fix(tests): list dist/httpClientAbortGuard.mjs in the pack-artifact policy assertion

#13636 added the abort guard to PACK_ARTIFACT_REQUIRED_PATHS but left the
expected missing-paths array in tests/unit/pack-artifact-policy.test.ts
unchanged, so the test has been red on release/v3.8.51 ever since — 19 pass,
1 fail on a pristine tip, and on every PR whose changed-file set reaches it.

The policy is the source of truth; this only teaches the assertion about the
entry it already requires. 20/20 pass here.
