Register Empower and Poe as managed OpenAI-compatible providers with static metadata, example models, and remote model catalog support. Add Poe-specific credential validation against its balance endpoint and tighten Zed credential imports by skipping unsupported entries and deduplicating provider-token pairs before saving.
