MHSanaei 7f64a67ba5 fix(clients): re-enable only quota-disabled clients on a traffic reset
Every traffic reset re-enabled its clients unconditionally, in the
client record and in the traffic row a master treats as the client's
state. A master forwards an inbound's scheduled reset and "reset all"
to its nodes through the per-client reset calls, so a client disabled
by hand on a node inbound came back on at the next scheduled reset.

Each reset now decides, before it zeroes the counters, which of its
clients the quota switched off, counting cross-panel usage, and
re-enables only those; a client disabled below its quota keeps its
record and traffic row off. The reset API docs say so.

Rouzbeh† 694ad6deae feat(sub): add per-client subscription HWID limits (#5802)
* feat(sub): add per-client subscription HWID limits

* fix(sub): address HWID review on shared subId and bulk create

* fix(sub): store HWID devices by sub_id and drop anchor client workaround

* fix(sub): restore UA auto-detect and HTML page routing in subs()

The cherry-pick of the HWID gate onto main's refactored SUBController
had dropped main's UA-based format auto-detection and sub-page handling
from subs(). Restore those branches, slotting enforceHwid after the
HTML page and before format detection so the gate only applies to
machine-readable subscription bodies.

Also adapt tests to main's options-struct constructor and to the
ClientService.Update signature extended with limitHwid.

* fix(frontend): drop axios from HttpUtil.delete

The bulk-delete rework's committed version still referenced axios,
which this file no longer imports, breaking typecheck in CI. Use the
httpRequest wrapper like the other verbs.

MHSanaei 789e92cddc fix(clients): re-enable depleted clients on API renewal (#5619)
Renewing a subscription via POST /panel/api/clients/bulkAdjust extended a client's expiry/quota but left it disabled. The enforcement loop disables a depleted client across client_traffics, client_records and the inbound settings JSON (and pushes that to the node), while BulkAdjust only updated expiry/total and never cleared enable. On a node its UpdateUser push was built from the stale ClientRecord (Enable=false), which the next traffic poll merged back onto the master, so the client never recovered.

BulkAdjust now re-enables a client only when it was disabled because it was depleted and the adjustment lifts it back within limits, computed as a set-difference of the production depletedCond predicate and applied through the canonical BulkSetEnable (run after the per-inbound loop, since lockInbound is non-reentrant). Manually-disabled or still-depleted clients stay disabled.

Update now writes the clients.enable column explicitly so re-enabling sticks for inbound-less clients and stops feeding a stale record into node pushes.
