b68af3f090 chore(release): merge release/v3.8.50 tip into release/v3.8.51 — sync-back step 1/2
The v3.8.50 close left 134 post-freeze commits on release/v3.8.50 that never
reached the cycle branch (the freeze cut release/v3.8.51 at 3192eb88d5). A
plain merge of main reproduces all of them through the `Release v3.8.50`
squash against a July merge-base and conflicted on 551 files; merging the
release tip first, against the recent common ancestor, narrows the real
conflicts to 102 (51 generated, 51 judged file by file with a proof each —
see _tasks/postmortems/2026-08-25-release-v3.8.50-pipeline-eficiencia.md,
Parte IV). Step 2 brings main's own post-tag fixes and the finalized
CHANGELOG through scripts/release/sync-next-cycle.mjs.

Resolution rules applied, in order of evidence:
- generated files regenerated with the repo's own generators
  (sync-llm-mirrors, gen-budget-card-svg, gen-provider-reference);
- where release/v3.8.51 already carried the same fix in a newer shape
  (#11524 search sweep, #11551 catalog scheduler, Google BYOP retry, KIE
  Market id map, Docker worker budget measured in #7518) its version stays;
- where release/v3.8.50 carried the newer shape (Volcengine cookie-domain
  CodeQL fix + shared Zod schemas, #11355/#10534 cooldown release helper,
  positive-anchor tests for security-hardening and cli-oneproxy) it wins;
- GPL-retired Raycast/Hailuo (#11691) stay retired: nothing of theirs comes
  back and the public-route test keeps the retired route out;
- the ten changelog.d fragments of v3.8.50 are dropped — they are already
  aggregated in main's CHANGELOG and would double-aggregate at v3.8.51.

Three things git's auto-merge silently produced were caught by a per-line
detector and fixed: providerLimits.ts lost T's imports and the
windowStillExhaustedAfterRealReset helper; catalogCache.ts and
providerLimits.ts kept both sides' identical copies of three declarations;
contextHandoff.ts's new provider-allowlist skip returned undefined against
the #11552 outcome type. Every decision was re-run through the tests both
sides own for it.

0ad03316e8 chore(providers): retire GPL-derived Raycast and Hailuo integrations (#11691)
Rebased onto the current release/v3.8.51 tip as part of a combined provider-retirement/provenance merge batch (Designer Web, Felo Web, Runtime, and this GPL-derived Raycast/Hailuo Web removal all landed together). Conflicts resolved:

- `config/quality/test-masking-allowlist.json`: additive merge of the Hailuo-Web/Raycast-auth/Raycast-local-extract entries alongside prior sibling retirement entries.
- `docs/reference/PROVIDER_REFERENCE.md`: kept the branch's generated content (deferred to a future `npm run gen:provider-reference` regeneration pass).
- `src/app/api/providers/[id]/test/webSessionTestDispatch.ts`: comment-only, dropped stale retired-provider examples.
- `tests/snapshots/executors/executor-map.json`: recomputed `keyCount` to 137 (matches the actual merged `entries` object).
- `tests/unit/provider-test-token-web-session-dispatch.test.ts`: kept both sibling assertions (hailuo-web + t3-chat-web), avoided duplicating the dedicated microsoft-designer-web test already present.

Also recomputed the golden `RESERVED_PREFIX_COUNT` (397, down from 400) to reflect the 3 GPL-derived ids/aliases this PR removes from `REGISTRY`, and rebaselined `file-size-baseline.json` for the combined retirement-guard growth accumulated across the sibling PRs in this batch.

Focused suite green (86 tests across authz/oauth-autoimport, public-route-exact-match, gpl-derived-provider-removals, migration-166, muse-spark-ws-auth-token, oauth-providers-config, provider-alias-uniqueness, provider-test-token-web-session-dispatch, providers-constants-split, ts7-executor-override-signatures, executor-map-golden, provider-node-reserved-prefix), plus `typecheck:core` and `check-file-size` clean. Thanks for the GPL-license cleanup — appreciated.

7448780cbd fix(cli): restore the full health view for the loopback CLI (check:pack-boot)
check:pack-boot booted the packed tarball fine but failed its version
assertion: `version "undefined" (expected "3.8.50")`. The artifact was
not broken — the health payload was.

#11040 (GHSA-mvf8-qc78-5mxm) reduced GET /api/monitoring/health to a
liveness-only view for non-management callers. But that route is
classified PUBLIC (src/shared/constants/publicApiRoutes.ts:67) and
runAuthzPipeline deletes CLI_TOKEN_HEADER from the forwarded headers for
EVERY route class (src/server/authz/pipeline.ts), so a handler can only
learn that a local CLI authenticated from the subject the policy stamped.
publicPolicy stamped `anonymous` unconditionally, so requireManagementAuth
in the route 401'd even for a valid loopback machine token and every
caller got `{status, setupComplete}` — no `version`.

Verified on the installed tarball before the fix: the same token that
returns 200 on /api/cli/whoami (MANAGEMENT, where the pipeline does stamp
the subject) got the anonymous body on /api/monitoring/health.

publicPolicy now stamps the same loopback-gated `local-cli-token` subject
the MANAGEMENT policy already produced. The shared verdict (peer-locality
resolution + constant-time token compare) moves to
src/server/authz/peerContext.ts so both policies use one implementation —
no behavior change on the MANAGEMENT side. Anonymous callers keep the
liveness-only view.

Tests: publicPolicy stamps the CLI subject only for a loopback peer with a
valid token (both negative controls asserted; the positive case fails on
the pre-fix policy), plus a health-route pin that a stamped local-CLI
caller receives `version`. check:pack-boot green end to end (boot #1,
machine-token contrast, sql.js round trip, boot #2 persistence).

e48ffd38d3 fix(authz): restrict tunnel process routes locally (#11531)
Validated in a combined 10-PR batch worktree off release/v3.8.51 tip.
- Focused tests: tests/unit/authz/route-guard-tunnel-processes-local-only.test.ts + tests/unit/authz/spawn-capable-prefixes-client-safe.test.ts — 6+ pass
- typecheck:core, file-size, changelog-integrity, complexity, cognitive-complexity gates — all OK
- Full-repo lint: 503 pre-existing problems confirmed identical on the pure release/v3.8.51 tip — unrelated to this diff

⚠️ base-red inherited: #11449

Thanks for closing the process-spawning tunnel routes to local-only (Hard Rule #15/#17 territory) while preserving authenticated remote read access to status endpoints.

6e8fc94732 fix(cli): stop pre-filling the secrets the server owns (#11436)

59dccdd9e1 fix(security): sanitize agent-card topology, anti-spoof login rate-limit peer IP, and add 429 Retry-After (#S1 #S2 #S4) (#11418)

bbc7bf4351 fix(authz): match exact public routes exactly, not as prefixes (#11417)
`isPublicApiRoute()` matched every entry of PUBLIC_API_ROUTE_PREFIXES with
`startsWith()`, but 11 of the 15 entries name ONE route, not a subtree. As a
prefix each also marked every adjacent path sharing its leading characters as
PUBLIC, which skips the MANAGEMENT auth gate.

That is reachable today: Next resolves `/api/usage/om-usage<anything>` to the
dynamic route `/api/usage/[connectionId]`, and that handler carries no auth of
its own — it relies entirely on being classified MANAGEMENT. An unauthenticated
caller therefore reaches `fetchAndPersistProviderLimits()`, which is an
existence oracle over connection ids (409/404/400/200) and, for a connection id
actually starting with `om-usage`, discloses live quota JSON and can drive an
OAuth token refresh (a write side effect) with no credentials.

Split the allowlist by shape:

- PUBLIC_API_ROUTE_PREFIXES keeps only genuine subtrees, every entry ending in
  "/" (asserted by a unit test, so the class cannot come back silently).
- PUBLIC_API_ROUTES_EXACT holds the single routes, matched exactly in both
  spellings.
- The three read-only "prefixes" were single routes too and move to
  PUBLIC_READONLY_CORS_API_ROUTES, matched exactly. classify.ts now asks
  `isPublicReadonlyCorsRoute()` instead of scanning the raw list, so the CORS
  origin relaxation pipeline.ts keys on cannot be inherited by a sibling either
  (`/api/monitoring/health-detail` was taking it).
- `/api/health` deliberately stays in its own set so it keeps classifying as
  `public_prefix`; folding it into the read-only set would widen CORS on it.

dashboardCsrf.ts had a second copy of the prefix scan; it now shares
`isPublicApiRoute()` so the client CSRF exemption and the server classification
cannot disagree. Side effect in the safe direction: the three LOCAL_ONLY oauth
auto-import routes were CSRF-exempt on the client while the server already
required the token — the client now attaches it.

Reported by @ntdat812 (GHSA-74g9-q8f6-793h), with the shape of the fix and the
two gotchas above called out in the report.

c83116e634 fix(video): isolate drill-down cache by principal (#11369)
Merged via consolidated batch validation (worktree `.claude/worktrees/batch-0824d`). Video Bridge FU-08 drill-down cache substrate hardening (explicitly PARTIAL per the PR body — no production producer/callsite feeds this cache yet): canonical isolation by principalId+sessionId+videoRef, loopback broker auth, strict Zod contracts, per-principal + global LRU quotas, full JPEG decode/re-encode with truncated-scan and polyglot-tail rejection, cancellation-safe atomic replacement. Static gates green; own regression suite (videoBridgeDrilldown.test.ts, video-bridge-drilldown-authz.test.ts, video-bridge-drilldown-route.test.ts) passed in the combined-batch run. Thanks!

Validated on the combined 8-PR board: live-server-allowlist suite green within the board's 88/88, typecheck:core + dashboard-typecheck clean. 0.0.0.0 as a browser Origin is loopback-equivalent (it can never name a LAN host — same treatment as headroom/detect.ts and outboundUrlGuard.ts), so the local-only posture is unchanged and the FORBIDDEN_ORIGIN reconnect flood on the dev server's printed URL stops. 230017196c fix(resilience): drain heavyweight SSE on SIGTERM (#11020)
Validated on the combined batch board + this branch alone: chat-body-admission + authz/pipeline 65/65, file-size gate green with a dated frozen entry (chatBodyAdmission 1005→1009 — the +4 lease/drain wiring lines, owner-authorized rebaseline). trackRequest was never called, so SIGTERM waitForDrain saw zero in-flight and killed live SSE; leases now hold the drain counter for the stream's lifetime, and the 503 carries Retry-After. Validação (worktree combinado a partir de origin/release/v3.8.50, merge limpo, 0 conflitos — 34 arquivos, +1078/-247):

- `npm run typecheck:core` — limpo
- `node scripts/check/check-complexity.mjs` — OK (2558 violações vs baseline 2774)
- `node scripts/check/check-cognitive-complexity.mjs` — OK (1152 violações vs baseline 1223)

a55daacc49 fix(dashboard): send periodic WS heartbeat pings to stop live-dashboard reconnect churn (#10452)
* fix(dashboard): send periodic WS heartbeat pings to stop live-dashboard reconnect churn

The live-dashboard WS client (src/hooks/useLiveDashboard.ts) only sent a
subscribe frame on open and never emitted the protocol's { type: "ping" }
heartbeat. The server (src/server/ws/liveServer.ts) refreshes client
liveness only from inbound messages and terminates any client idle past
HEARTBEAT_TIMEOUT_MS (35s), so a healthy, connected-but-idle dashboard
client was force-terminated roughly every 35-45s, causing constant
reconnect churn (#10319).

Fix (both directions, per the analyzed plan):
- Client: start a 15s ping interval on open, cleared on close/unmount/
  reconnect, so the connection stays inside the server's liveness window.
- Server (defense in depth): the outbound heartbeat pong now also bumps
  client.lastActivity, so even a third-party client that never pings is
  not dropped for being idle.

Regression coverage:
- tests/unit/useLiveDashboard-heartbeat.test.tsx: fast fake-timer check
  that the hook emits periodic ping frames and cleans up the interval on
  close/unmount (no leaked timers).
- tests/integration/live-ws-heartbeat-keepalive.test.ts: real WS-server
  integration test asserting a silent-but-subscribed client stays
  connected past the 35s heartbeat timeout (~50s window), converted from
  the plan file's TDD RED repro.

Closes #10319

* fix(dashboard): stop renewing stale LiveWS sockets

Keep application-level heartbeat responses from refreshing server liveness, and add a regression covering silent stale sockets alongside clients that answer protocol heartbeats.

d259d9fcba fix(ci): clear base-reds on release/v3.8.50 (round 3) (#10213)
* fix(ci): clear base-reds on release/v3.8.50 (round 3)

- CHANGELOG.md: restore the top [Unreleased] section dropped by the #10189
  reconcile (docs-sync gate: first section must be Unreleased)
- env-doc-sync: document CONDUCTOR_ORCHESTRATOR_TOKEN + CONDUCTOR_SPOKESPERSON_URL
  in .env.example/ENVIRONMENT.md; allowlist the CI-only GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY and
  TS7_BASE_REF (ts7 ratchet signals); drop a stray merge artifact line
- providers: restore the audited chatanywhere metadata entry that base-reds
  round 2 dropped together with its duplicate — the provider was half-wired
  (registry+endpoint without APIKEY metadata), which is what the wave3 test
  catches; re-pin providers-constants-split at the measured 228
- docs counts: 338 -> 339 (today's +2 void-ai/helixmind, -1 Puter) via
  gen:provider-reference + README/AGENTS/llm.txt/package.json/diagrams/i18n mirrors
- file-size ratchet: annotated rebaseline for the two pre-existing drifts
  (ModelSelectModal 1138, gateways 1250) following the 2026-08-11 precedent

Refs #9985

* fix(ci): base-reds round 3b — stale sibling tests + mode-pack weight contract

- check-docs-counts-sync.test.ts: drop the imports/subtests of the four helpers
  #10196 removed from the gate script (readMcpFactsFromSource, listLocalizedDocs,
  makeRequiredCountsValidator, checkFreeTierInventory) — the new-API tests that
  #10196 added stay; the file now loads again under the node runner
- quota-connection-recovery.test.ts: convert from vitest APIs to node:test —
  the file lives in tests/unit/*.test.ts (node-runner glob) and the vitest
  runtime crashes when imported outside vitest, killing the whole shard entry
- modePacks.ts: re-normalize all six mode packs to sum 1.0 — #8940 added
  sessionAvailability: 0.05 to every pack without rebalancing (1.05 total);
  ratios preserved exactly (÷1.05), so post-normalizeScoringWeights behavior
  is unchanged; restores the declared sum-to-1.0 contract the 4235 test pins

Refs #9985

* fix(ci): base-reds round 3c — vitest siblings, weights default, secrets FP, mutation tap

- DistributeProxiesButton.test.tsx: wrap renders in NextIntlClientProvider —
  #9245 localized the component (useTranslations) and left the test without
  the intl context, failing all 14 cases
- scoring.ts: re-normalize DEFAULT_WEIGHTS to sum 1.0 (same #8940 class as the
  mode packs — sessionAvailability added without rebalancing; ratios preserved)
- .gitleaks.toml: generalize the kimi sponsor-banner localStorage-key allowlist
  to -v\d+ — #10200 bumped v1→v2 and the stale regex regressed the secrets
  ratchet with a false positive
- stryker.conf.json: register 6 covering unit tests in tap.testFiles (4 modules)
  so their mutant kills count — unblocks check:mutation-test-coverage --strict

Refs #9985

* fix(ci): base-reds round 3d — inspector factor gap, stale registry/gap tests, i18n key sync

- comboScoringInspector: add cacheAffinity/sessionAvailability/connectionDensity
  to FACTOR_KEYS + the factor-key type — calculateScore() weighs them but the
  breakdown omitted them, so the explained contributions never summed to the
  reported score (inspector bug, red on the pure tip)
- combo-scoring-inspector.test: make the explicit-weights override sum-neutral
  (±0.05 shift) so it stays valid for any DEFAULT_WEIGHTS values — the hardcoded
  override only summed to 1.0 against the pre-#8940 defaults, which is also why
  explicit weights silently fell back to 'default' on the tip
- unorouter-registry.test: align to the canonical .com host (api.unorouter.ai
  301-redirects there, verified live) and to wave4's live model discovery
  (passthrough, no static seed) — the .ai/auto-model expectations were stale
- check-migration-numbering.test: 147 left KNOWN_GAPS when
  147_api_keys_model_access_mode.sql landed — assert absent (same as 143)
- i18n: sync-ui pass — 35,914 missing UI keys stamped as __MISSING__ placeholders
  across 42 locales (mechanical; greens the pt-BR key-presence integrity test;
  coverage pct unchanged by design — translation is a separate workstream)

* fix(ci): base-reds round 3e — 2 real defects + 14 stale sibling tests (waves A-E)

Real defects fixed:
- src/lib/db/apiKeys.ts: #9313's empty-allowlist early return bypassed the group
  permission check, silently disabling group deny rules (#8817) for every key
  without a per-key allowlist; fall-through restored, restricted+[] deny-all kept
- open-sse/utils/proxyFetch.ts: #10032 re-appended the raw transport error to the
  propagated message, reintroducing the proxy user:password leak #9837 closed;
  new redactProxyDetailsInMessage() keeps the reason, redacts URL/credentials
- .github/workflows/quality.yml: #10134 added the TS7 ratchet as a separate
  blocking step AFTER the aggregated gates — the exact #8542 masking mechanism;
  folded into the non-fail-fast loop (still blocking, still PR-only) ⚠️ CI edit,
  gate-strengthening — explicit owner sign-off requested on the PR
- src/i18n/messages/ko.json: 3 machine-mistranslation regressions caught by the
  #8244 glossary checker (장애인→비활성화됨, 양말5://→socks5://, 비클로드→Claude가 아닌)

Stale sibling tests aligned to deliberately-moved contracts (each cites its mover):

* fix(ci): base-reds round 3f — waves F-J: 9 more real defects + stale sibling sweep

Real production defects fixed (all red on the pure tip, each with its origin):
- routeGuard.ts: #8949 accidentally DELETED the /api/providers/[id]/login
  local-only pattern — the route spawns a browser, so the loopback gate for a
  process-spawning route was gone (Hard Rules #15/#17); restored (314 guard
  tests green)
- agentSkills generator: #9058's category dispatch gave the config category an
  empty body, wiping skills/config-codex-cli/SKILL.md at the #10131 sync;
  fixed + SKILL.md regenerated via the official generator
- imageRegistry: #9982 broke same-provider bare aliasing (antigravity preview
  id sent upstream unresolved); new resolveSameProviderBareAlias() keeps the
  fal cross-provider fix intact
- imageRegistry: #9982's prefix strip handed the bare nano-banana ids to fal-ai,
  violating the pinned 2026-07-31 operator decision (adobe-firefly owns them);
  fal entries made prefix-only (dispatch already re-prefixes)
- mediaGeneration/fal.ts: the missing-credential 401 guard was lost when #10198
  deleted the superseded falHandler — tests were hitting the live network
- bottleneckPatch/rateLimitManager: #9041's merge clobbered #9604, resurrecting
  the Bottleneck v2.19.5 heartbeat bug (reservoir never refills); patched the
  library defect at the root and re-aligned chat-rate-limit-body-lock to the
  working reservoir contract
- processSupervisor.mjs: #9761 regressed the Node spawn to bare "node" (the
  #9156 launchd bug) and dropped #9209's ipv4first args; both restored
- openai-responses/pureHelpers: #9423's Agent null-sentinel was unreachable on
  the schemaless JSON-string path; gate extended
- i18n en.json: #8222's regen reverted the #9976 unclosed-tag fix and #8559's
  combo-cooldown copy; #9038 shipped 40 t() calls with no messages (runtime
  MISSING_MESSAGE); all restored/added + official sync-ui stamps, and vi's
  zero-marker policy re-established via the sanctioned translation backend

Stale sibling tests aligned (movers cited inline): chat-helpers (#9447),
executor-antigravity (#9351), video-fal-grok (#9982), visionBridge (#9759),
web-session-credentials (#8974), production-build-module-integrity (positive

reactive-context-compaction (#8949), combo-provider-wildcard (broken upsert
helper), oauth-google-loopback (43-locale resurrected-key removal)

Validation: 501/501 across the 47 touched test files; typecheck:core, lint,
file-size, docs-sync all green.

Refs #9985

* fix(ci): base-reds round 3g — wave K/L: 4 more real defects + stale alignments

Real defects:
- base/reasoningEffort.ts: the stale duplicate cherry-pick #9612 re-added the
  codex minimal→low rewrite that #9883 had deliberately removed (OMP minimal
  passthrough); block removed again
- cursorImages.ts: #9840 wired prepareCursorImageForWire (sharp re-encode,
  fail-closed) into the SHARED resolveCursorImages, breaking zai-web and
  conol-web image uploads (HTTP 400 'undecodable'); new prepareForWire opt-out,
  Cursor default path unchanged (8 cursor suites green)
- modelCapabilities/snapshot: catalog prepare still issued 323 per-model reads
  of model_context_overrides + max_input_tokens overrides, violating #9199's
  bulk-load contract; both now resolve from the snapshot single pass
- v1-models-discovery-conformance: re-pinned to the bounded 30s SWR window
  (#9199/#10198) — the old 'stale-first regardless of age' contract is gone

Stale tests aligned (movers cited inline): codex-tools-strict-default (#9828
redundant-oneOf strip), devin-providers (#9245 i18n), db-migrationrunner-
constants-split (147→151 renumber #8228), gitlab-duo-oauth-setup (#9245),
chatcore-extracted-modules (#9161 outbound-protocol keying)

compression-api CI failures were cascade artifacts of codex-tools-strict-default
failing in the same force-exit shard process — no own defect (171/171 local).

Refs #9985

* fix(test): compression-api — register both describes before the runner starts

The DATA_DIR setup + route/db top-level awaits sat BETWEEN the two describes;
under --test-force-exit (the CI unit-runner flag) the process exits once the
already-registered tests finish, so on slow CI machines the whole second
describe died as 'Promise resolution is still pending' — the recurring
CI-only shard-2 failure that never reproduced locally without the flag.
Moved to the top of the file; 10/10 under --test-force-exit locally.

Refs #9985

* fix(quality): freeze modelCapabilities.ts at 1006 (annotated) — snapshot routing growth

Refs #9985

* fix(quality): move the modelCapabilities freeze into the frozen map (nested schema)

Refs #9985

* fix(i18n): translate all 39,718 pending UI keys across 42 locales (owner-approved)

Mass-translated every __MISSING__ placeholder via the official i18n:sync-ui
--translate-markers pipeline (operator backend), restoring i18nUiCoverage to the
100 baseline (was 89.9 after the merge-storm UI landings + the 42 keys #9038
never shipped).

Post-pass repairs, all caught by the existing gates:
- glossary: retired renderings the machine reintroduced normalized again
  (提供商→提供者 zh-CN/zh-TW, 鏈接→連結, 文檔→文件, 調用→呼叫, 供應商→提供者,
  響應→回應, 不活躍→未啟用 zh-TW; 클로드→Claude, 옴니루트→OmniRoute ko);
  DATA_DIR forbidden rendering avoided via 数据文件夹 rephrase
- ICU integrity: 120 values with renamed/dropped {params} repaired (39
  positional renames, 81 reset to the en source — functional over fluent)

Validation: glossary/pt-BR/vi/deno-relay/settings-keys/value-drift/google-
loopback suites 76/76; placeholder diff en×42 locales = 0; worst-locale
coverage = 100.0%.

a99c795a67 Add native ChatGPT Web provider for Codex clients (#8949)
* Bypass proxy compaction for native Codex context

* Add native ChatGPT Web provider pipeline

* Add managed browser and tunnel deployment

* Add ChatGPT Web setup and doctor UI

* Document and test ChatGPT Web integration

* fix(security): register chatgpt-web-codex-doctor in LOCAL_ONLY_API_PATTERNS

The diagnostic route under /api/providers/{id}/chatgpt-web-codex-doctor
was not registered in the spawn-capable route guard. Adding it for
parity with the existing /login pattern.

Co-authored-by: diegosouzapw <8016841+diegosouzapw@users.noreply.github.com>

* fix(providers): route chatgpt-web-codex admin routes through a service boundary

The provider CRUD/doctor routes imported chatgpt-web-codex helpers
(finalizeValidatedChatGptWebCodexSecrets, encode/decodeChatGptWebCodexSecrets,
getChatGptWebCodexDoctorStatus) directly from open-sse/executors/**, which
no-restricted-imports (EXECUTOR_IMPORT_RESTRICTION) forbids for src/app/**
files — executor implementations must stay behind an open-sse handler or
service boundary.

Add open-sse/services/chatgptWebCodexAdmin.ts as a thin re-export boundary
(mirroring the existing tokenRefresh.ts re-export pattern) and import from
there instead. No behavior change.

57744aeb14 feat(cursor): proactively renews Cursor sessions and fixes manual refresh (#9173)
* refactor(cursor): extracts token extraction into shared lib

Moves tryIdeAuth/tryAgentAuth and supporting helpers out of the
auto-import route into src/lib/cursor/tokenExtractor.ts, and adds
an agent-cli-state.json fallback candidate path to tryAgentAuth
(alongside the existing auth.json candidate) so the extraction
logic can be reused by the upcoming renewal orchestrator.

* feat(cursor): adds cursor-agent-backed token renewal orchestrator

Builds the renewal orchestrator in src/lib/cursor/renewal.ts: a
bounded, unattended-safe --list-models nudge, a side-effect-free
status availability check, an in-flight spawn lock keyed by
command, and renewCursorConnection() which nudges cursor-agent
then independently re-scrapes the IDE and cursor-agent credential
sources to detect whichever refreshed. Extends cursorAgent.ts's
binary resolution and spawn helper with fixed-paths-only mode and
a SIGKILL follow-up for background use. Adds a generic keyed-mutex
utility (src/shared/utils/keyedMutex.ts) for serializing a
connection's renew-then-persist cycle, and forwards a busy-timeout
through driverFactory's node:sqlite fallback path.

* feat(cursor): proactively renews Cursor sessions in the sweep

Adds src/lib/tokenHealthCheckCursor.ts, sweep-side glue that calls
the renewal orchestrator and persists the result, wired into
tokenHealthCheck.ts's checkConnection() via a new Cursor-specific
branch placed ahead of the generic no-refresh-token fallthrough.
Carves out a non-terminal exception for a Cursor connection that
already landed at testStatus "expired" via the request-time 401
path, excluding permanently-dead account_deactivated connections.
Extends buildRefreshFailureUpdate() with an overrides param so
Cursor's failure path can use a distinct, non-terminal errorCode
instead of the generic refresh_failed/expired taxonomy.

* feat(cursor): adds local-only manual refresh route

Adds POST /api/providers/[id]/refresh-cursor, a dedicated
loopback-only route that calls the renewal orchestrator on demand
for a single Cursor connection, bounded by a 30s per-connection
cooldown. Classifies the new route in LOCAL_ONLY_API_PATTERNS and
closes the manage-scope-bypass gap for dynamic-segment spawn-capable
routes under /api/providers/ via a new SPAWN_CAPABLE_PATTERNS /
SPAWN_CAPABLE_PATTERN_ANCESTORS mechanism, which also retroactively
covers the pre-existing /login route. The existing shared
/api/providers/[id]/refresh route is untouched and stays
remote-reachable for every other provider.

* feat(cursor): surfaces a dismissible cursor-agent nudge

Adds GET /api/providers/cursor/agent-availability, a credential-free
LOCAL_ONLY route returning only { cursorAgentAvailable: boolean },
backed by a 5-minute cached wrapper around the renewal orchestrator's
existing availability check. Surfaces a dismissible dashboard banner
on the Cursor provider page suggesting cursor-agent installation
when it isn't detected, following the existing dismissible-banner
convention. Also fixes a pre-existing bracket character in a
routeGuard.ts comment that was silently truncating
check-openapi-security-tiers.mjs's view of LOCAL_ONLY_API_PREFIXES.

* fix(cursor): wires manual refresh button to the new route

Branches handleRefreshToken to call the dedicated Cursor refresh
route instead of the generic /refresh route, which silently 502s
for Cursor connections today since they carry no refresh token.
Every other provider's refresh behavior is unaffected. Adds the
cursorSessionUnchanged i18n key and syncs it (plus a pre-existing,
unrelated 28-key backlog) across all 42 locale files.

* fix(cursor): addresses Phase 4/4.5 review findings

Restores the legacy stdout/stderr auth-pattern fallback in
checkCursorAgentAvailability() that the plan's Task 2 Step 4
required but the implementation had dropped. Threads an optional
deps parameter through checkCursorConnectionIfNeeded() so its
error branch is reachable in tests, and switches both it and the
manual-refresh route to exhaustive switch statements over the
renewal result. Adds a short-lived host-keyed dedup cache around
tryIdeAuth() so multiple due Cursor connections sharing a host
don't each open the same state.vscdb file in one sweep tick.
Adds opportunistic eviction to the manual-refresh cooldown map,
an outer try/catch to the availability route for defense-in-depth
consistency with the plan's other routes, and corrects a stale
JSDoc claim about the /login route's auth check. Documents the
now-empirically-confirmed agent-cli-state.json schema mismatch
found while validating against a real cursor-agent install.

* docs(cursor): adds changelog fragments for the renewal plan

Adds one fragment per user-facing outcome per changelog.d/README.md's
convention for a PR that both fixes and adds. PR number placeholder
to be filled in once the PR is opened.

* fix(i18n): translates the new Cursor keys into Vietnamese

The i18n:sync-ui run in an earlier commit left __MISSING__
sentinels for the 4 new Cursor keys in every locale, but
Vietnamese has a dedicated completeness test requiring zero
internal missing markers. Provides real translations for
cursorSessionUnchanged, cursorAgentNudgeTitle,
cursorAgentNudgeBody, and cursorAgentNudgeDismiss.

* fix(cursor): addresses quality-gate Layer 1.5 findings

Restores a comment that misrepresented execFile's actual argv shape
after an earlier bracket-removal fix, this time avoiding literal
closing-bracket characters entirely so the openapi checker's naive
array parser can't be broken by either version. Bounds the sweep-
and manual-route-triggered tryIdeAuth() busy-timeout to 250ms
(down from the interactive auto-import path's 2000ms), since both
share the main event loop with all other in-flight requests and
should fail fast on a WAL-lock collision rather than block the
whole instance for up to ~4s. Has the manual refresh route bypass
the sweep's IDE-auth dedup cache so a click always sees a fresh
read, consistent with this plan's existing "manual actions never
see stale cached data" convention. Documents the previously-missing
agent-availability route in ROUTE_GUARD_TIERS.md's spawn-capable
table.

* fix(cursor): adds SIGKILL follow-up to the status-check spawn

Matches the nudge spawn's existing SIGTERM+SIGKILL pattern so an
unresponsive cursor-agent status check can't leak a lingering
process if it ignores SIGTERM.

* docs(cursor): fills in the PR number for changelog fragments

Renames the 3 changelog.d fragments to their PR-numbered filenames and replaces the (#PR) placeholder with #9173, now that the PR exists.

* fix(cursor): corrects changelog fragments to reference PR #9173

The prior commit only staged the git mv rename — a git add invocation with a stale (pre-rename) pathspec aborted before the actual (#PR) -> (#9173) content edit was staged, so the rename landed without the fix it was meant to carry. This captures the actual content change.

* docs(cursor): regenerates the agent-skills catalog for the new route

check:agent-skills-sync (CI's Merge integrity gate) requires SKILL.md files to stay in sync with the live route catalog. Adding /api/providers/cursor/agent-availability in an earlier commit needed a regen this branch never ran.

* chore(quality): rebaselines file-size caps grown by agentrouter merges

Two already-merged agentrouter commits (564c204ef, ec150a006) on release/v3.8.50 grew open-sse/executors/base.ts, open-sse/handlers/chatCore.ts, and tests/unit/chatcore-translation-paths.test.ts past their frozen caps before this PR branched — unrelated to the Cursor renewal changes here. No PR branch is left to fix the growth in-place, so the caps are bumped to the current real sizes, following the existing release-green rebaseline precedent in this file.

* fix(sse): imports getModel helpers from db/models, not localDb

A recently-merged agentrouter commit added a @/lib/localDb import in chatCore.ts, violating the no-restricted-imports rule (Hard Rule #2 — never barrel-import from localDb.ts). Points the import at the owning module, src/lib/db/models.ts, where both functions are actually defined, and prunes the now-stale suppression entry.

* fix(sse): scopes CC-relay anthropic-beta to its own requestDefaults

Two already-merged agentrouter commits widened usesClaudeCodeProtocol()'s native-Claude system-transform block (billing header + selectBetaFlags-derived anthropic-beta) to also run for generic CC-compatible relay connections, not just real claude traffic and agentrouter's own wire-image mimicry. selectBetaFlags() has no visibility into a relay's own providerSpecificData.requestDefaults, so its header replacement silently wiped out an earlier context-1m append and force-included redact-thinking regardless of the relay's own opt-in. Restores both for plain CC-compatible relays only; real claude/agentrouter traffic is unaffected.

Also bumps four stale hardcoded Codex/Claude Code CLI version-string test assertions (0.144.1->0.146.0, 2.1.219->2.1.220) that drifted when the same two commits bumped the version constants without updating their tests, and rebaselines base.ts's frozen file-size cap for this fix's own +35 lines.

* fix(sse): preserves bare CC-relay native treatment and context-1m

The previous commit's fix was too broad in one direction: excluding ALL CC-compatible relays from the native-Claude header block broke two pre-existing tests (cc-compatible-provider.test.ts, v3.6.6) that rely on that treatment for a 'vanilla' relay with no providerSpecificData.requestDefaults configured.

Refines the gate to this whole native-Claude header-replacement block: replace headers for real claude traffic, agentrouter's wire-image mimicry, OR a CC-relay with no requestDefaults at all — only a relay with EXPLICIT requestDefaults (context1m/redactThinking/summarizeThinking) gets to keep buildHeaders()'s own correctly-computed header set. A redact-thinking-beta strip (unconditional, a no-op when native treatment didn't apply) covers the one remaining gap: selectBetaFlags() force-includes it for a bare relay's opaque client, which a bare relay never explicitly opted into.

Verified against all three previously-conflicting pre-existing tests simultaneously: executor-default-base.test.ts's '1M beta' test, both cc-compatible-provider.test.ts SSE-forcing tests, and provider-request-failure-pipeline.test.ts's 'keeps request beta headers' test (the last of which was already broken by the raw agentrouter merge, confirmed via direct comparison against that exact commit).

* fix(sse): fills in remaining stale CLI version literals

The same two agentrouter commits bumped Codex/Claude Code CLI version constants (0.144.1->0.146.0, 2.1.219->2.1.220) without updating every hardcoded test assertion. This round covers the ones the previous version-string commit missed: the anthropic-cache-fingerprint billing-version constant, a cc-bridge-transforms body assertion, the UI-mirror parity test's own snapshot plus its RoutingTab.tsx source of truth, an integration test's User-Agent assertion (inconsistent with its own dynamic Version assertion two lines up), and the translate-path golden snapshot. Also updates a stale doc comment referencing the old literal by value instead of by constant name.

* fix(cursor): imports from db/ modules, not the localDb barrel

Both files violated Hard Rule #2 (never barrel-import from localDb.ts) — a genuine lint error that had gone uncaught locally. refresh-cursor/route.ts imported getCachedProviderConnectionById from @/lib/localDb instead of its owning module, @/lib/db/readCache. tokenHealthCheckCursor.ts copied the same pattern from its sibling tokenHealthCheckCopilot.ts (an existing, already-suppressed violation) for updateProviderConnection; imports it from @/lib/db/providers instead, with no circular-import fallout (verified via the existing token-health-check-cursor and refresh-cursor-route test suites).

* fix(db): removes stale raw-SQL allowlist entry for cursor route

The cursor auto-import route no longer contains raw SQL — that query
now lives in src/lib/cursor/tokenExtractor.ts, outside the
route/handler scope check-db-rules scans. The allowlist entry was
stale, tripping the stale-enforcement gate.

* fix(test): registers cursor test files in stryker tap.testFiles

Three unit test files covering mutation-tested modules
(route-guard-cursor-agent-availability, route-guard-cursor-refresh,
cursor-renewal) were missing from stryker.conf.json's tap.testFiles,
tripping the mutation-test-coverage gate's drift detection.

* chore(ci): retriggers checks (stuck GH Actions runner on shard 2/4)

* fix(sse): restores CC-relay context1m/redact-thinking test coverage

Rebasing onto release/v3.8.50's new tip (35405be60, an unrelated
agentrouter protocol-inference commit) silently flipped two assertions
this branch's own earlier fix (687fbda62) depends on, in the same test
files that commit touched for other reasons:

- executor-default-base.test.ts: calls[0] (a bare CC-relay with no
  requestDefaults) expected redact-thinking-beta absent; flipped to
  present. calls[1] (context1m+redactThinking requestDefaults) expected
  the context-1m beta preserved; flipped to absent.
- provider-request-failure-pipeline.test.ts: expected Accept:
  text/event-stream and the context-1m beta present for a relay with
  explicit requestDefaults; flipped to application/json and absent.

35405be60 did not touch open-sse/executors/base.ts at all, so these
were test-only edits made without visibility into the still-unmerged
CC-relay header-preservation fix on this branch — they quietly matched
the assertions back to the pre-fix (buggy) behavior instead. Restores
the original, validated expectations; all three interdependent test
files (executor-default-base, cc-compatible-provider,
provider-request-failure-pipeline) verified passing together again.

* ci: re-trigger checks after GitHub Actions incident (2026-08-07, resolved)

* ci: re-trigger checks (previous push event was dropped)

* fix(quality): restore dropped vi.json cursor-renewal keys + rebaseline test growth

vi.json was missing 4 keys (cursorSessionUnchanged, cursorAgentNudgeTitle/Body/Dismiss) that this PR's own pre-merge branch had translated -- the original merge's 'git checkout --theirs' resolution for the 7 conflicted locale files discarded them since upstream's vi.json has no cursor-token-renewal feature. Restored from pre-merge tip a38003e30. Also rebaselines combo-routing-engine.test.ts (3457->3464) for the comment growth from the ALL_ACCOUNTS_INACTIVE fix, caught by CI's PR-mode check:file-size.

* chore(tests): drop explanatory comments on ALL_TARGETS_SKIPPED assertions

Kept the assertion value fix (ALL_ACCOUNTS_INACTIVE -> ALL_TARGETS_SKIPPED); the comments were unnecessary. Reverts the file-size baseline bump these comments caused (combo-routing-engine.test.ts back to its original 3457).

5eba045175 maint: follow-up cherry-pick fix-in-place #9510 (fallback resolution) (#9880)
* feat(api): add GET /api/resilience/connections for per-account state

The three temporary-failure mechanisms each have their own scope -- the
provider circuit breaker covers a whole provider, connection cooldown covers
one account, model lockout covers a provider/connection/model triple -- and
until now nothing showed them side by side. Diagnosing "why is this key being
skipped" meant reading three separate surfaces and correlating by hand, which
is exactly what the docs' own debugging guidance asks an operator to do.

The route returns all three keyed by connection, plus the breaker's transition
history so a flapping provider is visible as a sequence rather than a single
current state. getStatus() already assembled everything except that history;
it now returns a copy of it and carries an explicit CircuitBreakerStatus type
instead of an inferred one.

Reading raw connection rows for this meant widening getRawProviderConnections'
column projection, so the existing allowlist is exported and the route selects
through it. A test asserts every column the route names is in that allowlist,
which turns a future typo into a failure here rather than a silent empty field.

Each of the three data sources is wrapped independently: one of them throwing
degrades that section and sets meta.degraded rather than failing the whole
response, since a partial view still answers most of the questions the page
exists for.

Loopback-gated. It spawns nothing, unlike every other entry on that list, but
it exposes per-account operational state and the comment says so to keep it
from being read as precedent for gating read-only routes generally.

Tests are real isolated-DB integration tests rather than mocks -- ESM mocking
is unavailable here (no mock.module, non-configurable exports) and the
codebase already has the isolated-DB pattern, which exercises more than a mock
would anyway.

* feat(dashboard): add the per-account resilience connections page

Renders what the API added: every connection with its cooldown, its provider
breaker, and its model lockouts in one table, with a detail view per connection
and the breaker's transitions drawn as a timeline. The timeline is the part that
is hard to get from the existing surfaces -- a breaker sitting at CLOSED right
now looks healthy, and only the sequence shows it has opened four times in the
last hour.

Polls rather than streams. The state it displays changes on the order of
seconds to minutes and the page is loopback-gated, so an SSE channel would buy
nothing over an interval.

ModelCooldownsCard had its own formatRemaining. The new table needs the same
countdown format and two copies would drift, so it moves to
shared/utils/formatRemaining.ts and both import it -- behaviour unchanged, the
extracted version differs from the deleted one only in local variable names.
DataTable's column and row interfaces are exported for the same reason: the new
table types against them rather than restating their shape.

* fix(i18n): translate new resilience-connections screen strings

PR #9510 added the "Connection Resilience" dashboard screen but the
sync-added i18n keys (sidebar.resilienceConnections/Subtitle and the
full resilienceConnections namespace) were left as __MISSING__: in
every non-English locale, dropping i18nUiCoverage.pct below the 99
ratchet baseline.

Translate all ~78 new leaf strings into all 41 non-English locales.
Pre-existing unrelated __MISSING__ debt (hermesRole*, apiProtocol*,
grokAutoTopUp*, featureFlagExposeFunctionalGatewayMirrorsDescription)
is left untouched — out of scope for this fix.

5e5919dcc0 maint: follow-up cherry-pick fix-in-place #9631 (conflict-resolved fallback) (#9886)
* feat(db): add a job registry for scheduled background work

Background jobs each ship their own timer today, so there is no list of what
is scheduled, no history of what ran, and no way to pause one without an
environment variable and a restart. The registry gives them one home: a jobs
table holding the schedule, a job_runs table holding the outcomes, and a
loopback-only API to inspect and control both.

Cron jobs read their expression through an optional cronGetter rather than the
stored column, so an operator changing OMNIROUTE_WARMUP_CRON does not need the
row rewritten. register() is an idempotent upsert that refreshes the schedule
but never overwrites `enabled` or `created_at`, which is what lets a job be
re-registered on every boot without discarding the operator's toggle.

Run history is pruned per job rather than globally, and safeRun records a
failure for a handler that throws as well as one that returns success:false,
so a crashing job leaves a trail instead of a gap.

The API is under /api/jobs and gated to loopback in the route guard. It can
trigger a run and flip a job off, which is runtime administration and does not
belong on a remotely reachable surface.

Signed-off-by: Minxi Hou <houminxi@gmail.com>

* feat(jobs): move the budget reset and token health check onto the registry

Both jobs owned their own timer and started themselves as an import side effect,
so nothing could report whether they were running, when they last ran, or why a
run failed. They now register with the job registry and are started from it, which
also means their schedule and run history are visible through /api/jobs.

startAll() runs each interval job's first tick synchronously, so both entry points
start the registry only after initializeCloudSync() has been awaited. The old
wiring reached that ordering two different ways: the budget reset was started
after the init call, and the health check's first sweep sat behind a 10s timer.
Replacing both with one startAll() would otherwise have moved the two handlers
in front of the initialisation they run against.

Both entry points also register the same pair of jobs. Registering one and not
the other is how a background job goes missing without anything failing.

sweep() now returns how many connections it swept, so the health check can record
a real records_affected the way the budget reset does. The migration documents
that column as a per-job count, and hardcoding zero would have left one of the two
jobs reporting a number the schema promises but the code never produces. A skipped
or empty sweep reports zero. Every existing caller ignores the return value.

The token health check keeps its own disable semantics: the handler still calls
isHealthCheckDisabled() before sweeping, so OMNIROUTE_DISABLE_TOKEN_HEALTHCHECK,
the production-build phase and the automated-test guard behave as before. Its
registry adapter lives in src/lib/jobs/ next to the budget reset rather than in
tokenHealthCheck.ts, which is already above its frozen size ceiling on the base
branch and should not grow further. The adapter lets a failing sweep throw rather
than reporting it itself, matching the budget reset: safeRun records a thrown
error as a failure run with its message.

The warmup job is seeded disabled. Its handler arrives with the warmup scheduler,
and startAll() filters on enabled before it looks for a handler, so seeding it
enabled here would warn about the missing handler on every boot.

* fix: allowlist cron-parser dep and document OMNIROUTE_RUNNOW_TIMEOUT_MS env var

e7f6b1d130 feat(radar): flag-gated signed free-model catalog overlay (#9515)
* feat(dashboard): add RADAR_ENABLED flag (default off)

* feat(db): radar feed cache + settings with encrypted supporter key

* feat(radar): signed feed sync with pinned key and version floor

- feedSchema.ts: Zod v4 schema mirroring the server feed format
  (discriminated union on budget.kind, enum constraints, etc.)
- pinnedKeys.ts: Ed25519 SPKI-DER pinned key + env override for forks
- verify.ts: signature verification over exact wire bytes, never throws
- sync.ts: full download/verify/validate/cache pipeline with injectable
  deps, feature-flag gate, opt-in gate, version floor (numeric compare),
  and sanitized error reasons (no stack traces)
- 40 tests covering: contract hash, key handling, sig verification,
  schema validation, version compare, all sync paths (disabled, opt_out,
  invalid_signature, invalid_schema, stale, updated, error), auth header
  injection, and cache-untouched assertions for every failure mode

* feat(radar): read-time overlay merge rules over the free catalog

Pure function applyFeed() merges the cached Radar feed over the static
baseline catalog at read time, honoring 4 rules:

1. Feed never overwrites a local override field.
2. enabled:false disables the entry with disabledBy:"radar" provenance.
3. User-added entry NOT in the feed survives untouched.
4. User deletion tombstone prevents feed resurrection.

getRadarCatalog() accessor in index.ts: flag off / no cache / corrupt
payload all fall back to baseline. Valid cache applies the overlay and
returns feed metadata (version, tier, fetchedAt).

TDD: 19 tests (4 rules + dedup + origin + accessor flag/cache/corrupt/
valid/bad-feed + baselineToMergedEntries converter).

* feat(dashboard): radar catalog and guided setup screens

- API routes: GET /api/radar/catalog, POST /api/radar/sync, POST /api/radar/settings
  - All gated on RADAR_ENABLED flag (404 when off)
  - Error responses via buildErrorBody(), never raw stack/message
  - Settings never echoes clear supporter key (masked omr_****<last4>)
  - Sync delegates to syncRadar() server-side, never proxies feed URL
- Dashboard pages:
  - /dashboard/radar: 4 states (flag off, opt-in pending, empty, populated)
  - /dashboard/radar/setup?provider=X: guided setup with steps, key URL, test connection
  - Uses existing Card component and next-intl patterns
- Sidebar: radar entry in costs group with icon
- i18n: pt-BR and en keys for radarPage and radarSetupPage namespaces
- Tests:
  - radar-api-routes.test.ts: 11 tests (flag-off 404, flag-on shape, error sanitization)
  - radar-page-state.test.ts: 5 tests (pure state logic)
  - All 90 radar tests pass (including prior 74)

* docs(radar): module doc and flag-off inertia test

Add docs/frameworks/RADAR.md covering the flag gate, the separate data-sync
opt-in and privacy promise, the Ed25519 signature/pinned-key security model,
tiers, the read-time overlay merge rules, and the self-hosting env vars —
plus index entries in CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md/docs/README.md/REPOSITORY_MAP.md.

Document RADAR_FEED_URL and RADAR_FEED_PUBKEY in .env.example and
docs/reference/ENVIRONMENT.md to satisfy check:env-doc-sync, which was
failing on this branch since the sync.ts commit added the reads.

Add tests/unit/radar-inertia.test.ts as the single canonical place asserting
the "RADAR_ENABLED off => zero behavioral delta" claim end to end: the three
/api/radar/* routes 404, the flag resolves to the definition default with no
override, getRadarCatalog() returns exactly the baseline without touching the
cache, and computeFreeModelTotals() keeps its pinned values with the Radar
module imported alongside it.

* fix(db): renumber radar migration to 135 after collision with 134

The base branch introduced 134_proxy_logs_egress_ip while this branch carried
134_radar_cache_settings; the migration runner rejects duplicate numeric prefixes.
This migration has never been applied to a real database (the PR is unmerged), so
no retroactive isSchemaAlreadyApplied guard is needed.

* i18n(radar): translate radar catalog and setup strings to all locales

The UI-coverage ratchet measures (present - placeholder) / total_en, so the
__MISSING__ sentinels that i18n:sync-ui writes do not count as covered — only
real translations restore the metric. Scoped to this PR's namespaces
(radarPage, radarSetupPage, sidebar.radar*) instead of a bulk sync, which would
have pulled ~978 unrelated pending keys into this diff.

Placeholders and code identifiers verified preserved across all 1682 strings.

* fix(radar): trust the served-tier header instead of the signed body field

The signed feed body always carries tier:"live" by design (one signed
artifact per version — rewriting the field server-side per request
would break the exact-bytes Ed25519 signature). The server now returns
the tier ACTUALLY served via the x-omniroute-feed-tier response
header, so free users on a delayed community snapshot no longer see
"Ao vivo (tempo real)" in the UI.

sync.ts now reads and validates that header (falling back to the
body's tier only when the header is absent or holds an unrecognized
value) and stores the served tier in the cache; index.ts already
surfaces cache.tier to the UI unchanged.

* test(combo): shorten an assert message that exceeded the line limit

The assertion added by #9507 was 104 chars, so prettier reformatted it into
five lines on the next commit that touched the file, pushing it past its
frozen size (3449) and failing check:file-size. The message is shortened
(the issue reference stays in the comment directly above); the assertion
itself is unchanged, and the file is back to 3448 lines and prettier-clean.

* i18n(radar): use the canonical zh-TW glossary terms

The machine translation produced retired renderings the glossary gate blocks:
供應商 for provider (canonical 提供者) and 文檔 for documentation (canonical 文件).
Fixed across the 11 affected radar strings; tests/unit/i18n-glossary-consistency-check.test.ts
is back to 17/17.

* fix(radar): point the default feed URL at the domain that exists

radar.omniroute.dev was a placeholder for a domain that was never registered,
so an out-of-the-box sync would fail DNS resolution for every user. The live
feed is served from radar.omniroute.online (the subdomain the design always
specified), now behind Cloudflare TLS. Forks still override it via
RADAR_FEED_URL.

813bea4184 feat(vnc-session): persistent noVNC browser login for web-cookie providers (#7892)
* chore(ci): add .mergify.yml to main — Mergify only reads config from the default branch (#7168)

* feat(vnc-session): persistent noVNC browser login for web cookie/token providers

## Why (the headless-install problem)

OmniRoute's web cookie/token providers (ChatGPT Web, Gemini Web, Claude
Web, DeepSeek Web, …) need a live browser session, but the gateway normally
runs **headless** — as a systemd service, inside Docker, or on a VPS with no
display. There is no desktop for the operator to log into the provider in.

Today the operator has to obtain the session cookie/token *out of band* (open a
real browser elsewhere, export cookies, paste them into the connection row). That
is fiddly, breaks on every provider UI change, and is a non-starter on a
headless box where you can't open a browser at all.

This PR adds an **on-demand interactive login**: OmniRoute boots a
containerized browser that exposes a noVNC web UI at the host. The operator
opens that URL in *their own* browser, logs in normally, and OmniRoute then
harvests the resulting cookies / localStorage back into the provider's
`provider_connections` row over the DevTools Protocol. No display required on
the host — the headless server renders the login into a container and the human
just drives it through a web page.

## How we ran into this

- The shipped `dist/` bundle has **no App Router source**, so the only visible
  seam was `dist/server-ws.mjs`'s `http.createServer` monkeypatch. That seam
  is **dead**: Next's standalone `startServer` creates its own http server in a
  way that bypasses the override, so a route registered there never fires
  (debug logs confirmed: zero requests reached it). The real seam is the Next
  **App Router** (`src/app/api/...`), which lives in the dev tree, not `dist/`.
- **Chromium ≥130 forces the remote-debugging port onto `127.0.0.1`** and
  ignores `--remote-debugging-address=0.0.0.0`. A plain published port can't
  reach it, so cookie harvest needs an in-container TCP bridge to republish the
  loopback CDP onto `0.0.0.0`. We shipped that bridge, but the cleaner
  default is **Firefox** (`jlesage/firefox`): its debugger binds `0.0.0.0` out
  of the box, so harvest works with no bridge at all.
- The CDP harvester **hung forever** on the first tries: the message handler was
  defined but never attached to the socket, so every `send()` promise stayed
  pending. We replaced Playwright's `connectOverCDP` (which stalls through the
  bridge) with a **raw `ws` client** and wired the handler — now resolves.

## What

New management API (scoped like the other admin endpoints via
`requireManagementAuth`):

| Method | Path | Purpose |
| --- | --- | --- |
| GET | `/api/vnc-session` | list active sessions + supported providers |
| GET | `/api/vnc-session/:provider` | session state |
| POST | `/api/vnc-session/:provider/start` | boot browser container → returns `vncUrl` |
| POST | `/api/vnc-session/:provider/harvest` | persist cookies into the provider row |
| POST | `/api/vnc-session/:provider/touch` | defer idle auto-stop |
| DELETE | `/api/vnc-session/:provider` | stop + remove the container |

## Implementation

- `src/lib/vncSession/manifest.ts` — provider → login URL + cookie/token map + config
- `src/lib/vncSession/harvest.ts` — raw-CDP cookie/localStorage harvester (`ws`)
- `src/lib/vncSession/service.ts` — docker lifecycle, port allocation, idle sweep, DB write
- `src/app/api/vnc-session/**` — App Router routes
- `src/lib/gracefulShutdown.ts` — tears down running login containers on exit

## Browser image choice

Default is **`jlesage/firefox`** (0.0.0.0-friendly CDP, no bridge). The
Chromium image + in-container bridge lives under `docker/vnc-browser/chromium`,
selectable via `OMNIROUTE_VNC_IMAGE`. See `docker/vnc-browser/README.md`.

## Config (env)

`OMNIROUTE_VNC_IMAGE`, `OMNIROUTE_VNC_CONTAINER_VNC_PORT`,
`OMNIROUTE_VNC_CONTAINER_CDP_PORT`, `OMNIROUTE_VNC_PROFILE_DIR`,
`OMNIROUTE_VNC_IDLE_MS`, `OMNIROUTE_VNC_MAX_MS`, `OMNIROUTE_VNC_MAX_SESSIONS`,
`OMNIROUTE_DOCKER_BIN` — all documented in the docker README.

## Tests

`tests/unit/vnc-session.test.ts` — manifest lookup + credential mapping
(cookie / token / whole-jar). All passing via the Node test runner.

## Notes

- Docker is the only external dependency; if the `docker` CLI is missing, `start`
  throws a clear error and shutdown is a no-op.
- No secrets are returned by any endpoint — only session metadata + ports.

* docs(vnc-session): align browser setup with current implementation

* fix(security): loopback-gate /api/vnc-session (Hard Rule #15/#17)

The new /api/vnc-session/* routes spawn Docker containers via
child_process.spawn (src/lib/vncSession/service.ts) but were never
registered in LOCAL_ONLY_API_PREFIXES or SPAWN_CAPABLE_PREFIXES, so
they were reachable from non-loopback callers (any manage-scope API
key or dashboard session over a tunnel) - the same CVE class
(GHSA-fhh6-4qxv-rpqj) those constants exist to close.

Register VNC_ROUTE_PREFIX (already exported but unused in
manifest.ts) in both prefix lists, and add a regression test
asserting isLocalOnlyPath()/isLocalOnlyBypassableByManageScope()
correctly classify the new prefix.

* feat: narrow mcp:connect scope + per-key HTTP tool-scope binding (#7895)

Adds MCP_CONNECT_SCOPE ("mcp:connect"), a narrow additive API-key scope
(kept out of MANAGEMENT_API_KEY_SCOPES, same precedent as SELF_USAGE_SCOPE)
that authorizes ONLY the /api/mcp/ LOCAL_ONLY route-guard carve-out --
remote MCP-only callers no longer need broad manage/admin scope just to
reach the transport routes. Scoped strictly to /api/mcp/; every other
LOCAL_ONLY bypass prefix still requires hasManageScope() unchanged.

Also resolves the caller's real api_keys.scopes over HTTP/SSE
(httpAuthContext.ts::resolveMcpCallerAuthInfo) and passes it to the MCP
SDK's transport.handleRequest(req, { authInfo }), so extra.authInfo.scopes
reaching tool calls reflects the Bearer key's own scopes instead of the
OMNIROUTE_MCP_SCOPES env fallback -- scopeEnforcement.ts already prioritized
authInfo, it was simply unfed over HTTP. Does not flip the
OMNIROUTE_MCP_ENFORCE_SCOPES default; stdio is unaffected (no per-caller
identity, stays on the meta/env fallback chain).

* fix(api): classify /api/acp/agents as loopback-only (#7948)

/api/acp/agents is spawn-capable (POST registers a client-chosen `binary`
via src/lib/acp/registry.ts; GET / POST {action:"refresh"} runs
detectInstalledAgents() -> execFileSync(probe.command, probe.args, { shell })
transitively) but was never added to LOCAL_ONLY_API_PREFIXES in
src/server/authz/routeGuard.ts, unlike every sibling spawn-capable route
(Hard Rules #15/#17). A leaked JWT via tunnel could reach the version-probe
execFileSync path.

Adds the prefix to the loopback gate plus a direct regression test
(tests/unit/route-guard-acp-agents-local-only.test.ts) and an assertion in
tests/unit/check-route-guard-membership.test.ts documenting why the existing
source-scan subcheck cannot catch this class of gap (the spawn call is
transitive via registry.ts, not in the route file itself).

* feat(issue-agent): surface RecordedTriageTimeoutError as 504

When the recorded-triage chat completion times out, the AbortController
fires an AbortError that previously surfaced as a generic 400 to the
caller. This change:

  * Adds a `RecordedTriageTimeoutError` that wraps the AbortError
    with the timeoutMs context.
  * Re-throws it from `executeRecordedTriageChatCompletion` so the
    caller can distinguish timeouts from other failures.
  * In the runs route, catches it and returns a 504 with code
    `ISSUE_AGENT_TIMEOUT` so clients can render a useful error.

Tests:
  * issue-agent-execution.test.ts        — verifies the typed error
  * issue-agent-route-execution.test.ts  — covers timeout path
  * issue-agent-runs-route.test.ts       — verifies 504 mapping

* fix(ci): merge queue tolerates the advisory dast-smoke failure (its GH-hosted build hang dequeued every attempt) (#7225)

* test(ci): make the #6634 selfref guard hermetic — main's copy hard-fails every PR (#7341)

main's copy of this test still does git I/O inside a unit test:

    const baseSrc = git(['show', 'origin/main:' + FILE]);

Runners check out a shallow single ref, so origin/main does not resolve and the
test dies with 'fatal: invalid object name origin/main'. Every PR into main
fails Unit Tests (7/8) on it — today that is #7313, #7315, #7316, #7334, #7336
and #7337, six PRs red on a defect none of them introduced. #7313 has no other
red at all.

release/v3.8.49 already carries a fix (2e42b8efc, #7174: try/catch, fetch
origin/main on demand, t.skip() when unreachable), but it only reaches main at
release time — so main stays broken for the whole cycle. Cherry-picking it would
also import a new problem: PR Test Policy classifies t.skip() as a silenced
assertion, which we watched it correctly catch on #7300 today.

This is the hermetic version instead (ported from #7327, which does the same for
the release branch): read the file straight off disk, compare against an empty
base so baseTaut/baseExtTaut are 0 — the strictest possible comparison point —
and call evaluateMasking() directly. No git ref, no fetch, no skip, nothing the
runner's checkout depth can break.

The #6634 regression stays covered: the guard's logic lives in
SELF_TEST_FIXTURE_RE (check-test-masking.mjs:337), not in the test. Proven both
ways on main before committing — neutralise SELF_TEST_FIXTURE_RE to /$^/ and
the test FAILS; restore it and it passes 2/2, with check-test-masking.mjs left
byte-identical.

Co-authored-by: growab <nekron@icloud.com>

* chore(quality): tighten main's coverage baseline to the CI's real numbers (#7347)

main's ratchet had been failing --require-tighten on every PR: 11 metrics
improved but the baseline was never tightened. Same class as the #6634
selfref guard — an infra fix that lands only on the release branch leaves
main red for the whole cycle, and every PR into main pays for it.

Values are the merged-coverage numbers from a run on main itself (a local
run measures ~68% vs CI's ~80%; the baseline's own note warns about that
gap). Only the 11 coverage values change — gitleaks and semgrepFindings
keep main's own state.

No changelog fragment: #7326 carries it on release/v3.8.49, and a second
one here would double the entry at release time.

* fix(issue-agent): dryRun-explicit test fixture + sanitize the generic error catch

Two independent Hard Rule #12/#18 fixes on the recorded-triage runs route:

1. tests/unit/issue-agent-route-execution.test.ts's "preserves the normal
   chat route provider failure response" test omitted dryRun from its
   request body. createRecordedTriageRun() computes `dryRun: input.dryRun
   !== false`, so an omitted dryRun defaults to true (dry-run mode) and the
   route returns the deterministic dry-run summary WITHOUT ever calling
   executeRecordedTriageChatCompletion() -- the mocked 429 fetch was never
   invoked, so the test always observed the 200 dry-run response instead.
   Add the missing `dryRun: false`, matching the sibling test above it. The
   normal chat-completions route also enriches upstream errors with a
   "[provider/model] [status]:" prefix and a connection-cooldown hint
   (RESILIENCE_GUIDE.md) rather than passing them through byte-for-byte, so
   the assertion now checks the original message survives (status +
   substring) instead of exact-matching the mocked JSON shape.

2. src/app/api/issue-agent/runs/route.ts's generic (non-timeout) catch
   returned raw `error.message` straight to the client. Validation failures
   thrown by this module (bad issue URL, malformed GitHub export) are safe,
   curated messages -- but appendIssueAgentAuditRecord()'s mkdir/appendFile
   under DATA_DIR can throw a real Node fs error (ENOENT/EACCES/EEXIST, ...)
   whose raw `.message` embeds the server's absolute filesystem path. Add
   isNodeSystemError() (keys off NodeJS.ErrnoException's `.code`, which only
   Node's own fs/system errors set) to replace that class of error with a
   generic message, and route everything else through sanitizeErrorMessage()
   per Hard Rule #12. Add a regression test that forces a real audit-write
   failure (pre-creating a file where audit.ts expects to mkdir) and asserts
   the response contains neither the errno code nor the DATA_DIR path.

d7726ef80a fix(db): stop a 'latest' path segment from disabling backups and migrations (#7359)
Eleven subsystems answered "am I running under a test runner?" with
`process.argv.some((arg) => arg.includes("test"))`. JavaScript agrees that
'latest'.includes('test') is true, so ANY argv carrying a `latest` segment — a release symlink
like /opt/omniroute/latest/server.js, an npm/npx cache path, a `--model=latest` flag — silently
put the process into test mode.

The worst consequence is src/lib/db/backup.ts: isSqliteAutoBackupDisabled() returns true, so
SQLite auto-backup simply never runs — no warning, no log. The same substring decides whether
migrationRunner runs its pending-migration check, whether cloud sync initialises, and whether
the local/token health checks, quota recovery, model-lockout settings and the WS live server
consider themselves live. All of them fail silent, which is the dangerous kind.

Replaces the eleven copies with one helper, src/shared/utils/testProcess.ts:
- env first (NODE_ENV=test, VITEST) — unchanged;
- argv: `test`/`tests` only as a WHOLE token delimited by a path separator, dot or dash, so
  `--test`, `tests/unit/x.test.ts` and `src/x.test.ts` still match, while `latest`, `protest`,
  `contest` and `attestation` no longer do;
- argv: runner binaries (vitest/jest/mocha/ava/tap), which have no delimiter before "test";
- execArgv as well as argv — `node --test x.js` puts `--test` in execArgv, and
  modelLockoutSettings was the only copy that remembered to look there.

argv/env are parameters rather than globals so the negative cases are testable: under a test
runner the globals always say "test", which is precisely why this bug could never be caught.

tests/unit/test-process-detection.test.ts guards the regression (a `latest` path is not a test
run) alongside the positives that must keep working.

21d5acbb40 feat(api): accept x-goog-api-key header for client-facing auth (#7034) (#7236)
gemini-cli (and any @google/genai-based client) sends its credential
exclusively via x-goog-api-key and it is not client-configurable to use
Authorization/x-api-key instead. Add it as an unconditional fallback,
after Authorization: Bearer and x-api-key, before the path-scoped URL
token, in both the real enforcement gate
(src/server/authz/policies/clientApi.ts::extractBearer()) and the
general extractor (src/sse/services/auth.ts::extractApiKey()).

The header-read/trim logic is extracted into a new leaf module
(src/sse/services/googApiKeyAuth.ts) shared by both call sites, so the
frozen auth.ts file only takes the minimal chokepoint wiring
(config/quality/file-size-baseline.json rebaselined 2458->2461 with
justification, matching this repo's established extraction pattern).

624aba2498 feat(cli): add Grok Build CLI tool setup (~/.grok/config.toml) (#7241)
* feat(cli): add Grok Build CLI tool setup (~/.grok/config.toml)

Registers xAI's Grok Build TUI coding agent as a configurable CLI tool in
/dashboard/cli-code, so OmniRoute can write itself in as a custom model
provider in ~/.grok/config.toml.

Mechanism: Grok Build reads a TOML config that can hold several user-defined
[model.*] sections plus a [models].default pointer. Unlike the sibling Forge
handler (which owns its whole config file and can full-replace it), this one
surgically upserts ONLY the [model.omniroute] section and rewrites
[models].default, leaving every other section byte-intact. Apply records the
previous default in an `# omniroute-prev-default` marker comment so Reset can
restore the user's original default instead of guessing.

Built on OmniRoute's existing CLI-tools infrastructure rather than replaying
the upstream shape: getCliRuntimeStatus() for detection (no ad-hoc
`which grok` exec), Zod validation via cliModelConfigSchema, the write guard,
createBackup(), the cliToolState DB module, and sanitizeErrorMessage() for
every error path (Hard Rule #12).

Security: GET reaches getCliRuntimeStatus(), which spawns a child process to
locate and healthcheck the `grok` binary. That is the same transitive-spawn
surface that classified /api/skills/collect/, so the route is registered in
LOCAL_ONLY_API_PREFIXES and loopback-enforced before any auth check
(Hard Rules #15 + #17). Writing a local CLI's config file is inherently a
local-machine operation, so this costs no real capability.

* chore(changelog): fragment for #7241

* fix(cli): shrink cliTools.ts/cliRuntime.ts under the file-size ratchet + fix stale catalog counts

The grok-build registry/runtime entries pushed cliTools.ts (916->932) and
cliRuntime.ts (1128->1137) past their frozen file-size caps. Extract the
grok-build entries into cliToolsGrokBuild.ts (registry, typed) and
cliRuntimeGrokBuild.ts (runtime metadata, deliberately untyped/no
cliCatalog import so it doesn't drag that schema file into the
typecheck:core curated allowlist's transitive graph). The amp runtime
entry rides along in the same runtime file for the extra headroom needed
to clear cliRuntime.ts's cap with zero slack.

Also update the two catalog-cardinality canaries (cli-tools-schema.test.ts,
cli-catalog-counts.test.ts) and EXPECTED_CODE_COUNT to include grok-build:
20->21 visible code entries, 24->25 total code entries, 32->33 grand total.

Fixes CI reds on #7241 surviving a release/v3.8.49 merge: Fast Quality
Gates (check:file-size) and Unit Tests fast-path (1/4, 2/4).

* test(stryker): register grok-build route-guard test in tap.testFiles

check:mutation-test-coverage --strict flagged
tests/unit/route-guard-grok-build-settings-local-only.test.ts as a covering
unit test for src/server/authz/routeGuard.ts missing from
stryker.conf.json's tap.testFiles allowlist (only became reachable once the
Fast Quality Gates job got past the file-size fix earlier in this branch).

45310f202d fix: auto-start WS server in-process and change default port to 20132 (#6072)
* feat: change default LIVE_WS_PORT from 20129 to 20132

Update the default WebSocket port for the live dashboard server from 20129 to 20132 across all configuration files, documentation, code comments, and tests. Also consolidate OMNIROUTE_DISABLE_LIVE_WS and OMNIROUTE_ENABLE_LIVE_WS into a single OMNIROUTE_ENABLE_LIVE_WS flag. Wire the live WebSocket server to start in-process via instrumentation-node.ts.

* feat: clarify NEXT_PUBLIC_LIVE_WS_PUBLIC_URL path usage and derive upgrade path from URL

Update .env.example and ENVIRONMENT.md to document that the pathname portion of NEXT_PUBLIC_LIVE_WS_PUBLIC_URL (e.g. /live-ws) is used as the WebSocket upgrade path by the dev proxy, handshake response, and client connection logic.

Extract deriveLiveWsPath() into shared/utils/wsPath.ts and wire it through:
- src/app/api/v1/ws/route.ts — handshake response path field
- src/hooks/useLiveDashboard.ts — build

* fix: use the standard URL API to safely parse and update the effectiveWsUrl

* build(docker): expose live WebSocket server port and configure CORS origins

Add LIVE_WS_PORT (20132), LIVE_WS_HOST (0.0.0.0), and LIVE_WS_ALLOWED_ORIGINS environment variables to all Docker Compose profiles and expose the WebSocket port mapping. Prevent infinite self-loop in standalone-server-ws.mjs by skipping proxy when the server itself is running on the LiveWS port.

* docs(env): fix comment formatting for HOST and HOSTNAME variables

1bc6da5318 feat(cli): add CLI tools for pi, omp, letta, codewhale and jcode (#6318)
* feat(cli): add CLI tools for pi, omp, letta, codewhale and jcode

* fix(build): resolve CI build and lint errors

* fix(cli): resolve merge conflicts, add tests, align error handling for cli-additions

Resolve duplicate codewhale key from base merge, add unit/integration
tests for omp/letta settings routes and the omp DB module, and align
omp-settings/letta-settings error handling with sanitizeErrorMessage()
+ the pattern used by sibling jcode/pi/codewhale routes in this PR.

* fix(changelog): re-restore #6318 bullet after release sync

Co-authored-by: diegosouzapw <8016841+diegosouzapw@users.noreply.github.com>

* fix(merge): restore #6126 clinepass files reverted by release auto-resolve + baseline re-merge

The release sync's auto-resolve reverted sibling PR #6126's clinepass work
(registry, catalog, oauth constants, clineAuth.ts, token-refresh case, tests)
and the file-size baseline — all outside this PR's scope. Restored to the
release versions, re-applied only this PR's own baseline entries, restored the
#6126 CHANGELOG bullet (re-inserting only this PR's own).

* fix(db): re-export db/omp from localDb (check:db-rules #2)

Co-authored-by: diegosouzapw <8016841+diegosouzapw@users.noreply.github.com>

* fix(db): keep localDb.ts at the 800-line cap after the omp re-export

Folded the MemoryVecMeta type re-export into the memoryVec named-export block
(inline 'type' specifier) so adding the db/omp line stays within the new-file
cap.

* fix(cli): reduce #6318 scope to omp + letta (pi/codewhale/jcode already shipped)

pi, codewhale, and jcode landed via a separate PR before this one was
reconciled — re-adding parallel versions of their catalog entries, routes,
dashboard card, and i18n strings would have been a straight regression
(duplicate "pi" key silently shadowing the release's own entry, orphaned
JcodeToolCard/BaseUrlSelect/ApiKeySelect/cliEndpointMatch UI files with no
release-side wiring, and unrelated formatting/refactor drift in
codewhale-settings/pi-settings/config-generator/routeGuard picked up along
the way).

This PR now ships only the two tools that are genuinely new: omp (Oh My Pi)
and letta. Both settings routes shell out to `which omp`/`which letta` to
detect the local install, so they're loopback-gated in
LOCAL_ONLY_API_PREFIXES (Hard Rules #15/#17) in addition to the shared
requireCliToolsAuth() guard every cli-tools route requires
(tests/unit/cli-tools-auth-hardening.test.ts) — neither route had the guard
wired in yet. cli-catalog-counts.test.ts is updated to the real cardinality
(8 agent entries / 32 total, since omp+letta are both category "agent";
pi/codewhale/jcode were always category "code" and are unaffected). The
integration tests for omp/letta now pass a Request object to GET/DELETE and
assert the 401-when-auth-required path, matching the pattern already used by
the codewhale/jcode sibling routes. complexity-baseline.json is back to the
release's 2053 (the #6318 rebaseline note is gone — dropping the duplicate
JcodeToolCard.tsx/BaseUrlSelect.tsx removed the violations it was covering);
file-size-baseline.json's cliTools.ts entry shrank 955->915 to match the
smaller real file. CHANGELOG bullet rewritten to describe only omp+letta,
with a note on why pi/codewhale/jcode aren't part of this PR; also restores
the Kiro External IdP bullet that a prior merge auto-resolve had dropped
from the living section.

6103fd7239 fix: Stabilize live dashboard WebSocket routing (#6335)
* fix(dashboard): allow anonymous WS handshake + public /api/health/ping

The live-dashboard WebSocket descriptor handshake (GET /api/v1/ws?handshake=1)
and the lightweight GET /api/health/ping liveness probe both 401'd for
unauthenticated callers, even though both are metadata-only reads intended
to be public. clientApiPolicy required a bearer/dashboard-session before the
WS route handler could even return its own wsAuth/protocol descriptor, and
/api/health/ping was never added to PUBLIC_READONLY_API_ROUTE_PREFIXES
despite its own docstring documenting it as "No auth required".

clientApiPolicy.evaluate() now allows an anonymous
{kind:"anonymous", id:"ws-handshake"} subject for GET/HEAD/OPTIONS on
/api/v1/ws?handshake=1 — the route handler still performs its own real
wsAuth/dashboard/API-key decision before opening the socket — and
/api/health/ping is now in PUBLIC_READONLY_API_ROUTE_PREFIXES.

Re-scoped from the original PR per review-group-prs analysis: the
overlapping hardcoded /live-ws path-derivation change (useLiveDashboard.ts,
ws/route.ts) is dropped here since it conflicts with #6072's different
(dynamic, env-derived) approach to the same problem; only the
non-overlapping auth-policy win ships in this PR.

New /api/oauth/kiro/api-key route + KiroService.validateApiKey let a

layered over the existing static registry fallback.

* chore(quality): freeze public-creds FP — AWS region default in validateApiKey signature

Same class as the existing minimax fn-param FPs: CRED_KEY_RE matches the
apiKey: param annotation and captures the region default "us-east-1",
which is not a credential.

Co-authored-by: diegosouzapw <8016841+diegosouzapw@users.noreply.github.com>

* fix(kiro): keep hard-failure reject semantics + kill public-creds fn-param FP at the source

- getKiroUsage: exhausted non-auth attempts now REJECT with the last HTTP-status
  failure in the pre-#6587 format (usage-service-hardening relies on it); auth
  failures keep the soft social-auth message.
- validateApiKey: region default moved out of the parameter list (the
  check-public-creds CRED_KEY_RE matches the apiKey: annotation and flags any
  literal in the signature); drops the brittle line-keyed allowlist entry.

b9d18dd8c4 Continue fix bugs and upgrade skill_collector (#6294)
* fix(skills): gate skill-collector CLI detection behind management auth + loopback

PR #6294 fork-main bundled genuinely new skill-collector CLI-detection routes
(GET /api/skills/collect/detect, POST /api/skills/collect/install) on top of
content already shipped via #6186. This reconstructs the PR against the
current release tip, keeping only the new detect/install routes and their
SKILL.md, and drops the 3 already-merged commits so two post-merge quality
fixes on /api/github-skills (Zod validation + sanitizeErrorMessage) are not
reverted.

- GET /api/skills/collect/detect spawned a child process per CLI_TOOL_IDS
  entry via getCliRuntimeStatus(), unauthenticated and reachable over any
  tunnel. All 3 routes (github-skills GET/POST, skills/collect/detect,
  skills/collect/install) now require requireManagementAuth(), matching
  every sibling /api/skills/* route.
- Classified /api/skills/collect/ in LOCAL_ONLY_API_PREFIXES and
  SPAWN_CAPABLE_PREFIXES (routeGuard.ts / spawnCapablePrefixes.ts) and added
  src/app/api/skills/collect to SPAWN_CAPABLE_ROUTE_ROOTS in
  check-route-guard-membership.ts so the automated gate actually scans it
  (Hard Rules #15 + #17).
- omniroute_github_skills_install MCP tool now reports the honest
  action: "planned" instead of "installed", matching the REST route.
- Dropped docker-compose.drive-d.yml, start.sh, and the unrelated
  @types/node/settings.ts changes (personal dev-machine / out-of-scope).
- Added route-level tests for all 3 routes + the 3 MCP tools (auth-required
  and no-stack-trace-leak assertions) and a route-guard regression test.
