be65f94055
176 was taken on release/v3.8.51 by 176_xp_action_counts.sql (#12651), so the migration runner aborted with a version collision on every DB open and took down every DB-touching test. The column never shipped under 176, so no retroactive guard is needed. The doc count moves 173 -> 174 across README.md, AGENTS.md, llm.txt and its i18n mirrors (operator-approved numeric bump).
