 405B (Nous Research)".

This does not address the issue's main symptom (an upstream 400
"missing tags" error from the Nous Research API) — that string does
not exist anywhere in this codebase and needs a reproduction we do
not have. The issue stays open pending that repro.
