Markus Hartung 2605428fe5 chore: sync package-lock.json (hasInstallScript metadata for better-sqlite3) ...

npm install after merging upstream/release/v3.8.50 corrected a small
lockfile metadata gap (missing hasInstallScript marker + a duplicate
dependency listing) left over from the version bump. This is what was
causing every npm consistency-check operation (npm pack, etc.) to treat
node_modules as stale and attempt an expensive rebuild.
