MHSanaei fac9009398 fix(tgbot): escape template parameters once in I18nBot
Every bot message is sent HTML-parsed while the intended markup lives
in the translation templates, yet the values filled into them were
escaped only at some call sites. Remarks and e-mails, which a node
chooses for the inbounds it reports, reached the scheduled report and
the client info unescaped and turned into markup, and the reports that
escaped their whole text instead showed the templates' own tags.

I18nBot now escapes every parameter value, the call sites drop their
own escaping and the whole-report escapes, the two values concatenated
outside a template are escaped where they are written, and callback
answers, which are plain text, are unescaped again.

MHSanaei f1e1b0fb0c fix(i18n): publish the translation bundle only once it is complete
InitLocalizer filled the shared bundle in place, and the Telegram bot
runs it again while the panel is serving, so a request could read the
bundle's maps while they were being written and the process died on a
concurrent map access. Build the bundle privately and publish it, and
the bot and web localizers, through atomic pointers; the lazy load in
the middleware publishes only if nothing else did first.

VAIO73 746bdbe9f4 fix(monitoring): read LXC CPU, swap and uptime from the container (#6920)
In an LXC container with LXCFS the Overview showed the container's RAM
beside the host's swap, the host's CPU topology and a CPU percentage from
the host's view. Swap and uptime now come from LXCFS's virtualised files
and CPU from the container's cgroup v2 counter, normalised by the visible
vCPUs and any quota; container CPU and swap history is kept apart from
the earlier host samples.

A value the reader cannot measure (the first CPU sample, or a layout it
cannot verify such as cgroup v1) is reported as unavailable instead of 0:
the dashboard, the node list, node CPU history and the Telegram and
Discord uptime show a dash, and nodes keep the flags in a new
unavailable_metrics column.

DIMFLIX 15fee2a035 feat(tgbot): rebuild the Telegram bot around editable screens and inline lists (#6760)
The bot answered every action with a new message, so a chat filled with stale
menus whose buttons still acted, and long client or inbound lists were paged
through dozens of buttons. Each chat now has one live screen that is edited in
place: the menu is grouped into Server, Clients, Traffic and Maintenance, lists
open through inline search, the add-client flow starts from a draft card, QR
codes arrive as one labelled sheet, and repeated notices collapse into one with
a counter. A client's /start and /usage show only that client's own links and
usage, groups are refused, and the settings page warns when the bot's inline
mode is off. Admin topics, the indexed Telegram lookup and every locale,
Slovak included, carry over.

Hamed 7d45456feb fix(tgbot): look up a Telegram account's clients through the indexed client table (#6887)
Every bot usage command and the hourly report resolved a Telegram ID by
expanding every inbound's settings.clients, re-parsing the matched inbounds and
looking up each client again by email. With thousands of clients this ran
thousands of times per report and showed up as high PostgreSQL CPU, and an
account whose lookup came back empty was retried once per client carrying it.

The lookup now uses the normalized clients table and its Telegram-ID index in
one query per account, and the hourly pass checks each account once. Bot output
and thresholds are unchanged; link callbacks now authorize against the current
client records instead of possibly stale settings JSON.

MHSanaei 12d51d7195 perf(tests): copy a migrated template DB instead of migrating per test
Most tests opened a throwaway panel DB with database.InitDB, which runs the
full AutoMigrate + seed on an empty file every time: ~230ms, and ~850ms under
-race because GORM's reflection-heavy migration is what the detector slows
most. internal/web/service does this in ~550 of its 830 tests, so the CI race
job spent ~10 of its ~14.6 minutes re-migrating empty databases.

internal/database/dbtest.InitDB migrates once per test process, then hands
each test its own copy of that file (~130ms under -race) and registers the
CloseDB cleanup. The copy then goes through InitDB like a panel restart, so
every test still starts from the state a fresh install has. Tests that reopen
an existing file, migrate a hand-built legacy DB or target Postgres keep
calling database.InitDB.

Locally under -race: internal/web/service 626s (last CI run) -> 114s,
internal/sub 246s -> 35s.

BlindMaster24 c7518c4038 fix(tgbot): send the admin traffic reports as one message (#6490)
Reset all traffics and the sorted usage report replied with one Telegram
message per client. A panel with a few hundred clients therefore fired a
burst of sendMessage calls that trips Telegram's per-chat rate limit and
throttles the bot for every user, not just the admin who tapped.

Both reports are now assembled into one string and handed to
SendMsgToTgbot, which already pages long messages.

Two details the batching would otherwise lose: the reset report still
answers (with the reply keyboard removed) when the panel has no clients,
and both reports are HTML-escaped as a whole, because a single stray "<" in
a remark or an email now costs the ~15-client page it lands on instead of
one client's message.
