The bulkImportProviderSchema VALUE-imported isManagedProviderConnectionId from the
server-only provider catalog, dragging the server runtime into the client/CLI bundle
(next build 'Can't resolve dns/net'). Moved the provider-known check into the route's
importOneEntry (server-side, per-row), keeping the client-reachable schema shape-only.
