diegosouzapw 6f6837d070 fix(triage): replace timelineItems with separate gh pr open search ...

Remove the unsupported `timelineItems` field from `ghIssueView`, add
`ghPrSearchOpen` wrapper, and synthesize `issue.timelineItems` in the
main loop so `classifyIssue` stays unchanged.
